Moench). Materiales y métodos. El estudio se realizó en el Instituto de Ciencias Agrícolas de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, México, durante el verano de 2012 y la primavera de 2013. Se evaluaron dosis crecientes de nitrógeno (N) (0, 64, 128, 192, 256 y 320 kg ha-1), bajo un diseño experimental completamente al azar. En el Experimento 1 (Verano 2012), se evaluaron las seis dosis de N en un suelo bajo labranza de conservación (LC). En el experimento 2 (Primavera 2013), se evaluaron las mismas dosis de N y además se incluyó un tratamiento de 128 kg N ha-1 utilizando sistema de labranza mínima (LM). Resultados. En el Experimento 1, se obtuvo mayor cantidad de peso seco del grano (PSg), planta completa (PSt), índice de cosecha (IC) y rendimiento de grano, que en el Experimento 2. El mayor PSg, PSt, IC, área foliar (AF) y rendimiento de grano se obtuvo con la dosis de 192 kg de N ha-1. El índice SPAD y la concentración de NBT presentaron correlación con el rendimiento. Los valores R2 en el índice SPAD fueron mayores que en NBT. Conclusiones. Los NBT y el índice SPAD resultaron significativamente asociadas al rendimiento. La mejor época de producción del cultivo de sorgo fue en verano con una dosis de192 kg de N ha-1. Estos roles se robustecen por el apoyo y recursos proporcionados por los actores de la red con alto interés e influencia en la protección del humedal. No obstante, existen desafíos en la dinámica municipal, entre ellos, la necesidad de atraer e involucrar más fuertemente al Concejo Municipal, ya que tiene una alta influencia en las decisiones del gobierno local. En este estudio se analizan estos dos aspectos en un determinado edificio histórico ubicado en Sevilla: la Casa Duclós de José Luis Sert. Este presenta modificaciones en la cubierta, cuando se compara la proyectada y la construida. Asimismo, su entorno urbano se ha transformado desde que la Casa fue edificada. Para el análisis expuesto en este artículo, se realizaron simulaciones energéticas utilizando datos climáticos correspondientes al periodo 2000-2019. Métodos: la notificación así como la vigilancia entomológica, permitieron caracterizar taxonómicamente y geográficamente la infestación por Aedes aegypti, en municipios del eje metropolitano del departamento de Cochabamba y observar el cambio de escenario epidemiológico producido. La utilización de materiales de investigación entomológica, además del estudio integral permitió identificar factores predisponentes para la colonización del vector.  Resultados: Se encontró la presencia del vector en diferentes altitudes geográficas y en varios municipios del departamento de Cochabamba, en los que anteriormente no se encontraba. Se observó una variación de temperatura inusitada y lluvia en el mes de enero de 2016, que proporcionó climáticas favorables para la proliferación de Aedes aegypti y otros vectores. Se identificó una mayor infestación en la zona sur de la ciudad de Cochabamba, además de ser el área que ha presentado más factores de riesgo como son la presencia de criaderos artificiales comunes y no comunes, con presencia incalculable de desechos inservibles intradomiciliarios. Conclusiones: Observar la presencia del vector en municipios grandes como Cercado, denota Riesgo de gran magnitud para la población por lo que representa un ESPII-ESPIN. El cambio climático como uno de los factores para la variación de los diversos nichos ecológicos, ha permitido que los Valles hayan brindado condiciones propicias para la colonización del Aedes aegypti y que este se adapte a altitudes mayores a 2 200 m s.n.m. In the Pleistocene/Holocene boundary, evidence of a pedogenetic event suggests a brief lapse of climatic stability. Pollen indicates the development of a halophyte steppe, which remained in the area until the Middle Holocene. During the Early Holocene (8,173 cal. yr B.P.) the sedimentology, malacofauna and microfossils evidenced a sea level rise. This event ended with the establishment of a brackish lacustrine body towards the Middle Holocene. After that, a pulse characterized by high humidity levels, indicate the replacement of the halophyte steppe by a gramineous steppe. Following that pulse during the 6,799 cal. yr BP‑ 5,603 cal. yr BP lapse, the microfossils showed considerable variability, thus reflecting an alternation between relatively more humid and dry pulses. Evidence indicates that during the Late Holocene (~ 1,000 yr. BP) modern ecosystems began to settle in the lower basin of the Quequén Salado River. Two global climate changes, the Medieval Climate Optimum (823 cal. yr B.P.‑ 690 cal. yr B.P.) and the Little Ice Age (389 cal. yr B.P.) were inferred through pollen and faunistic remains at QS1 Archaeological Site.  KEY WORDS. Palaeoenvironmental-palaeoclimatic changes. El análisis de microfósiles polínicos y no polínicos de dos secciones fósiles de edad Cuaternario tardío y de un conjunto de muestras actuales, permitió evaluar las fluctuaciones paleoambientales y paleoclimáticas en la cuenca inferior del río Quequén Salado (provincia de Buenos Aires). El aporte de la sedimentología, malacofauna, ostrácodos, diatomeas, restos de mamíferos y arqueológicos, complementó el estudio efectuado. Para el Pleistoceno Tardío los escasos microfósiles hallados, asociados a paleoambientes eólicos permitieron inferir condiciones climáticas áridas / extremadamente áridas. En el límite Pleistoceno/Holoceno, evidencias pedogenéticas se asociaron a un breve episodio de estabilidad climática, el polen reflejó el desarrollo de comunidades halófitas las cuales permanecieron en el área hasta el Holoceno Medio. Durante el Holoceno Temprano (8,173 cal. años AP), el ascenso del nivel marino manifestado a través de la sedimentología, malacofauna y microfósiles, culminó con la instalación de un cuerpo lagunar salobre hacia el Holoceno Medio. Con posterioridad, un pulso más húmedo inferido a partir del reemplazo de la estepa halófita por graminosa, fue seguido de un lapso (6,799 cal. años AP−5,603 cal. años AP) con alternancia de períodos húmedos y secos evidenciados a partir de una importante variabilidad en las asociaciones polínicas, los NPPs, ostrácodos y diatomeas. Para el Holoceno Tardío se habrían establecido en el área los ecosistemas actuales, registrándose, en el Sitio Arqueológico QS1, dos cambios climáticos globales: Óptimo climático Medieval (823 cal. años AP−690 cal. años AP) y La Pequeña Edad de Hielo (389 cal. años AP). The rising temperatures, increased intensity and frequency of extreme weather events and other effects, damage the economy, politics, environment and society. The actions of environmental education aimed at transferring contextualized knowledge in order to build capacity in community stakeholders, those actions promoted the exchange of knowledge and ecosystem protection. The research was basically done with qualitative methods, combining methodological approaches from the different scenarios and processes studied. The above mentioned was carried out in relation to the interpretation of reality and discourse of the actors involved in the city of Holguin.
