A escala global, la agricultura es considerada la actividad más vulnerable a la sequía, representando una de las amenazas climáticas más devastadoras. Es por ello que, el objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la ocurrencia de la sequía meteorológica por medio de series temporales del Índice Normalizado de Precipitación durante el periodo (1980-2014) para cuatro localidades agrícolas venezolanas. Para el análisis, se usó la combinación de dos métodos multivariados: el Análisis de Coordenadas Principales de las matrices de datos usando distancia Euclídea y el Análisis Clúster. Los resultados del análisis revelaron tres grupos de años para las localidades El Tigre y Banco de San Pedro, representados por los años húmedos, condición normal o intermedios y años con déficit hídrico significativo; mientras que para el resto de las localidades (Tapipa-Padrón y El Guayabo) solo se distinguen dos grupos de años (húmedos y secos). La metodología estadística basada en el análisis multivariado permitió delinear grupos de años que mostraron patrones semejantes del índice de sequía meteorológica en función a la serie temporal. El estudio constituye la columna vertebral para la planificación del espacio y el fortalecimiento de las estrategias para la seguridad alimentaria en esas localidades.

Las investigaciones sobre la evolución morfológica de las ciudades colombianas se concentran en ciudades fundadas durante la época colonial española. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue caracterizar las formas urbanas y su relación con los espacios públicos, a partir de la topografía, la transformación ambiental, los procesos de gestión urbana y los desarrollos urbanísticos entre 1849 y 2017. Mediante el uso de un sistema de información geográfica (SIG), se hizo el análisis de superposición de capas, así como el mapa de pendientes y la caracterización de laderas. Se seleccionaron 24 barrios de 114. Como resultado se identificaron 8 tipologías de tramas urbanas, diferenciadas en 5 fases de crecimiento urbano. La trama de damero y los grandes movimientos de tierra se dejaron de emplear desde mediados del siglo XX. Las tramas posteriores tratan de adaptarse a las laderas con menos modificación del terreno, pero sin reducir el riesgo geotécnico. En cuanto al espacio público, muchas de las zonas verdes son laderas con espacios residuales que no cuentan con diseño de espacio público y no permiten el uso recreativo, al contrario de áreas localizadas en topografías planas, que favorecen el uso recreativo y sin tratamientos geotécnicos.

Estacas semilenhosas de oliveiras 'Ascolano 315', foram preparadas com aproximadamente 12 cm de comprimento e quatro folhas, sendo, em seguida, tratadas, ou não, com 3000 mg L-1 de AIB por cinco segundos O experimento foi conduzido em casa de vegetação, com sistema de nebulização intermitente, sendo as estacas colocadas em bancadas de propagação, contendo a perlita como substrato. Antes do plantio das estacas, foram aplicados os fertilizantes orgânicos Biofertilizante e Nippoterra, nas dosagens 0, 20, 40 e 60 mL L-1. Os produtos foram aplicados nas parcelas experimentais com regador manual, em dosagem única. Passados 58 dias, foi mensurada a porcentagem de estacas com calo, enraizadas, enraizadas e/ou com calo, número médio de raízes e comprimento médio das raízes. Concluiu-se que a dosagem de 40 mL L-1 de Biofertilizante propiciou melhores resultados, com a utilização de AIB.Semi hardwood cutting was colletecd in the medium portion of the 'Ascolano 315' olive trees, prepared with 12 cm in length and four leaves, treated or not with 3000 mg L-1 of IBA by five seconds. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse, with a system of intermittent nebulization. The cutting was placed in propagation supports, containing perlite as a substrate. Before the plantation of the cutting, organic fertilizers Biofertilizante and Nippoterra were applied in the proportion: 0, 20, 40 and 60 mL L-1. The products were applied in the experimental portions in a single dose. After 58 days, the percentage of cutting with callus, taken root, taken root and/or with callus, average number of roots and average length of the roots were evaluated. The 40 mL L-1 of Biofertilizante gave the best results, with IBA.

Indigenous peoples have experienced food shortages in recent years. The rapid destruction of natural resources, lack of incentives for producers, globalization and free tradeagreements havec caused an uprooting from the land in the native mind. Moreover, it has been difficult to establish an adequate relationship between traditional farming practices and technical advice to put the community economy on the right track with new ways to strengthen the knowledge inherited from our grandparents on the cultivation and consumption of agricultural products, in harmony with nature. This reality, which affects the Boruca indigenous region, has led to economic, social and cultural problems, coupled with an evident threat: loss of food sovereignty.Recibido 25 de mayo de 2012 • Corregido 07 de febrero de 2013 • Aceptado 13 de marzo de 2013Los pueblos indígenas han enfrentado problemas alimentarios en los últimos años. La rápida destrucción de los recursos naturales, la carencia de incentivos para los productores, la globalización y los tratados de libre comercio han creado, en el pensamiento indígena, un desarraigo a la tierra. Además, ha sido difícil establecer una adecuada interrelación entre las prácticas agrícolas tradicionales y la asesoría técnica, para encauzar la economía de la comunidad con nuevas alternativas que fortalezcan los conocimientos que dejaron nuestros abuelos en cuanto al cultivo y consumo de productos agrícolas, en armonía con la naturaleza. Esta realidad, presente también en Boruca, ha traído como consecuencia, problemas económicos, sociales y culturales, aunados a una amenaza cuyos indicios ya se atisban: la pérdida de soberanía alimentaria.

