The purpose of conducting this research is to predict the number of cumulative cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia. Covid-19 cases in Indonesia on April 6, 2020, were 2235 cases spread in 34 Provinces. As many as 2491 cases in Indonesia, there were 192 patients recovered (including those treated, so they have natural antibodies in the end) while the total who died was 209 people. It is assumed that around 13% of the total cases have natural antibodies. This is also the case with SARS-CoV-2 and may explain why some individuals (perhaps those most recently able to recover from seasonal coronavirus infections) have asymptomatic infections. Finally, the theoretical concept of increasing herd immunity in pandemic and epidemic cases in Indonesia which aims to control COVID-19 still needs to be reviewed because it is seen from the mortality data that CFR COVID-19 is predicted to be around 8.39% of the population in Indonesia where the risk of death still available. The symptoms of COVID-19 may vary, but in severe cases people with this disease can get pneumonia and multi-organ failure. Countries affected by the pandemic have taken a number of steps to prevent the crisis in the healthcare system. Their governments have introduced various restrictions, such as: mandatory social distancing, movement restrictions, air and land borders closure. Some countries limited prescriptions of potential coronavirus drugs. Many sectors have been affected by the pandemic. As a result, the functioning of international distribution channels was limited. This caused local difficulties in accessing medicines and medical devices. As the pandemic progresses, the problem caused by these preventive measures could worsen and cause global drug shortages. The article analyzes the causes of the drug shortages that occured during pandemic. They could occur as a result of, among others, increased demand, export bans, stockpiling by hospitals or patients and temporary lockdowns of manufacturing units. This article presents solutions implemented in different countries to ensure drug safety for its people and to stop the crisis in the health care system. In April, the European Commission issued guidelines to tackle shortages in European Union. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has been monitoring the medical product supply chain and continues to work with manufacturers to mitigate and prevent drug shortages as the pandemic situation evolves. FDA proposed such solutions as, for example: lenghtening the Expiration Dates of medicines; introducing Risk Management Plans; mandatory reporting of medical equipment by manufacturers. The partial least square results for data processing reflect that service quality and collaboration quality are determinants of e-filing user satisfaction, while user intentions only influenced by collaboration quality. Overall, this study can support the model that the success rate of e-filing is determined by user intentions and user satisfaction, which is shown by the net benefits generated from using e-filing systems. There are several reports of gender differences related to infection and death due to COVID-19.
