El presente ensayo ofrece una reflexión sobre las nuevas perspectivas que presenta la universidad del siglo XXI en México, en específico los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, gracias a una amplia revisión bibliográfica. Actualmente, se habla de la Sociedad del Conocimiento concebida como una aldea global interconectada por diversas tecnologías que facilitan el intercambio de información, influyendo en la toma de decisiones individual y colectivamente. Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) se ven afectadas o influenciadas por esta situación, pues son las encargadas de formar individuos íntegros y profesionales, debiendo adaptar el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje para los nuevos objetivos que exige la sociedad globalizada. El documento se divide en cuatro apartados, inicia con una breve explicación sobre las características de la educación y el aprendizaje del siglo XXI en la educación superior; continua con una descripción de los principios teóricos del conectivismo que facilita la comprensión del nuevo aprendizaje; después, retoma la nueva organización para la enseñanza a través el diseño instruccional mediado por las herramientas tecnológicas; posteriormente, reconoce la situación actual de la universidad mexicana ante los retos que presenta el siglo XXI, donde se identifica la necesidad de una ecología de aprendizaje; y concluye, estableciendo sus perspectivas.

Se desarrolló una investigación en condiciones de producción para evaluar el efecto del bioproductoIHplus® en los indicadores productivos [(incremento del peso vivo, PV; ganancia media diaria, GMD; conversión alimentaria (CA) y de salud (enfermos, recuperados y muertos)]; e indicadores epizootiológicos: prevalencia IPV; incidencia negativa por recuperación, INR; mortalidad, (Mt) de precebas porcinas. Se utilizaron 480 animales, con edad promedio de 26 días y peso promedio de 5,96 kg. Como alimento se usó concentrado de inicio de cría (de origen nacional). El período experimental fue de 21 días. Se evaluaron cuatro tratamientos: un control y tres dosis de IHplus®: 40, 80 y 120 mL cerdo-1 día-1, en un diseño completamente aleatorizado. Los peores resultados productivos se obtuvieron con el tratamiento control (7,26 kg de PV; 60,5 g día-1 de GMD y 6,01 de CA) y con la dosis más baja de probiótico (7,22 kg de PV; 60,5 g día-1 de GMD y 6,01 de CA), mientras que con la dosis de 120 mL se alcanzaron los mejores resultados (7,92 kg de PV; 92,3 g día-1 de GMD y 3,98 de CA). Los indicadores de salud con 80 y 120 mL cerdo-1 día-1 mostraron menor prevalencia, y la mayor dosis ejerció el mejor efecto en ellos; estos tratamientos alcanzaron una tasa de recuperación de 100 %, con 0 % de mortalidad. Se concluye que la dosis de 120 mL de IHplus® cerdo-1 día-1 produjo un efecto superior al resto en los indicadores productivos y de salud de precebas porcinas, por lo que se recomienda como dosis óptima de aplicación en las dietas.

In this work, a risk index to monitor an anaerobic digestion process is established. The index is derived from the dynamical analysis of the system and it is composed by two conditions ensuring an optimum operating conditions inside bioreactor. The analysis is performed using bifurcation theory in order to study the effects of dilution rate, temperature and pH parameters at behavior system. For these purpose an extended version of the mathematical model proposed by Bernard [1] involving the dependence of growth kinetics on temperature and pH is used. The analysis shows both microbial growth and the performance of the bioprocess, when is highly affected by these parameters, indeed the washout condition occurs by combining a fold bifurcation and a transcritical bifurcation. From bifurcation diagrams both safety and optimal operation regions of the bioreactor are defined. Consequently, based on two conditions of stability a risk index to monitor the bioprocess on-line is proposed. The index is evaluated via numerical simulations allowing to detect system destabilization. The results obtained in this work may provide a useful methodology to monitor an anaerobic process and to guarantee the optimal performance of the bioreactor given that the model is sufficiently accurate.

El objetivo del presente trabajo será presentar información empírica sobre la historia y práctica actual de la Red de Agroecología del Uruguay, aportando interpretaciones posibles desde el enfoque sobre los antagonismos sociales rurales. Se trata de un estudio transversal no experimental, con triangulación de métodos (cualitativos y cuantitativos) y utilización de tres técnicas de recolección de datos: observación de plenarios, entrevistas colectivas y encuesta autoadministrada. Los resultados permiten concluir que, en los últimos años, fueron configurándose en Uruguay, tramas sociales locales de producción, distribución y consumo de alimentos agroecológicos, que, aun de forma precaria, sostienen prácticas y narrativas de resistencia al modelo hegemónico.