A luta pela justiça e libertação encontra-se no centro dos movimentos e das reflexões teológicas latino-americanas há décadas. De que modo os movimentos sociais, os líderes políticos, os teólogos e os cristãos tratam atualmente os desafios da mudança climática? Como eles os relacionam no contexto global? O presente artigo, baseado numa apresentação feita pelo autor para uma audiência nórdica européia apresenta a gênesis e a matriz das teologias latino-americanas e alguns de seus principais expoentes como Leonardo Boff, Juan Luis Segundo, Gustavo Gutierrez. Destaca também os novos empreendimentos que permitem uma abordagem dos assuntos relacionados às mudanças clímaticas, nomeados de teologias indígenas, eco-teologias, teologia e economia e teologia eco-feminista, construídos a partir das publicações de teólogos como Boff e Ivone Gebara. Em seguida, o autor destaca algumas das principais componentes desta relação, enfocando o imperativo ético de justiça climática, a renovada teologia da criação e da dimensão espiritual da abordagem.Palavras-chave: Teologia latino-americana, ecologia, alterações climáticas, ética, justiça Abstract The struggle for justice and liberation has been at the core of mouvements and theological reflection in Latin America for decades. How do social mouvements, political leaders, theologians and Christians address nowadays the challenges of climate change? What ethical and spiritual avenues are proposed? How to relate them to the global context? The present article, based on a presentation made by the author to a Nordic European audience, presents the genesis and matrix of Latin American theologies, some of their key authors like Leonardo Boff, Juan Luis Segundo, Gustavo Gutierrez and highlights new developments that have allowed an approach to climate change issues, namely, indigenous theology, eco-theology, theology and economy and eco-feminist theology, building on work done by theologians like Boff and Ivone Gebara. Then the author stresses some of the core components of this relation, focusing on the ethical imperative of climate justice, the renewed theology of creation and the spiritual dimension of the approach. Key words: Latin American theology, ecology, climate change, ethics, justice.

El presente trabajo es un ensayo que pretende encontrar puntos de contacto entre la teoría contable, los contadores públicos y la filosofía. Mi larga trayectoria de docente, investigador y también profesional, me ha permitido tratar de traducir experiencias personales que sirvieron como punto de partida, en algún caso, para analizar el tipo de estudios que nos inicia en varios aspectos de la vida. La libertad plena del individuo para conducir su vida se manifiesta en la universidad y la escuela media debe servir para introducirnos en el mundo de la realidad, seguramente desconocida, en gran parte, hasta entonces. La comunidad y la solidaridad también me llevó a conocer grupos de personas con ideales de servicio, entre los cuales se observan también principios filosóficos que tratan de hacer más grata la vida de relación y ratificar que siempre estamos en condiciones de hacer algo por los demás. Seguramente mis conclusiones podrían calificarse de un tanto aventuradas pero se trata de lograr aquella supuesta vinculación, introduciendo conceptos que derivan de la sociología, rama del saber que debe ser jerarquizada por la interdependencia que hoy existe entre todos los países y, fundamentalmente, entre sus habitantes; ciertos acontecimientos ocurridos recientemente nos señalan cómo los planes pueden cambiar en segundos por hechos que están por fuera de nuestro control y cómo la solidaridad y la información son absolutamente necesarios. Espero que otros, quizás con mejor formación teórica que yo, tomen la posta y tratemos, entre todos, de que la teoría contable sea considerada en el plano de importancia que se merece.

La respuesta a la selección natural en caracteres cuantitativos en una población natural depende de la magnitud de variabilidad genética y las correlaciones genéticas en los rasgos, y estos parámetros genéticos pueden diferir entre categorías de rasgos. En este estudio se caracterizaron los patrones de varianza y covarianza fenotípica y se realizaron estimaciones de heredabilidad (h²) y correlaciones genéticas de rasgos morfológicos y fisiológicos en una población de Zamia obliqua (Zamiaceae: Cycadales). Se probaron las hipótesis de que la varianza y la heredabilidad de rasgos morfológicos son mayores que las de rasgos fisiológicos, y que las correlaciones fenotípicas y genéticas son mayores dentro que entre las categorías de rasgos. Los valores de varianza fenotípica fueron mayores en los rasgos fisiológicos comparados con los caracteres morfológicos. Los estimativos de heredabilidad sugieren que los caracteres morfológicos presentan mayor varianza genética que los rasgos fisiológicos. Por otro lado, no se obtuvieron correlaciones genéticas significativas entre los rasgos. Sin embargo, las correlaciones fenotípicas muestran mayor correlación dentro de los caracteres morfológicos que dentro de los fisiológicos o entre rasgos morfológicos y fisiológicos. Estas estimaciones de parámetros genéticos permiten construir hipótesis sobre la evolución de caracteres fenotípicos en poblaciones naturales, y son aportes importantes al estudio de la ecología evolutiva de especies no modelo y sus poblaciones en hábitats naturales.
