Данные сравнительного исследования «Международный опрос о благополучии студентов в период коронавируса» (ISSC-МОБС) показывают, что во время режима самоизоляции социальные контакты остались важнейшим элементом образа жизни студенческой молодежи благодаря использованию цифровых форм взаимодействия. Внедрение цифровых технологий в социальную жизнь повысило интенсивность межпоколенных, личных и общих социальных контактов. В период карантина цифровые коммуникации позволили существенно снизить риски социальной изоляции, сохранить социальные связи, поддержать стабильность системы социальных отношений. Цифровые контакты не становятся заменой личному общению с семьей, партнером и близким кругом людей, не ведут к меньшей интенсивности таких контактов, а дополняют имеющиеся возможности. Форма социальных контактов и субъекты контактов значимо влияют на социально-психологическое состояние людей во время карантинных мер. Интенсивное общение с близкими людьми в любой, в том числе цифровой форме, положительным образом сказывается на социально-психологическом состоянии, снижает вероятность проявления симптомов депрессии и одиночества, стимулирует положительные эмоции. Однако длительное время, проведенное в социальных сетях, безличные формы контактов без установления стабильной эмоциональной связи, напротив, ведут к увеличению симптомов депрессии, негативно влияют на социально-психологическое самочувствие студенческой молодежи. Влияние цифровизации двойственно: оно ведет к расширению возможностей для социальных контактов с близкими людьми в кризисных ситуациях или в условиях территориальной удаленности, но в случае интенсивного погружения в мир цифровых социальных сетей оказывает негативный социально-психологический эффект. Global and local alignment of the nucleotide and amino acid sequences, in silico translation and transcription, translates modeling, pri­mers design, phylogenetic analysis. Results. 255 nucleotide sequences of maize аe1 gene, 500 amino acid sequences of homology translates of maize ae1 gene (SBEIIb enzyme homologs) and 100 mRNA expressed from the maize ae1 gene were analyzed to establish phylogenetic relationships. Polymorphism of maize ae1 gene different regions was investigated by bioinformatic methods. Modeling of the maize enzyme SBEIIb was performed. Conclusions. According to the results of amino acid sequences of SBEIIb enzyme homologs alignment, it was found that ae1 gene orthologs are pre­sent only in monocots, paralogs – in monocots, dicots, and other taxa, including algae and animals. Based on the results of alignment of plants mRNA from which enzyme SBEIIb is translated, maize ae1 gene orthologs and the nearest paralogs encoding starch branching enzymes with chloroplast localization were defined; this suggests a possible origin of ae1 gene due to duplication of the gene encoding the 1,4-alpha-glucan-branching enzyme 2 with chloroplast or amyloplast localization. In the maize ae1 gene structure, regions were found that include polymorphic sites not defined previously. For the polymorphic sites design primers were developed that allowed to differentiate the maize lines. It was determined that the detection of polymorphism in theory can influence the enzyme function and, as a result, change the concentration of amylopectin in maize grain. For the first time, the study presents inputs for assessing the functioning of the system in a hybrid manner, based on the experience, knowledge and expertise of experts, as well as data mining. A block diagram of the assessment of the level of functioning of the system to support decision making is demonstrated. For the first time, a fuzzy mathematical model for evaluating the level of functioning of a system to support decision-making is proposed, according to a step-by-step algorithm based on expert hybrid data, using linguistic and quantitative variables. In doing so, the criterion estimates of the functioning system are aggregated based on the decision maker’s judgment (pessimistic / cautious / average / optimistic scenarios). According to the threshold of possibility of functioning of system there is a risk assessment for quality of decision-making in different modes. As a result of evaluating the system in different modes of operation, we obtain a quantitative assessment of the risk of system functioning relative to the scenario of the event deployment, the linguistic level of system functioning and the level of risk acceptance of the system functioning. All this allows to reveal uncertainties of expert opinions and data obtained, substantiate the degree of decision-making and draw adequate conclusions, taking into account the mode of operation of the system. Within the framework of the