<text> This paper is a short discussion about the category in the territory called Territorial Policies of the Ministry of Agrarian Development (MDA) and its devices to access land. The developmentalist fallacy that fills the MDA supports the proposals with a speech that presents the countryside as the locus of the delay, which 'underdeveloped' permeates the ideals of an environment where the disadvantages persist. The country would be designed according to this logic, as a space with disabilities who require incentives and planning so you can walk on the tracks of development. It is observable, however, that the investment of resources that accelerate the circulation, reproduction and accumulation of capital does not necessarily have contributed to changing the social frameworks in the municipalities that make up the interior of Ceará. Keywords: Development. Territory. Public Policy. Family Farming. Geography. An experiment was carried out during the period from December, 2005 to July, 2006, in municipality of Remígio, Paraíba, Brazil, in order to evaluate the effects of the biofertilizer 'supermagro' applied to soil in liquid form diluted in water in a ratio of 1:4, 30 days before and at intervals of 90 days after planting in absence and presence of potassium applied 60 days after planting and every 60 days subsequently until harvest on the production and mineral nutrition of yellow passion fruit plants (Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa Deg.) The treatments were distributed in randomized blocks using the factorial design 5 x 2 referring to biofertilizer levels: 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 L plant-1 in absence and presence of potassium at a K2O level of 20 g plant-1. The soil of the experimental area is a Neossoil. The fruits were harvested daily for evaluation of fruit number per plant, mass of fruit, individual production per plant and productivity. The plants in the initial fructification phase were adequately provided with N, K, S, B, and Zn, but they were deficient in P, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe and Mn. The mean mass of fruits was superior in plants of the treatments with biofertilizer and potassium, but the interaction biofertilizer 'supermagro' versus potassium did not influence plant productivity.</text>

One kilogram of the biological product Biosol (trade mark) was added to the seeds at sowing time (1kg / ha) and the biofertilizer Greensol (trade mark) was sprayed by airplane (200 ml / ha) in association with fungicides, when 5% of panicles had been emitted. The treatments used were T1: Control; T2: Greensol; T3: Biosol + Greensol and T4: Biosol. Five parameters were evaluated: number of shoots per meter, dry weight 90 days after sowing, grain yield, empty grains percentage and incidence of brown spot disease (Helminthosporium oryzae Breda de Haan). Number of shoots per meter was uniform in all treatments. Grouped analysis indicated superiority of all treatments with Biosol over the control for the parameters of dry weight of plants and roots. Treatments T3 and T4 presented superior yields. In these treatments empty grain percentage was lower than the control. Brown spot severity index indicated that all treatments were better than control and T3 and T4 treatments had the lowest disease index.

KEY-WORDS: Helminthosporium oryzae; Oryza sativa; disease control; rice.

</text>

                <text>O objetivo deste artigo é discutir, como o PRONAF (Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar), enquanto política pública de 'Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar', contribuiu para o aumento da produção de mercadorias (produtos agricolas para exportação) em áreas predominantes de agricultores familiares. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa em áreas da agricultura familiar no norte do Rio Grande do Sul em 2017-18. Onde foram analisadas algumas considerações sobre a estrutura agrária, bem como os dados de aumento da produtividade e a área utilizada na produção das principais culturas exportadordas nos anos 2000-2017. E também algumas considerações sobre o rural e como esse modelo de agricultura baseado na produção intensiva degradou os ambientes, especialmente com o aumento de aplicação de pesticidas a cada ano no Rio Grande do Sul e no Brasil. Como resultado, observou-se que esse modelo baseado em financiamento público significativo manteve a pobreza rural, o endividamento e a dependência de algumas regiões com forte produção primária às custas de outras regiões mais industrializadas. Finalmente, apresentamos uma discussão sobre a necessidade de rever o papel das políticas públicas que promovam a segurança alimentar, a recuperação e a proteção ambiental, incentivando a agroecologia em áreas com a presença de agricultores pobres no Brasil.</text>

                <text>A tangerineira 'Sunki' apresenta grande relevância para a citricultura brasileira por apresentar importantes características para o melhoramento genético e por ser considerada um ótimo portaenxento. Neste contexto, objetivou-se com o presente trabalho estudar a caracterização dos frutos do portaenxerto cítrico 'Sunki', em função da posição dos mesmos na planta e também, avaliar a germinação de suas sementes. As características físicas avaliadas foram massa do fruto, diâmetros longitudinal e equatorial dos frutos, relação diâmetro longitudinal/diâmetro equatorial, número de gomos por frutos, massa de gomos e de casca e número de sementes viáveis por fruto. Quanto à caracterização química, foi avaliado acidez titulável, sólidos solúveis, 'Ratio', pH e vitamina C. Para a avaliação dessas variáveis, os frutos foram obtidos dos quadrantes nordeste, sudoeste, noroeste e sudeste. Com relação à avaliação da germinação das sementes, foram utilizadas diferentes doses de ácido giberélico e Stimulate. As sementes, extraídas de frutos maduros, foram lavadas, secadas à sombra e armazenadas em BOD. Logo após, estas foram tratadas com biorreguladores por 24 horas. Depois da embebição, as sementes foram colocadas no germinador em papel germitest. Após o inicio do processo germinativo, as avaliações foram realizadas diariamente até o trigésimo quarto dia. Frutos da tangerineira 'Sunki' apresentam boa uniformidade quanto à posição dos frutos na copa; o uso de ácido giberélico e de bioestimulante é promissor para uso comercial na germinação de sementes desse portaenxerto.</text>

