يتمثل الهدف المحوري لهذه الدراسة في عرض وتحليل الجهود الرامية لتطوير نموذج لخسائر الائتمان المتوقعة (ECl)، ومقارنة التطورات المتعلقة بهذه الجهود المتمثلة في الموضوع (ASC 326) الصادر من مجلس معايير المحاسبة المالية الأمريكي (FASB)، والمعيار الدولي (IFRS 9) الصادر مجلس معايير المحاسبة المالية الدولي (IASB)، وتقييم مدى تأثير تداعيات Covid-19 على الممارسة العملية عند تطبيق (ECL)، ويكتسب هذا الموضوع أهميته باعتبار الاهتمام المتواصل من قبل معدو المعايير المحاسبية وأصحاب المصلحة، استخدمت الدراسة منهجاً جمع بين الاستقراء والاستنباط بالإضافة للمنهج الوصفي لدراسة إشكالية الدراسة والإجابة على التساؤلات، وتتمثل أهم نتائج الدراسة في أن الخليفة الـتاريخية المرتبطة بالممارسات العملية والتباين في تفسير وفهم المصطلحات عند التطبيق أحدثت فوارق في منهجية قياس الخسائر الائتمانية بين المنهجين الدولي والأمريكي، كذلك توصلت الدراسة لحدوث تأثيرات متوقعة على الاعتراف والقياس المحاسبي بصورة عامة على أثر تداعيات 19- Covid، وعلى منهجية (ECL) بصورة خاصة ويتفاوت حجم هذا التأثير حسب الجهود المبذولة من البلدان للسيطرة على الوباء. تصنيف جال : G01،M41، E51.

Haḍrat ‘Umar (R.A) had great insight and comprehension in reliving all political, religious, social, and judicial issues, in the light of Islam. He solved every individual and collective issue immediately without imposing his opinion on others but presented his views with communication and understanding. He faced criticism against his opinion and did not impose his jurisprudence without understanding. This system was continued during his whole period of regency. This symmetry of his character had given him great value among ummāh. According to shah wāliullah, he had all qualities of Sharī’ah in his thoughts and practice. The administration and jurisprudence of Ḥaḍrat ‘Umar (R.A) are just like prim for Ummah, which exposes to light in a different spectrum. We can solve while the contemporary problem in the light of Ḥaḍrat ‘Umar’s (R.A) administrative system. This paper intends to find out the methods he used to control epidemics, famine, and malnutrition and concludes that by adopting his methods we can get rid of all political, religious, social, and judicial issues especially the epidemic of COVID 19

يعد فيرس كورونا (COVID-19) من التحديات الصحية الصعبة التي تواجهها دول العالم اليوم، وتأتي هذه الدراسة في محاولة لتوضيح الدور الذي تلعبه تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة فيروس كورونا وذلك من خلال دراسة تجربة كوريا الجنوبية في هذا المجال، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق الذكر تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى جزأين: جزء نظري يتناول الأطر النظرية والتطبيقات الحديثة للذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الطبي، وقسم تحليلي يتناول عرض وتحليل التجربة الكورية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة في الأخير إلى فعالية تجربة كوريا الجنوبية في مواجهة فيروس كورونا من خلال تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة وعلى رأسها: الكشف عن المرض باستخدام الخوارزميات، أنظمة تتبع للمصابين بالفيروس عبر (GPS)، نظام معلومات ذكي للحجر الصحي، التشخيص والتطبيب عن بعد، تطوير منصة رقمية للوقاية من الأوبئة، استخدامات الروبوت في المساعدة على التشخيص وقياس الحرارة وتوزيع المعقمات، استخدام الطائرات بدون طيار للتعقيم. تصنيف جال: I18، O3.

سندروم حاد تنفسی جدید یعنی کروناویروس-دو (SARS-CoV2)، ایجادکنندة بیماری کووید 19 (COVID-19) بهعنوان یک بیماری همهگیر تهدیدکنندة جوامع بشری از جنبههای متفاوت است. بهنظر میرسد درحالحاضر، راهبرد اصلی مدیریت کروناویروس پیشگیری از ابتلا به آن است. فعالیتهای ورزشی با شدت متوسط علاوهبر ارتقای آمادگی جسمانی، باعث تقویت پاسخهای سیستم ایمنی سلولی و هومورال بهویژه در افراد با ضعف سیستم ایمنی درمعرض خطر عوارض کروناویروس مانند افراد مسن، افراد چاق و دارای بیماریهای مزمن میشوند؛ بنابراین، انجامدادن فعالیتهای ورزشی بهصورت منظم در طول عمر میتواند راهبردی مؤثر برای پیشگیری از بیماری ویروسی مانند کووید-19 باشد. ازطرفی، قرنطینة خانگی و استفادهنکردن از اماکن ورزشی عمومی باعث کاهش میزان آمادگی جسمانی، اختلال در ریتم شبانهروزی، اختلال در خواب، افسردگی، افزایش رفتارهای بیتحرکانه و برهمخوردن تعادل انرژی دریافتی و مصرفی میشوند که تمامی این موارد با ضعف سیستم ایمنی و خطر عوارض شدیدتر حاصل از بیماری کووید 19 همراهاند. فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط در خانه در زمان شیوع این بیماری میتواند راهبردی مؤثر در مقابله با این عوارض باشد. همچنین، فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط بهصورت مستقیم از طریق تقویت سیستم ایمنی، ارتقای دفاع آنتیاکسیدانتی و تقویت پاسخهای ضدالتهابی و نیز بهصورت غیرمستقیم از طریق کاهش اضطراب، بهبود خلقوخو، تعدیل نیمرخ چربی و حساسیت انسولینی، در ارتقای سیستم ایمنی و مقابله با عوارض کروناویروس مؤثر است.

شیوع پنومونی ناشی از COVID- 19در دسامبر2019 در شهر ووهان چین گزارش شد و اولین مورد گزارش شده آن درایران 29 بهمن ماه 1398 در شهر قم شناسایی شد . تظاهرات اولیه این بیماری طیف گسترده ای ازموارد بدون علامت تاعفونت متوسط دستگاه تنفسی فوقانی تا پنومونی کشنده است. درکناراین همه گیری می دانیم که مصرف سیگارسبب ساپرس کردم سیستم ایمنی و تشدید فعالیت های التهابی در ریه می شود وازطرفی اثرات منفی سیگار درجراحی های ترومای ارتوپدی برکسی پوشیده نیست.دراین مطالعه اطلاعات مربوط به31 بیماربا ترومای ارتوپدی ودرگیری با COVID-19 توسط پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده که از این تعداد 17 بیمار با سابفه مصرف سیگار و 14 بیمار بدون سابقه مصرف سیگار بوده اند که در دو گروه دسته بندی و مورد بررسی قرارگرفته اند . در نهایت به این نتیجه رسیده شده که هر چند بررسی انجام شده در مورد این 31 بیمارارتباط معناداری بین دو گروه سیگاری وغیرسیگاری با ترومای ارتوپدی مشاهده نشد ولی به نظرمی آید که بیماران سیگاری با ترومای ارتوپدی در طول بستری وجراحی و پس ازجراحی نیاز به توجه بیشتری دارند تا دچارعوارض کوتاه مدت کمتری شوند و ممکن است در شرایط مساوی ازهر بیماراحتمال طولانی تر شدن بستری بیماران سیگاری بیشتراز غیرسیگاری باشد .
