However, few studies have considered the scattering mechanism extraction of dual-polarization SARs. A modified Cloude-Pottier decomposition is proposed to investigate the performance of the scattering mechanism extraction of dual-polarization SARs. It is theoretically demonstrated that only HH-VV SAR can discriminate the three canonical scattering mechanisms from an isotropic surface, horizontal dipole, and isotropic dihedral. Various experiments are conducted using 21 scenes from real datasets acquired by AIRSAR, Convair-580 SAR, EMISAR, E-SAR, Pi-SAR, and RADARSAT-2. Division of the dual-polarization H-α plane is experimentally obtained. The lack of cross-polarization induces the diffusion of scattering mechanisms and their overlap in the HH-VV H-α plane. However, the performance of HH-VV SAR for extracting scattering mechanisms is acceptable. Thus, HH-VV SAR is a suitable alternative to full-polarization SAR in certain cases. Meanwhile, the extraction performance of the other two dual-polarization SARs is badly degraded due to the lack of co-polarization. The considerable amount of data requires stable, reliable, and real-time transmission, which has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper constructs a health monitoring-enabled IoMT network which is composed of several users carrying wearable devices and a coordinator. One of the important problems for the proposed network is the unstable and inefficient transmission of data packets caused by node congestion and link breakage in the routing process. Based on these, we propose a Q-learning-based dynamic routing selection (QDRS) algorithm. First, a mathematical model of path optimization and a solution named Global Routing selection with high Credibility and Stability (GRCS) is proposed to select the optimal path globally. However, during the data transmission through the optimal path, the node and link status may change, causing packet loss or retransmission. This is a problem not considered by standard routing algorithms. Therefore, this paper proposes a local link dynamic adjustment scheme based on GRCS, using the Q-learning algorithm to select the optimal next-hop node for each intermediate forwarding node. If the selected node is not the same as the original path, the chosen node replaces the downstream node in the original path and so corrects the optimal path in time. This paper considers the congestion state, remaining energy, and mobility of the node when selecting the path and considers the network state changes during packet transmission, which is the most significant innovation of this paper. The simulation results show that compared with other similar algorithms, the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the packet forwarding rate without seriously affecting the network energy consumption and delay. Se realizaron pruebas de pH a cinco jabones, se obtuvieron medidas de pH por encima de 10 en todos los jabones. También se analizaron pruebas de sólidos insolubles en ETOH. Uno de los prototipos desarrollados en esta investigación obtuvo medidas por debajo de 0.2 g, siendo este un punto positivo a la investigación. Families with children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are an understudied but potentially vulnerable population to changes during the outbreak. As such, the aim of this study was to contrast quality of life for caregivers of children with ADHD and/or ASD, before and during the pandemic, compared to caregivers of neurotypical (NT) children. Total, Parent Health-Related Quality of Life, and Family Functioning Summary Scores from the Family Impact Module of the Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryTM were contrasted among caregivers of children with ADHD, ASD, comorbid ADHD and ASD, and NT development. For all scores, caregivers of ADHD and/or ASD children reported lower quality of life, both before and during the pandemic, in comparison to caregivers of NT children. For all diagnoses, quality of life decreased during the pandemic, but caregivers of children with ADHD and/or ASD reported a greater decrease in quality of life than caregivers for NT children. There are limitations to this study in terms of the composition of the sample and the survey methodology, but we are able to conclude that caregivers of children with ADHD and/or ASD have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic, and it is imperative that these families receive additional resources and support to improve their quality of life. Insegurança alimentar foi medida com a Escala Brasileira de Insegurança Alimentar (EBIA). Peso e altura foram obtidos com o Serviço de Nutrição da Secretaria Municipal de Educação. As prevalências de excesso de peso e insegurança alimentar foram, respectivamente, 38,1% e 45,1%. Após ajuste para fatores de confusão, escolares com insegurança alimentar apresentaram probabilidade 22% menor de ter excesso de peso quando comparados com aqueles sem insegurança alimentar. Este estudo identificou elevadas prevalências de insegurança alimentar e excesso de peso, com associação inversa entre estas variáveis. Por um lado, esses resultados revelam a complexidade dessa relação, o que exige mais estudos para compreendê-la, e, por outro, mostra a necessidade de políticas públicas robustas para enfrentar essas condições.
