                <text>Para posicionarnos en las reflexiones con el autor, es necesario comprender que aunque hablemos de post-COVID-19 es imprescindible continuar con un grupo de medidas que garanticen el no retorno a la epidemia, además el efecto psicológico de romper con un pasado y entregarnos a un nuevo presente-futuro, puede ser contradictorio; por un lado se le ofrece al individuo una herramienta positiva en la lucha contra la pandemia, pero por el otro, lo invita a sentir triunfalismo y abandonar el nuevo estilo de vida desde el punto de vista higiénico-preventivo. Sería bueno comenzar desde el principio. Diciembre del 2019, provincia de Wuhan, República Popular China. El comienzo fue similar a cualquier resfriado común, pero matizado por fiebre, cansancio y tos seca, otros pacientes referían dolores, congestión nasal, rinorrea, dolor de garganta o diarreas. Estos síntomas solían ser leves y aparecían de forma gradual. Pero las autoridades sanitarias chinas percibieron algo más por el aumento exponencial de los casos y la tendencia al agravamiento del cuadro clínico llegando a desarrollar una neumonía que comprometía la vida del paciente.</text>

                <text>Abstract The world has suffered from the COVID-19 pandemic. While it is expected that societies will learn lessons from this experience, knowledge about how people responded to the pandemic in its early stages is very limited. With the aim of urgently providing policymakers with scientific evidence about how to better inform the public about fighting against COVID-19, this study made an initial attempt to assess how people responded to the COVID-19 outbreak during its early stages. Based on a life-oriented approach, this study collected data on a large set of behaviors and attitudes through a nationwide retrospective panel survey conducted in Japan at the end of March 2020, when the country had 1953 confirmed infection cases in total. Valid data were collected from 1052 residents from the whole of Japan, taking into account a balanced population distribution in terms of age, gender, and region. Respondents were asked to report changes in their daily activity-travel behavior, long-distance trips, and other life activities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and associated factors (information reliability, risk perception, attitudes about policy-making and communications with the public, etc.). Results of both aggregate and modeling analyses (using a structural equation model and a data mining approach) indicate that poor communication with the public may have been closely related to the spread of COVID-19 in Japan, and that effective interventions should be made by focusing on interactions between target persons and close members of their social networks. It is also revealed that differentiated communications are necessary to encourage different types of behavioral changes. Risk communication should be better designed to encourage people to voluntarily modify their needs in life [L] and perform the needed activities [A] at places with sufficient spaces [S] and proper duration of time and at the proper timing [TING]. Such a LASTING approach may be crucial to enhance the effects of massive public involvement in mitigating the spread of COVID-19. The findings from this study are not only useful to tackle the current pandemic, but also have a long-term value for addressing future pandemics.</text>

                <text>Educational centers (schools, academies, high schools, etc.) are usually small companies, which make them special in terms of management. The management of IT services is far from standard and based in home solutions. The disadvantage of this approach is clear, as it happened during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The solution to properly managing IT services is based on the use of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). The question is how to apply this standard that only defines the processes to implement, but does not describe the way or the order to implement them. In this article it is shown which IT processes are really needed in any educational center and the order in which they should be implemented. The method used consists of fulfilling a knowledge database with extensive information from schools, academies, and other educational centers. After that, an existing optimization model is adopted and a representative learning center is defined, which is used to propose the IT processes sequence; finally, a set of optimal IT processes and the order to implement them is defined. These ordered processes optimize the quality of IT for learning services. The main result is an ordered set of IT processes that best fit the needs of IT departments in small educational centers.</text>

