                <text>The Covid 19 pandemic led to the issuance of learn from home rules for school children and work  from home for teachers, including those who work in PAUD institutions. The current situation demands maximum parental involvement and restores the nature of children's education in the family. This article will discuss the role of parents in accompanying children at home during a pandemic. The method used is the literature study method with data collection using documentation from theoretical studies obtained from books and journals. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, children's education has been carried out remotely. Learning carried out at home makes the role of parents very important. During the Covid-19 pandemic, parents not only functioned as the first and foremost place for children's education in shaping character, religious values and character but now have an additional role as second teacher for children in learning at home. Accompanying children when learning is something that is very important for children, namely to build closeness between parents and children. As for the important role of parents in accompanying children, namely children feel not alone, parents as encouragement, facilitate children's needs, a place to discuss and ask questions, help identify.</text>

Quando infatti le difficoltà concettuali sono rilevanti, come nel caso della didattica della fisica, anche l’utilizzo di software opportuni e fortemente interattivi favorisce l’apprendimento e la costruzione epistemologica dello studente. Nella sperimentazione effettuata ci si è proposti di raggiungere questo intento: il concetto di forza nella Dinamica Newtoniana è stato proposto in un percorso didattico progettato e strutturato attraverso il software per la didattica Desmos a studenti della classe seconda della scuola secondaria di primo grado durante il primo periodo di lockdown. L’integrazione tecnologica è stata fondamentale per la riuscita del percorso e per una sua possibile promozione anche nella didattica non emergenziale.</text>

Drawing on philosopher Joan Tronto’s phases of care and associated moral elements, the article reports on survey data from a large cohort of students in the Post Graduate Certificate of Education programme at Stellenbosch University and seeks to analyse the students’ care needs and experiences of care during this period.                 <text>Household food security in Indonesia depends on many factors. This study aims to describe household food security during the Covid-19 pandemic in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). This research was conducted using a questionnaire for taking data. This study showed that there was a difference in household food security between the pre-pandemic of Covid-19 and during the pandemic of Covid-19. The hunger scale di DIY at the pre-pandemic of Covid-19 was 6% and increased during the pandemic of Covid-19 to 11%. It is showed that the financial crisis because of Covid-19 also influenced at increasing household food insecurity. As far as future research is concerned, the impact of food insecurity in vulnerable groups within the studied communities needs to be determined.</text>

                <text>Within days of the outbreak of COVID-19, the language of “essential work” and “essential workers” became commonplace in public discourse. “Church workers” and their in-person liturgical services were largely deemed “non-essential”, and most assemblies shifted worship to online platforms. While some reflection on this virtual “church work” has appeared in the intervening months, there has been less evaluation of the gathered assembly’s absence from the public square, along with the contribution its liturgical work might offer in interpreting the pandemic and its effects. This essay imagines a post-COVID-19 agenda for liturgical studies that focuses on a recovery of Christian liturgy as public, in-person, and “essential” service done for the sake of the polis—a public example of “church doing world”—that proposes a countersign to the inequalities of contemporary consumer culture laid bare in these last months. It begins by engaging in dialogue with the leitourgia of groups who insisted on the essential nature of their public service, in particular the public protests against police violence that marked the summer of 2020. In doing so, it seeks ways liturgical assemblies might better propose a “public theology” of God’s work in the world understood as the concursus Dei, the divine accompanying of creation and humanity within it.</text>

Vaccines that induce large quantities of high affinity virus-neutralizing antibodies may optimally prevent infection and avoid unfavorable effects. Vaccination trials require precise clinical management, complemented with detailed evaluation of safety and immune responses. Here, we review the pros and cons of available vaccine platforms and options to accelerate vaccine development towards the safe immunization of the world’s population against SARS-CoV-2. Favorable vaccines, used in well-designed vaccination strategies, may be critical for limiting harm and promoting trust and a long-term return to normal public life and economy.</text>

                <text>The COVID-19 pandemic and the social unrest pervading U.S. cities in response to the killings of George Floyd and other Black citizens at the hands of police are historically significant. These events exemplify dismaying truths about race and equality in the United States. Racial health disparities are an inexcusable lesion on the U.S. health care system. Many health disparities involve medications, including antidepressants, anticoagulants, diabetes medications, drugs for dementia, and statins, to name a few. Managed care pharmacy has a role in perpetuating racial disparities in medication use. For example, pharmacy benefit designs are increasingly shifting costs of expensive medications to patients, creating affordability crises for lower income workers, who are disproportionally persons of color. In addition, the quest to maximize rebates serves to inflate list prices paid by the uninsured, among which Black and Hispanic people are overrepresented. While medication cost is a foremost barrier for many patients, other factors also propagate racial disparities in medication use. Even when cost sharing is minimal or zero, medication adherence rates have been documented to be lower among Blacks as compared with Whites. Deeper understandings are needed about how racial disparities in medication use are influenced by factors such as culture, provider bias, and patient trust in medical advice. Managed care pharmacy can address racial disparities in medication use in several ways. First, it should be acknowledged that racial disparities in medication use are pervasive and must be resolved urgently. We must not believe that entrenched health system, societal, and political structures are impermeable to change. Second, the voices of community members and their advocates must be amplified. Coverage policies, program designs, and quality initiatives should be developed in consultation with those directly affected by racial disparities. Third, the industry should commit to dramatically reducing patient cost sharing for essential medication therapies. Federal and state efforts to limit annual out-of-pocket pharmacy spending should be supported, even though increased premiums may be an undesirable (yet more equitable) consequence. Finally, information about race should be incorporated into all internal and external reporting and quality improvement activities. Novel kind of the disease, highly infectious nature, rapid progress with serious medical complications and risk of death, and absence of effective treatment and vaccine have all added to a community fear. Need for social distancing, social isolation, and quarantine in contacts further contributes to the fear and also creates a stigma. Declaration of lockdown in many parts of the world to prevent spread of illness has been associated with socioeconomic consequences with great loss to the world economy as well unemployment in a large section of the population. All these factors impose a high risk of mental health problems like anxiety, fear, worries, sleep disturbances, depression, etc. in the general population, and also worsening of the existing symptoms in persons with existing mental illness. The impact of the pandemic on mental health is likely to be long lasting, and a great challenge to the mental health professionals and the policy makers. This paper discusses various strategies to effectively manage the mental health issues in the light of limited availability of mental health resources and restricted access to health services due to lockdown in low-resource settings.</text>

                <text>The enormity of the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has overwhelmed most health services and has placed health care service providers under unprecedented stress. The rapidity of spread, uncertain clinical course, and unavailability of effective treatment make clinical decisions cognitively demanding. Extended work hours inside uncomfortable protective gears, improper hydration, with conflictual health systems and patients at work; and social stigma and isolation after it ends, have created an unending downward spiral of mental health in care providers. Care providers are at increased risk of developing mental health problems in form of burnout, stress reactions, anxiety, depression, and post trauma stress. Concerted strategies for managing the mental health of care providers are urgently needed at individual and systems level. A plethora of strategies, developed from previous experience of crisis management, need to be made available to care providers through accessible mediums of delivery. This paper explores the mental health problems encountered by health care personnel and examines various strategies which need to be implemented to manage them.</text>