developed research, a logical statement of the rule of belonging of linguistic assessments, matrix and knowledge base of determining the acceptability of the level of risk of functioning of the system is formulated. The validity of the obtained results is ensured by the correct use of intellectual knowledge analysis, systematic approach, fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic, which is confirmed by the research results. The research conducted will be a useful tool to support decisionmaking, to create and manage decisions in different modes of system operation. The COVID-19 pandemic provides an opportunity to examine the impact of psychological characteristics on human adaptation under uncertainty. Hardiness, which is still controversial for its role in maintaining human mental, physical, and social health, is such a psychological characteristic. Methods. To test the hypothesis that individuals with different levels of hardiness have different attitudes towards the current COVID-19 pandemic, the present study used the Hardiness Survey by S. Maddi (modified by E. N. Osin and E. I. Rasskazova) and a special questionnaire to assess various aspects of the pandemic situation, including its characteristics and impact on various spheres of life, fears, and possibilities for coping (using a 11-point Likert scale). The study was conducted during self-isolation using the Google Form (N = 421; age 18–78 years, mean age = 40.3 ± 12.6 years; 81 % females). Results. Most Russians perceived the pandemic situation as a challenge to their capabilities. The high-risk group comprised 17 % of respondents, which indicates the need for targeted psychological assistance aimed at psychological education. High hardy Russians recognize the uncertainty and complexity of the pandemic situation, and consider it controllable. For the low hardiness group, this situation is highly uncertain, complex, unpredictable, and uncontrollable, affecting physical activity and the quality of social contacts. Besides fears for their loved ones, fear of the future is pronounced among respondents of this group. Discussion. The findings from this study are in agreement with the idea of hardiness as the ability to withstand stressful situations, while maintaining internal balance without reducing performance in activities, which indicates the predictive value of this construct. The subject of this article is the coexistence of over-tourism and under-tourism in the world and, in particular, in Ukraine. The aim of the study is to consider the trends in the development of over-tourism and under-tourism in the world and to determine the ways of their development. Tasks: covering the main problems (over-saturation of destinations) and prospects (attracting tourists to less popular holiday destinations) of the development of modern tourist trends; formulating a strategy for using international experience to promote trips to places that are an alternative to well-known tourist destinations. У статті аналізуються переваги використання дистанційної зайнятості для роботодавців, показано, як поширення дистанційної зайнятості може сприяти підвищенню економічної стійкості держави в умовах епідемічних загроз та за інших непередбачуваних обставин. Следствием цифровизации стало формирование глобального коммуникационного пространства, которое характеризуется неизмеримо большими потоками информации, возможностями ее использования, воздействием на все жизненные процессы, сознание и поведение людей. Электронная коммерция, дистанционная работа и обучение, онлайн-услуги, досуг и развлечения стали «новой нормальностью» современного мира, а также основными инструментами в попытках справиться с социально-экономическим кризисом, поддержанием социальных коммуникаций, помощи и взаимодействий между различными группами населения. Гражданское общество, включая некоммерческие добровольческие организации, сыграло значительную роль в восполнении данных функций и стало одной из сфер, оказавшихся в режиме «социального эксперимента» во время стремительной цифровизации в период пандемии. В данной статье, опираясь на результаты оригинального эмпирического исследования, авторы рассмотрели потенциал и ограничения цифровых технологий в реализации функций волонтеров, в частности добровольных лесных пожарных и поисково-спасательных отрядов, действующих в чрезвычайных ситуациях, в условиях кризиса COVID-19. Цифровые форматы позволили продолжить такие виды деятельности, как образование и просвещение, но не заменили реальной работы на местах. В то же время цифровизация волонтерской работы происходит уже давно, а нынешний кризис лишь ускорил ее, породив ряд новых проблем, таких как «цифровое выгорание». Благодарность.
