An epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) begun in December 2019 in China, causing primary concern. One of the important issues is its rapid spread around the world. Among the questions raised, disease epidemiology, clinical, laboratory symptoms and radiological findings and treatment of COVID-19 disease have been identified in some studies. But no systematic review on current evidences about COVID-19 has been published.Objective. The aim of this study was to determine the COVID-19 epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment.Data sources. We performed a systematic review of the literature, using the keywords: “coronavirus” and “2020”, “COVID-19” in databases: Science Direct, PubMed, Springer and Scopus during January 1, 2020 to February 23, 2020.Study Selection. All observational studies, as well as case reports and editorial that published in English were include. Data Extraction. Data on the disease control methods of COVID-19 were extracted by multiple observers.Results. 131 articles were retrieved. After screening by abstract and title, 58 articles were selected for full-text assessment. Of them, 43 were finally included for review. The COVID-19 has spread rapidly and can be transmitted via close human-to-human contact via nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal droplets. The COVID-19, causing considerable problems, especially in patients with comorbidities and old patients. Fever, cough, sore throat and diarrhea are the main clinical features of this emerging disease. The most common radiological finding is bilateral ground-glass view and Lopinavir and Ritonavir are among the antiviral drugs used.Conclusion. COVID-19 is a new clinical infectious disease and can be a serious problem for health systems. Additional research is needed to elucidate factors that may mediate the pathogenesis of the severe and fatal associated disease. Para este propósito se construyó una base de datos espectral simulada considerando las cuatro principales etapas fenológicas del estrato herbáceo, el más dinámico del ecosistema, (rebrote otoñal, máximo verdor, inicio de la senescencia y senescencia estival) mediante la combinación de los modelos de transferencia radiativa PROSAIL y FLIGHT. Esta base de datos se empleó para ajustar diferentes modelos predictivos basados en índices de vegetación (IV) propuestos en la literatura y en Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR). PLSR permitió obtener los modelos con mayor poder de predicción (R2  ≥ 0,93, RRMSE ≤ 10,77 %), tanto para las variables a nivel de hoja como a nivel de dosel. Los resultados sugieren que los efectos direccionales y geométricos controlan las relaciones entre los factores de reflectividad (R) simulados y los parámetros foliares. Se observa una alta variabilidad estacional en la relación entre variables biofísicas e IVs, especialmente para LAI y Cab que se confirma en el análisis PLSR. Los modelos desarrollados deben ser aún validados con datos espectrales medidos con sensores próximos o remotos. Mor Description An account of the resource We have estimated the spatial changes in NO2 levels over different regions of India during the COVID-19 lockdown (25 March–3 May 2020) using the satellite-based tropospheric column NO2 observed by the Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI) and the Tropospheric Monitoring Instrument (TROPOMI), as well as surface NO2 concentrations obtained from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) monitoring network. A substantial reduction in NO2 levels was observed across India during the lockdown compared to the same period during previous business-as-usual years, except for some regions that were influenced by anomalous fires in 2020. The reduction (negative change) over the urban agglomerations was substantial (∼ 20 %–40 %) and directly proportional to the urban size and population density. Rural regions across India also experienced lower NO2 values by ∼ 15 %–25 %. Localised enhancements in NO2 associated with isolated emission increase scattered across India were also detected. Observed percentage changes in satellite and surface observations were consistent across most regions and cities, but the surface observations were subject to larger variability depending on their proximity to the local emission sources. Observations also indicate NO2 enhancements of up to ∼ 25 % during the lockdown associated with fire emissions over the north-east of India and some parts of the central regions. In addition, the cities located near the large fire emission sources show much smaller NO2 reduction than other urban areas as the decrease at the surface was masked by enhancement in NO2 due to the transport of the fire emissions. Fernández Fernández Description An account of the resource La variabilidad climática actual se caracteriza por provocar cambios bruscos en los cursos fitoclimáticos, lo que está desencadenando procesos de mortalidad de especies forestales. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la adecuación fitoclimática de las masas artificiales de Pinus sylvestris L. en la Sierra de los Filabres (Almería), para lo cual se analizaron 35 variables fitoclimáticas que determinan la estabilidad climática de la especie. El estudio de los valores interanuales de las variables climáticas indica que entre 1970 y 1980 comenzó una perturbación climática amplia, modificando la estacionalidad y la variabilidad de las precipitaciones y de las temperaturas. Como rasgos más significativos tenemos el aumento de las temperaturas, sobre todo de las máximas, el aumento de la oscilación térmica y de los extremos diarios, la disminución global de precipitación, el aumento grave de la aridez primaveral y el deterioro de todas las variables ómbricas. El estudio de las estaciones con masas repobladas de pino silvestre en Andalucía oriental indica que las estaciones están fuera de la nube de puntos de las masas de pino silvestre establecidas en España. Las masas de pino silvestre de la Sierra de los Filabres están notablemente fuera de estación en todas sus características fitoclimáticas y pueden desaparecer progresiva o bruscamente, sobre todo si se implanta un cambio climático. El resultado de esta diagnosis fue la identificación de 15 grupos fitoclimáticos para las condiciones climáticas actuales, cuya distribución se alteraría principalmente por un aumento de la temperatura media y una disminución en las precipitaciones de primavera y otoño. La reducción del área de distribución del alcornoque, independientemente del escenario, resultó ser muy relevante en la mitad sur (Andalucía) y en la zona costera del noreste (Cataluña y Levante), donde la especie desaparecería prácticamente como formaciones de alcornocal, y en una parte muy importante del territorio extremeño. Los resultados obtenidos ponen de manifiesto una posible idoneidad futura de los alcornocales en el noroeste de España (Galicia y Cornisa Cantábrica) como áreas de refugio. Sin embargo, Quercus suber encontrará un serio limitante para una potencial migración en la disponibilidad reducida de áreas geográficas con edafología adecuada, salvo en Portugal y en el corredor de Extremadura- Salamanca. Según esta simulación podrían requerirse medidas alternativas de gestión para la mitigación de los efectos del cambio climático en los alcornocales españoles.
