El presente trabajo explora el ordenamiento juridico argentino para reconstruir sistematicamente el marco protectorio de la seguridad alimentaria de las personas celiacas. Se trata centralmente de analizar la Ley Nacional de Celiaquia No 26.588 que constituye la base normativa para su proteccion. Se relevan tambien otras normas importantes del marco protectorio de la salud en terminos amplios, como son las normas de derecho del consumidor. El objetivo es determinar cuales son los elementos normativos que efectivamente inciden sobre la seguridad alimentaria de la poblacion celiaca. Asi tambien, se trata de establecer cual es el nivel de proteccion de su derecho, constitucionalmente reconocido, a una alimentacion adecuada. En terminos metodologicos, el trabajo se basa centralmente en un analisis documental clássico del conjunto de normas juridicas indicado. Las claves de analisis normativo se construyeron a partir de otras fuentes documentales complementarias como manuales de buenas practicas o publicaciones de acceso abierto editadas por asociaciones de las personas celiacas. En primer lugar, se realiza una breve descripcion de la enfermedad celiaca y de las principales problematicas que afectan a la poblacion celiaca en relacion al concepto de seguridad alimentaria. Luego, se ordena cronologicamente la construccion del reciente marco normativo nacional que tutela a la poblacion celiaca. En tercer lugar, se analiza la legislacion vigente a fin de identificar tanto los derechos que reconoce el Estado nacional como los instrumentos que disena para hacerlos efectivos. Por ultimo, se esbozan algunas lineas a modo de conclusion.

Este artigo visa realizar uma atualização do desempenho do Pronaf no Brasil, aprofundando a discussão sobre o público beneficiário e as atividades financiadas. Para tanto, utiliza-se como principal fonte o Anuário Estatístico do Crédito Rural do Banco Central do Brasil (1999 a 2012), complementando-o com informações da Secretaria da Agricultura Familiar (SAF) do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário (MDA), principalmente para os anos de 1996 a 1998. Os resultados apontam que, por um lado, o Pronaf mantém uma concentração de contratos e de recursos nos agricultores familiares mais capitalizados, produtores de commodities (principalmente milho, soja e café) e localizados na região Sul, Sudeste e Centro-Oeste, reforçando o seu forte viés produtivista. Mas, ao analisar espacialmente os dados, percebe-se o financiamento de uma variedade de cultivos nas diferentes regiões brasileiras. Em ternos regionais, a ampliação dos recursos e contratos totais tem sido superior nas regiões Nordeste e Norte. Apesar disso, ainda são públicos e regiões que, em termos absolutos, mantêm-se minoritárias no acesso ao Pronaf, apesar de concentraram a maior parte da agricultura familiar brasileira.

El objeto de este trabajo es hacer un breve análisis de un proceso que bien puede desembocar en la pérdida de la relativa autonomía nacional, el de la creciente dependencia alimentaria, que pone en peligro la seguridad alimentaria de la población mexicana. El otro problema a analizar se refiere al papel que juega el comercio de alimentos en la zona fronteriza que, con la devaluación del peso mexicano, ha provocado cambios bruscos en la oferta y demanda de dichos productos. Con base en lo anterior, se puede afirmar que la política económica del Estado mexicano, favorable al desarrollo agrícola del Norte, y que en última instancia responde al requerimiento del mercado norteamericano, beneficia a un grupo reducido de empresarios agrícolas coludidos con las transnacionales estadounidenses, generando contradicciones de gran envergadura en la economía nacional. Finalmente, se plantea como estudios necesarios analizar las limitaciones o posibilidades de la estructura productiva nacional.

Esta es una investigación que se realizó durante el año 2017 en el campus universitario. El problema identificado aludía a la influencia de la ecología cultural en el entorno académico de los estudiantes de la facultad de Antropología de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, es decir, de qué manera ellos se adaptan socioculturalmente a su medio ambiente, cuáles son las estrategias que aplican cotidianamente y cómo es su relación con su medio ambiente natural y social. A partir de esto, el objetivo planteado fue analizar las manifestaciones de la ecología sociocultural practicada por los jóvenes universitarios de la facultad de Antropología en directa interacción con su entorno natural y social mediante la aplicación de su cultura. El aporte de este estudio es conocer la forma como los estudiantes resuelven sus dificultades sociales y ambientales a partir de la práctica de sus saberes individuales. El presente estudio, más que una investigación etnográfica, solo pretende ser una investigación explorativa. El método de campo fue el etnográfico, poniendo especial énfasis en la observación participante respaldada con técnicas audiovisuales y cuantitativas como la encuesta. El universo de la investigación consideró a los estudiantes de la facultad de Antropología, cuyo total aproximado fue de 370. Un primer resultado observado es que los estudiantes constituyen un grupo poblacional urbano, académicamente formado por una diversidad etaria y social, así como biológica y cultural muy plural. El distanciamiento social obligatorio impuesto por el avance del COVID-19 condujo a poner en cuestión la normalidad y repercutió inmediatamente en las aulas. La suspensión de clases presenciales presentó un gran desafío, y fueron los/as docentes quienes rápidamente buscaron alternativas para garantizar la continuidad pedagógica y vincularse con sus estudiantes. Las experiencias de enseñanza y de aprendizaje mutaron y generaron nuevas formas de apropiación, de producción y de consumo dentro de la compleja ecología de medios. Experiencias didácticas transformadoras se fueron presentando en contextos diversos en ambientes con y sin disposición tecnológica.
