As atividades foram analisadas a fim de verificar a aprendizagem dos conteúdos e também a análise dos alunos sobre as vantagens e desvantagens da metodologia. Após as análises os resultados alcançados mostraram que houve indícios de aprendizado dos conteúdos pelos estudantes e que a metodologia se mostrou promissora para o desenvolvimento de aulas remotas, no que se refere à flexibilidade de tempo e dinamicidade dos conteúdos. Desse modo, este estudo incentiva o emprego da metodologia microaprendizagem nas demais disciplinas em atividades remotas. No drug has demonstrated therapeutic efficacy for COVID-19. Immunomodulatory treatment with hydroxychloroquine and biologics as tocilizumab, in fact, has not proven to show satisfactory results in several reports. We therefore treated a selected patient with interstitial multifocal pneumonia, positive to COVID-19, with polyclonal preparation of immunoglobulins as an adjuvant therapy, obtaining in few days clinical remission and improvements in radiological findings. Based on this case report, we suggest that clinical trials are conducted to test the efficacy and safety of polyclonal immunoglobulins for adjunctive therapy of COVID-19. According to the DEA, they began reducing the APQ because there was no longer the need for a 25% “buffer” of excess opioids due to decreases in prescribing each year.1 In 2017, production of almost every opioid manufactured in the United States was reduced by at least 25%.1 In 2018, APQs of opioids – including oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, hydromorphone, morphine, codeine, meperidine, and fentanyl – were reduced by 20% compared to 2017 production.2 For 2019, DEA reduced APQs only of “more commonly prescribed schedule II opioids, including oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, hydromorphone, morphine, and fentanyl”.3 The 2020 production decreases affected 5 commonly-used opioids: Oxycodone production was decreased by 9%, hydrocodone by 19%, hydromorphone by 25%, fentanyl by 31%, and oxymorphone by 55%.4 Given, in response to the need for increased availability of opioids associated with the COVID-19 crisis, DEA made small adjustments (increases of 10–15%) in production APQs in April of 2020 of analgesics including codeine, fentanyl, hydromorphone, and morphine.5 Unfortunately, this action was too little, too late. The aim of this study was to determine the associated factors of non-adherence to public health and social measures instructions.Methods: This was a cross-sectional study conducted with 1913 participants in two provinces of DRC, Mbuji-Mayi, and Kamina. Predictors of non-adherence to COVID-19 preventive measures were identified using binary logistic regression analysis. P-value< 0.05 was considered as a significant predictor.Results: Among 1913 participants (1057 [55.3%] male, age 34.1 [14.9] years), 36.6% were defined as non-adherents. Non-adherence was associated with never studied and primary education level [adjusted odds ratio (aOR)=1.63, CI=1.31– 2.03], unemployed status [aOR=1.29, CI=1.01– 1.67], living in Kamina (Haut-Lomami province) [aOR=1.63, CI=1.31– 2.03], female gender of head of household [aOR=1.53, CI=1.16– 2.03], no attending lectures/discussions about COVID-19 [aOR=1.61, CI=1.08– 2.40], not being satisfied with the measures taken by the Ministry of Health [aOR=2.26, CI=1.78– 2.81], not been regularly informed about the pandemic [aOR=2.25, CI=1.80– 2.03], and bad knowledge about COVID-19 [aOR=2.36, CI=1.90– 2.93].Conclusion: The rate of non-observance of preventive measures for the COVID-19 pandemic is high, and different factors contributed.
