El mismo comienza a partir de la colección, con la prospección de genotipos autóctonos, la introducción de accesiones y parientes silvestres con origen geográfico diverso. Dichas actividades son vitales para el posterior enriquecimiento y mantenimiento de la colección, unido a las diferentes formas de propagación sexual y asexual que garantizan la multiplicación del material y permiten crear nuevas fuentes de variabilidad y una vez establecida, se procede a su caracterización. Para esto se refieren un grupo de descriptores mínimos que pueden ser útiles para homogenizar estudios de este tipo a nivel internacional y para la confección de catálogos de cultivares, con gran demanda por parte de productores y especialistas. Para el manejo racional del germoplasma es necesario conocer la variabilidad existente; en este sentido, se recomiendan caracteres morfológicos altamente discriminativos así como marcadores moleculares AFLP y SSR, cuya combinación permite identificar accesiones y formar grupos de diversidad, no solo en guayabo sino también en otros representantes de Myrtaceae. Todo este análisis integral garantiza un proceso de selección más eficiente de genotipos promisorios para diferentes propósitos (mejoramiento, conservación y comercialización). Sobre esta base se recomiendan cruzamientos que pueden servir para la evaluación de híbridos con características comerciales deseables, además del desarrollo de un mapa de ligamiento genético y la asociación a QTLs, como primer paso para una futura selección asistida por marcadores. Se presentan los resultados de un estudio cuantitativo ‎ex post facto de carácter no experimental basado en el método de encuesta en el que participan 106 estudiantes de ‎cinco asignaturas pertenecientes a los grados de Maestro Educación Primaria e Infantil ‎del Campus La Salle en Madrid y que desarrollaron aprendizaje basado en proyectos con una ‎metodología basada en ‎CSCL. Los estudiantes valoran que las tecnologías más útiles en el CSCL son la videoconferencia y la mensajería instantánea, como WhatsApp, frente a otras herramientas como Wikis, Blogs o Redes Sociales.  Al margen de la situación derivada de la pandemia del COVID-19, los sistemas de videoconferencia y mensajería instantánea desde dispositivos móviles no han sido las herramientas integradas de forma habitual en las plataformas virtuales (LMS) o incorporadas en los procesos CSCL, sin embargo, los estudiantes valoran positivamente su utilidad en los procesos de colaboración. García Description An account of the resource Introduction: Considering the global prevalence of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a vaccine is being developed to control the disease as a complementary solution to hygiene measures—and better, in social terms, than social distancing. Given that a vaccine will eventually be produced, information will be needed to support a potential campaign to promote vaccination.Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the variables affecting the likelihood of refusal and indecision toward a vaccine against COVID-19 and to determine the acceptance of the vaccine for different scenarios of effectiveness and side effects.Materials and Methods: A multinomial logistic regression method based on the Health Belief Model was used to estimate the current methodology, using data obtained by an online anonymous survey of 370 respondents in Chile.Results: The results indicate that 49% of respondents were willing to be vaccinated, with 28% undecided or 77% of individuals who would potentially be willing to be inoculated. The main variables that explained the probability of rejection or indecision were associated with the severity of COVID-19, such as, the side effects and effectiveness of the vaccine; perceived benefits, including immunity, decreased fear of contagion, and the protection of oneself and the environment; action signals, such as, responses from ones' family and the government, available information, and specialists' recommendations; and susceptibility, including the contagion rate per 1,000 inhabitants and relatives with COVID-19, among others. Our analysis of hypothetical vaccine scenarios revealed that individuals preferred less risky vaccines in terms of fewer side effects, rather than effectiveness. Additionally, the variables that explained the indecision toward or rejection of a potential COVID-19 vaccine could be used in designing public health policies.Conclusions: We discovered that it is necessary to formulate specific, differentiated vaccination-promotion strategies for the anti-vaccine and undecided groups based on the factors that explain the probability of individuals refusing or expressing hesitation toward vaccination. [Metodología]: La selección de los sitios de estudio y muestreo consideró su representatividad espacial, grado de alteración y proximidad a la línea de costa.  Se caracterizó la estructura y biomasa arbórea y se tomaron muestras de suelo a una profundidad de 30 cm para su análisis en laboratorio. [Resultados]: El inventario forestal mostró la presencia de las especies Rhizophora mangle, Laguncularia racemosa y Conocarpus erectus, cuya distribución está relacionada, principalmente, con el régimen hídrico del suelo, pH y salinidad. El almacén de carbono aéreo y edáfico fluctuó entre 41.5 y 165 Mg ha-1, siendo consistente con su grado de perturbación. [Conclusiones]: Los principales efectos de las actividades antrópicas fueron la pérdida parcial de la estructura del bosque por tala y quema, compactación de la capa superficial del suelo, lo que deriva en el incremento de la densidad aparente y reducción del carbono almacenado en biomasa y suelo.
