Los sistemas analizados fueron soya cultivada en suelos con labranza convencional, soya cultivada en suelos con labranza cero (6años); suelos con pastos degradados (10 años de uso) y suelo de bosques. En el sistema de soya cultivada en suelos con labranza convencional severificó una camada de mayor resistencia a la penetración en las profundidades de 10 a 25 cm, representando 3,15 MPa. En el sistema con soyacon labranza cero la camada de mayor resistencia se situó entre 0 y 15 cm, equivaliendo a 3,50 MPa, y en el sistema de pasto degradado la camada se localizó entre 0 y 5 cm de profundidad, con 3,88 MPa de resistencia a la penetración. En dicho huerto nunca se habían hecho aplicaciones de benomil. Todos los aislamientos de la Región Norte produjeron ascosporas resistentes, aunque el benomil no se usa normalmente en esas plantaciones. El 99% de las ascosporas obtenidas de Orosi fueron sensibles, lo que sugiere que población silvestre de M. citri es sensible al benomil. Se encontró que el 75% de los huertos muestreados provenían del mismo vivero, en el cual el programa fitosanitario incluye cinco aplicaciones al año de benomil. Diez aislamientos aislados de ese vivero fueron resistentes a benomil. Se sugiere que las poblaciones resistentes fueron introducidas a las plantaciones en material de vivero. En respuesta, durante el mes de marzo la Secretaría de Educación Pública y la Secretaría de Salud implementaron un conjunto de medidas para prevenir y contener la propagación del virus. Los objetivos son: identificar las acciones implementadas por el gobierno y analizar sus implicaciones pedagógicas, sociales y económicas. Se desarrolló un ejercicio cualitativo de tipo documental que permitió la localización, clasificación, selección, análisis y comparación de diversos documentos. Como resultado se identificaron tres acciones prioritarias y 20 medidas de atención primaria para su implementación en todo el territorio nacional. Se encontró que el cierre de las escuelas reveló un conjunto de desafíos para las autoridades educativas, el profesorado y las familias, en tanto la ejecución de estas medidas se configura en un entramado de circunstancias educativas, sociales y económicas que, en suma, profundizan la desigualdad educativa. Se concluye que escuelas y profesorado son agentes clave en la contención sanitaria, sin embargo, las condiciones de las escuelas y las características socioeconómicas de las comunidades definen la experiencia de prevención y confinamiento. Translational animal models of various pulmonary diseases in marmosets have been developed in favor of models in old world monkeys (OWM, e.g., rhesus or cynomolgus monkeys). The marmoset has the size of a rat (350–450 g), is easier to handle, and the husbandry, care, and management of colonies is much easier compared to OWMs. In contrast to rodents, marmosets provide a high homology to humans, which become especially visible in lung architecture and branching pattern. Features of inflammatory (e.g., COPD) pulmonary diseases can be modeled in marmosets as well the species is used to study bacterial and viral infection.
