For this reason, knowing the clinical findings and course of the disease is important for early diagnosis and treatment. In this article, COVID-19 cases followed up after quarantine were discussed. Materials and Methods: In this study, the data of 99 patients who were followed up during travel and post-Umrah quarantine between 31 March and 15 April 2020 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Of the 99 patients included in the study, 66 (66.7%) were females, 33 (33.3%) were males, and mean age was 59.8 ± 11.4 years. SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test was positive at the time of admission in 97 (98.0%) of the 99 patients. Thirty-nine (39.4%) of the patients were symptomatic and 25.3% of the patients had cough, 8.1% had fever, and 7.1% had shortness of breath. While SARSCoV-2 RT-PCR test was negative in 2 (3.3%) of the 60 patients without complaints, 58 (96.7%) of them were positive for SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test. Leukopenia was detected as 3%, lymphopenia 66.7%, D-dimer height 47.5%, LDH elevation 38.4%, CRP elevation 45.5%. Ground glass opacities were present in 81 (81.8%) of the patients with lung involvement, and consolidation areas were present in 40 patients (40.4%). Underlying disease was present in 38 (38.4%) of the patients. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus were the most common underlying diseases. It was observed that 89 (89.4%) of our cases had negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test on the 5th day. Conclusion: COVID-19 infection is an infectious disease that can present with many different clinics. In asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, lung involvement findings and disorders in laboratory parameters may be observed. It should be kept in mind that asymptomatic cases pose a risk in terms of transmission. During confinements, complex courses integrating previous knowledge must be carefully designed and implemented to effectively replace the elements present in face-to-face learning to improve the students’ experience. This work assesses the implementation of a digital-learning physics course for computer science students in a skill-based education program in higher education. The assessment was useful for the institution to evaluate if the digital strategy implemented in the course fulfilled the original premises and objectives. The analyses performed provide useful knowledge of theoretical and operational actions applied in this methodology that could be adapted to similar courses for the younger generations in this university. COVID-19 confinement will continue in Mexico in 2021. This assessment resulted in a positive evaluation of the digital strategy being followed, which can be continued while the contingency lasts. Three teachers came together to design math, physics, and computational sciences content for various sections of a physics course. The analysis was developed and implemented according to an institutional digital delivery model for the COVID-19 pandemic. Elements related to attendance, digital access, performance distribution by gender, activity types, and the course learning sections were considered. The analysis was performed with some techniques found in the literature for small groups, complemented when necessary by standard statistical tests to discern meaningful trends. A primary goal was to assess skill-based learning in the course delivered digitally due to the COVID-19 confinement. Furthermore, additional issues concerning the learning dynamics were searched, reported, and analyzed. Finally, the outcomes of an institutional exit survey collecting students’ opinions supported certain observed behaviors. The analysis produced meaningful evidence that the course’s skill-based development was well supported by the digital delivery during the confinement. Furthermore, differences in the students’ performances in the various course content sections proved statistically significant and are discussed in this work. Methods: An online survey, containing 31 questions, was conducted among medical doctors using a secure Google forms link. The survey was open for 48 hours from 16th-18th April 2020. Results: Responses were received from 556 physicians (including 266 ophthalmologists). About a third (n = 205) wanted to start OP immediately after lockdown. In OP, mask of any kind for patient (60.8%), 3-ply for assistants (52.7%) and N95 for doctors (72.7%) were most common preferences. In OP, 31.5% and 46.6% felt full PPE and gloves alone were sufficient respectively. Ophthalmologists were more likely to start immediately after lockdown compared to other specialists (P = 0.004). Among 299 surgeons, an almost equal number (27%) wanted to start routine OT services immediately and 2 weeks post lockdown. A large majority (76.9%) would mandate COVID-19 tests before elective surgeries. In OT, 34.1% wanted N95 for surgical team and 3-ply for patient, 23.4% wanted 3-ply masks for everyone. 40.5% felt additional personal protective equipment (PPE) is not required and 33.1% felt that full PPE is required for everyone in OT. Ophthalmic surgeons preferred 3-ply masks and were less inclined to use full PPE (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Perspectives of doctors vary, especially with regarding to timing of restarting services and precautions to be taken in the OT. Ophthalmologists may tend to err on the side of taking lesser stringent precautions when restarting services post lockdown. The envelope-anchored trimeric spike protein on the virus surface is considered to be the key protein for the viral entry into the host cells. The angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is reported to be the effective human receptor for SARS-COV-2.  ACE2 receptor can be prevented by neutralizing antibodies such as m396 targeting the virus receptor-binding site. Material and Methods: Considering the importance of computational docking, and in silico affinity maturation we aimed at finding the important amino acids of the m396 antibody. These amino acids were then replaced by other amino acids to improve antibody-binding affinity to receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-COV-2 spike protein. Finally, we measured the binding affinity of antibody variants to the antigen. Result: Our findings disclosed that several variant mutations could successfully improve the characteristics of the antibody binding compared to the normal antibodies. Conclusion: the antibodies developed may be possible candidates for stronger affinity binding to antigens.
