La incidencia en 2009 se cuantificó en las etapas de desarrollo vegetativo (V3 o V4), floración (R6) y llenado de vainas (R8) en planta - ciones comerciales de frijol provenientes de rota - ción con arroz, maíz, chile picante, ayote o frijol. En cada plantación se establecieron al azar 4 microparcelas de 10 m 2 , excepto en la secuencia frijol-frijol, donde fueron solo 2; los datos obte - nidos se transformaron angularmente y con un ANDEVA se separaron las medias entre rotacio - nes. La observación de campo del 2010 se llevó a cabo en una finca con 3 parcelas comerciales de frijol en etapa de floración y en suelos previa - mente sembrados con jengibre, tiquizque y maíz, respectivamente; en cada parcela, se establecie - ron sistemáticamente 10 puntos de muestreo para cuantificar la incidencia de amachamiento y se utilizó la prueba de Chi-cuadrado para deter - minar diferencias entre rotaciones. En el 2009, durante la etapa R8 se presentó una incidencia mínima de amachamiento en la rotación chile picante-frijol (4%), niveles intermedios en las rotaciones ayote-frijol (15%) y arroz-frijol (29%) y altas incidencias en las rotaciones frijol-frijol (62%) y maíz-frijol (64%). En la observación de campo del 2010, durante la etapa de floración se presentaron incidencias de 4% en la rotación jengibre-frijol y de 5% en la rotación tiquizque- frijol, que fueron entre 5 y 6 veces menores que la cuantificada en la rotación maíz-frijol (25%). Con base en los resultados obtenidos, el uso de cultivos como chile picante, jengibre, tiquizque y ayote en el ciclo previo a la siembra de frijol, podría contribuir a bajar la incidencia de amacha - miento y las pérdidas que ocasiona en ese cultivo. El hidrocoloide se extrajo por el método de tostado (90 °C y 15 min) y molienda. La composición química proximal exhibió un contenido de 10,37 g de humedad, 1,96 g de ceniza, 6,61 g de grasa, 9,31 g de proteína, 2,15 g de fibra, 69,60 g de carbohidratos y 357,75 kcal, por 100 g de hidrocoloide. La caracterización reológica del hidrocoloide se realizó con tres concentraciones (1, 2 y 3%). Se utilizó un reómetro Haake modelo Viscotester iQ, Thermo Scientific, con geometría Mooney – Ewart. Se estableció un tipo de flujo de dilatación (n > 1) y un coeficiente de consistencia (KOW) de 2,9778 x 10-4 y 1,4491 x 10-3 Pa.sn, para 2% y 3%, respectivamente, a 25 °C. El modelo de Arrhenius se ajustó a los datos experimentales de 25 a 65 °C, con un esfuerzo cortante constante de 70 s-1. La energía de activación fue 42353,92, 2429,74 y 4372,66 J.mol-1, para 1%, 2% y 3%, respectivamente. Estos resultados son prometedores para la aplicación de este hidrocoloide en la industria farmacéutica y la agroindustria. Es lo que se verifica en Brasil, donde las ciudades de tamaño medio, es decir, las que tienen poblaciones entre 100.000 y 500.000 vecinos están creciendo más rápidamente que las grandes ciudades, desde mediados de la década de 1990. El artículo tiene como objetivo trazar una tipología de las ciudades medias brasileñas por medio de análisis estadísticos multivariados. La tipología resultante señala dos tipos de ciudades, con demandas sociales, ambientales y de gestión diferentes. Algunas de estas ciudades se encuentran en hotspots de biodiversidad. En paralelo, hemos recopilado estadísticas sobre la gestión ambiental en marcha en estas ciudades. Nuestros resultados demuestran una baja efectividad de las acciones de gestión ambiental en estos municipios. La desigual distribución de rentas y grupos sociales en el núcleo urbano de Alicante se produce desde los primeros planes urbanísticos, pero el reciente y fuerte desarrollo inmobiliario y el gran número de viviendas ejecutadas ha sido parte causante de la agudización de esta desigualdad. La correlación de datos espaciales mediante covarianza y análisis cartográfico de las diferenciadas subunidades urbanas muestra unos resultados diferenciados dentro del nivel de competitividad y competencia intraurbana con analogía a las variables socioeconómicas. Este proceso fijado por la localización de los nuevos espacios residenciales es una aproximación a la lucha por el uso del suelo dentro de los conceptos en ecología humana, con consecuencias en el desplazamiento, dominancia, invasión-sucesión y asimilación-segregación de grupos sociales y rentas. Wedescribed the feeding behavior of Central-American black howler monkey (Alouatta pigra) in a fragment of less than one hectare ofhumid evergreen forest surrounded by grassland for livestock use, isolated trees and mango orchards, in the region of Balancán (Tabasco,México). Objective: To record the diet and activity of black howler monkeys in crowded conditions during the wettest month in Balancán(Tabasco, México). Methods and methods: The behavioral observations (81 h) were made using the focal animal methodology withan A. pigra troop made up of three individuals (1 adult male, 1 adult female and 1 infant). Results: Feeding time represented 15.97%,rest 78% and locomotion 4.57% of total time. In the study area we recorded 14 plant species, with 10 being consumed by howlermonkeys. 55% of feeding time was devoted to the consumption of fruits, 27% to leaves, 17% to stems, and 1% to sprouts. Spondiasmombin was the tree species most consumed, with 61% of the time invested on it. Conclusion: Like other studies, we confirmed thefrugivore-folivore feeding tendency of the genus Alouatta. We provide information on the black howler monkey flexibility to live andmaintain themselves in extreme perturbation conditions, where their habitat is 0.1 ha with few tree species to use, forcing individualsto move around the ground.