                <text>The process of the family farmers' recognition as individuals with rights demonstrates having their first roots, in spite of being recent, if compared to the history of the Brazilian rural syndicalism, still in the constitution of the labor-syndical legislation in 1930. Therefore, seeking to explore that process the present paper has as objective to analyze the family farmers' emergence as individuals of rights in the contemporary Brazilian society, analyzing the processes of formation of the rural syndicalism and the expansion of the labor law for the rural workers as a form of accomplishment of a 'regulated citizenship' until the decade of 1970; the urge to the official syndicalism, the structuring of a 'new syndicalism' and the new social actors' appearance in the field, which made possible the enlargement of the citizenship spaces in the period of re-democratization in Brazil; the 'crisis' of the new syndicalism, the creation of new syndical structures 'apart' of the official structure (syndicalism of the family agriculture) and the emergency of the 'family farmers' as subject of rights in the recent periodO processo de reconhecimento dos agricultores familiares como sujeitos de direitos apesar de ser recente quando pensado a partir da trajetória do sindicalismo rural brasileiro demonstra ter suas primeiras raízes ainda na constituição da legislação trabalhista-sindical dos anos de 1930. Visando explorar esse processo o artigo tem por objetivo analisar a emergência dos agricultores familiares como sujeitos de direitos na sociedade brasileira contemporânea. Analisa-se os processos de formação do sindicalismo rural e de expansão da legislação trabalhista para os trabalhadores rurais como forma de realização de uma 'cidadania regulada' até a década de 1970; o questionamento do sindicalismo oficial, a estruturação de um 'novo sindicalismo' e a emergência de novos atores sociais no campo, que possibilitaram a ampliação dos espaços de cidadania no período de redemocratização do Brasil; a 'crise' do novo sindicalismo, a criação de novas estruturas sindicais 'por fora' da estrutura oficial (sindicalismo da agricultura familiar) e a emergência dos 'agricultores familiares' como sujeitos de direitos no período recente</text>

                <text>Desde el año 2012 en uno de los parques tradicionales de Santa Rosa (La Pampa), un entramado de actores que producen, comercializan y reflexionan sobre la alimentación como un acto político, hacen la Feria del parque Oliver. Sus miembros son actores independientes y auto-convocados que trabajan de manera horizontal. Su principal objetivo es promover una alimentación sana que comience por reconocer la procedencia del alimento, su forma de producción y elaboración. Por eso la FERIA apuesta a la comercialización directa, al intercambio de alimentos frescos y evita la reventa de productos. En la actualidad es la única feria autogestiva que funciona de manera sistemática y es muy resistida por las autoridades municipales. Por su particularidad, tanto política como cultural, abordamos a partir de los relatos de vida de los feriantes, cómo y por qué surgió la Feria del parque Oliver, y cómo y por qué aún permanece en un lugar donde sectores influyentes se resisten a reconocerla. Para lograr nuestro propósito, realizamos entrevistas con diferentes modalidades, observaciones y reconstruimos relatos de vida. Para triangular la información que registrábamos, construimos con la participación de 10 entrevistados sus diagramas biográficos. También, para fortalecer los datos construidos, analizamos los discursos que la propia FERIA elabora para su exterior y aquellos que surgen de la forma en cómo los medios la conciben. Con las entrevistas, de manera central, recuperamos los recuerdos por parte de los entrevistados, de sucesos o procesos que permitan explicar sus presencias estructurantes de/en la FERIA. Luego de dos años de participación, identificamos tres ideas fuerzas que nos permiten comprender por qué un grupo de personas se junta todos los sábados a comercializar productos e intercambiar saberes en el parque Oliver. Son elaboraciones recurrentes que los feriantes relevados utilizan para explicar, entre otras cosas, su vínculo con la FERIA. Las ideas fuerzas registradas son: -La Feria del Oliver como un modo de vida crítico a lo establecido -La Feria del Oliver como alimentación sana -La Feria del Oliver como mercado sin intermediarios, solidario y 'buena onda'. <text>O queijo 'mineiro artesanal' é um produto tradicional elaborado em queijarias pequenas em propriedades rurais de agricultura familiar. O trabalho foi realizado em uma propriedade produtora típica de queijo Canastra com instalações adequadas para a produção de Queijo Minas Artesanal, localizada na região da Canastra para representar as condições reais do produto. Foram realizadas (quatro) fabricações de queijos, cada uma com volume de 100 litros de leite. Foram testadas duas concentrações de 'pingo' (0,2 e 0,4%) sobre o volume total de leite. Além desta variante, foram avaliados dois tipos de tratamento da casca, empregando embalagens plásticas e uma resina para queijo. As análises físico-químicas mostraram que as doses de 0,2 e 0,4 % de 'pingo' na fabricação não provocaram mudanças significativas no pH do queijo. O tratamento da casca com resina apresentou um bom desempenho, visto que manteve uma boa aparência do queijo, evitou o crescimento de fungos e não alterou o sabor típico do produto.</text>