В большей степени статья нацелена на анализ того, как биоэтика может: 1) влиять на науку и, используя социологические исследования, вносить изменения в клиническую практику, формируя новые нормы общения, а также в политику в сфере общественного здравоохранения; 2) воздействовать на национальное и международное законодательство в области здравоохранения; 3) способствовать созданию междисциплинарных команд, независимых площадок гражданской активности; 4) посредством гражданской активности ученых формировать глобальную сеть образовательных и научно-исследовательских центров по всему миру, ориентированных на исследование национальных аспектов биоэтики и практики медицины, организации научных обменов и проектов, которые призваны создать этику глобального здравоохранения. Также статья рассматривает, что такое Центр Гастингс, как устроена работа независимого исследовательского проекта и каков его вклад в развитие биоэтики в условиях эпидемии. Этот аспект демонстрируется на примере аналитических материалов ученых, а также гражданской инициативы около 1400 биоэтиков и работников здравоохранения США, адресованной федеральному Правительству с рекомендациями о корректировке государственных противоэпидемических мер.                 <text>Objective: The significant impact of COVID-19 pandemic may change the future of education. There was an abrupt obligatory transformation into e-learning. This study aimed to examine views of faculty members on the use of e-learning in Saudi medical and health colleges during COVID-19 pandemic, and their preparedness for e-learning in the light of the complete lockdown due to the pandemic. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study design was conducted in two parts. The first part was a pilot study aimed to provide valuable validation of the content of the major questionnaire study. The second part was a full-scale study designed to address the aim. An electronic questionnaire was prepared and distributed to reach a large number of faculties and primarily focused on three sections demographic information, experience with e-learning before and after COVID-19 pandemic, and preparedness for e-learning. Results: A total of 38 and 220 faculty members participated in the pilot and full-scale studies, respectively. The majority of respondents to the main questionnaire were male (73.2%), from Riyadh (42.7%), worked in governmental colleges (96.3%), and had different academic ranking and teaching experiences. Faculty members showed positive attitudes towards the use of e-learning which was tremendously increased post-COVID-19 (91.9%) compared to pre-COVID-19 (45.9%). Most of the participants were enthusiastic (82.3%) about and confident in using e-learning in teaching and learning. Yet, e-learning was not entirely used as a substitute for hands-on skill training and assessment. Conclusions: This study provides stakeholders with valuable standpoints indispensability of e-learning and the positive attitude and proficiency of teaching staff toward it. This urges furthering our institutional e-learning preparedness and engagement through resolving some appeared individual and infrastructural shortcomings. It is an appropriate time for overcoming barriers to e-learning/teaching as an integral teaching modality in medical and health colleges.</text>

                <text>First paragraphs:  CARES of Farmington Hills (Michigan) is a front-line food pantry that serves nine cities. CARES is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Prior to the COVID-19 pan­demic, the CARES office included a large meeting area, clothing room, and the food pantry. Before the pandemic arrived, it was a client-choice, self-serve food pantry set up like a grocery store that is available to those in need in the service area. The pantry was open five days a week, and shopping was available by appointment. Each guest can visit the pantry once each month, and no guest is ever turned away. If a guest is not in our service area, they are offered an emergency bag that con­sists of enough food for a couple of days and are given a list of food pantries near them. At the beginning of the pandemic, we were serving 400 to 500 families each month.  When the pandemic struck, the client-choice pantry and other areas in the building were cleared out to allow pallets of food to be stored so they could be used in a bag-packing process. The entire distribution process changed to a drive-up system, where carts of food were unloaded into each guest’s trunk with no personal contact.                 <text>During the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the number of confirmed cases and deaths in Hubei province of China increased sharply, and the situation in Hubei was more severe than that in non-Hubei, so we do a research on psychological health status evaluation of the public in Hubei and non-Hubei areas. In this paper, we adopt textual analysis and contextual analysis using Simplified Chinese Microblog Word Count (SCMBWC), Five-Factors Model (FFM), Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) to interpret and analyze the public perception and psychological personality based on media news. Through the analysis, it was found that there were great differences in public perception to novel coronavirus pneumonia. In Hubei areas, the public perception was mainly reflected in the overall prevention and the treatment of patients, while in non-Hubei areas, the perception was mainly in the orderly promotion of enterprises to return to work. Through contextual analysis, the novel coronavirus pneumonia had a great psychological impact on the public in different regions. The media covered a large number of social process words and cognitive process words, public showed a personality that was inclined to be “open” and “neurotic” in different areas. Furthermore, we find out some reasons like all kinds of rumors, wildlife trade, all kinds of illegal and criminal acts disturbing social order cause this psychology personality through emotional entity mining based on semantic role labeling. This is conducive to the government&amp;apos;s better policies and management in line with local conditions.</text>
