Está ubicada en la región para la que el Panel Intergubernamental sobre de Cambio Climático (IPCC) ha pronosticado hace más de 10 años la ocurrencia de precipitaciones extremas, consecuentes inundaciones y necesidades de adaptación específicas. El trabajo pretende problematizar los límites de la gestión del riesgo en dicho contexto a partir del análisis de un caso concreto, la ciudad de Jesús María frente a la inundación del año 2015. A tal fin, presentamos en detalle la sistematización de las acciones/comunicaciones de dos sistemas sociales urbanos identificados como claves, el Sistema Político Institucional y el de Información-Comunicación, en los tres momentos en que se analizan los desastres: respuesta, reparación y prevención. Nuestra observación, desde una perspectiva sistémica-comunicacional, aspira a aumentar la reflexividad social sobre un modelo de producción, dando cuenta de la complejidad de una gramática de la adaptación al cambio climático que, haciendo foco en las responsabilidades privadas y públicas y la defensa de los derechos humanos, la biodiversidad y la infraestructura pública y privada, supere respuestas tecnocráticas y prefigure una adaptación al cambio climático que haga eje en la sustentabilidad. Abstract The province of Córdoba is one of the poles of development of the agricultural model based on transgenic-agrotoxicos-direct seeding-commodities implemented in Argentina. It is located in the region for which the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has forecast more than 10 years ago the occurrence of extreme rainfall, consequent floods and specific adaptation needs. The work aims to problematize the limits of risk management in this context from the analysis of a specific case, the city of Jesus Maria after the flood of 2015. To this end, we present in detail the systematization of actions of two urban social systems identified as key, the Institutional Political System and the Information-Communication System, in the three moments in which disasters are analyzed: response, repair and prevention. Our observation, from a systemic-communicational perspective, aims to increase social reflexivity on a production model, accounting for the complexity of a grammar of adaptation to climate change, focusing on private and public responsibilities and the defense of human rights, biodiversity and public and private infrastructure, overcomes inefficient and technocratic responses and prefigures an adaptation to climate change that focuses on sustainability. Se usa el modelo SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool). Se considera una línea base (1994-2015); un escenario de cambio climático RCP 8.5, modelo HadGEM2-ES al 2050; y dos escenarios hipotéticos de cambio de uso/cobertura (-80 % bosque, y +50 % bosque). Con el programa SWAT-CUP se hace la calibración en dos puntos. Los puntos de calibración presentan comportamiento hidrológico distinto entre caudales simulados y observados. El punto con menor intervención el ajuste hidrológico fue muy bueno (NS = 0.77; KGE = 0.87). El punto en sector de mayor intervención el ajuste hidrológico no fue satisfactorio (NS = -5; KGE = -0.8). Bajo los escenarios evaluados se prevé que el mayor impacto en la respuesta hidrológica y erosión hídrica será ocasionado por el cambio climático. La producción de agua y erosión hídrica prevé reducirse hasta un 40 y 20 %, respectivamente. Si bien los datos observados son limitados, temporal y espacialmente, se logró simular el ciclo hidrológico y estimar la erosión hídrica; resalta la importancia de la instrumentación espacial y temporal de las cuencas nacionales. La tendencia actual en cuanto a los cambios climáticos hace que la atmósfera se torne cada vez más agresiva, por lo que surgen inquietudes acerca de la degradación del recubrimiento en determinadas condiciones. Teniendo en cuenta que los estudios referidos al tema necesitan tiempos excesivamente largos de exposición, se toma la variante de la utilización de ensayos climáticos acelerados. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una comparación de las medias y desviaciones de las distribuciones del espesor del aluminio lacado, antes y después del ensayo de niebla salina neutra en condiciones extremas de humedad, temperatura y salinidad. Se demostró la influencia de la acción de la niebla salina neutra sobre el espesor a partir de las diferentes pruebas realizadas en el software Statgraphics Centurion, evidenciándose un cambio en las distribuciones normales en los valores obtenidos antes y después de ser realizado el ensayo. Se observa una tendencia a la disminución del espesor y la existencia de diferencias significativas en las medias y desviaciones estándares con un 95 % de confiabilidad, pero aun así los resultados de los ensayos resultaron conformes teniendo en cuenta el cumplimiento de las directrices de Qualicoat.
