                <text>Italy was the first European country affected by the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic, with the first autochthonous case identified on Feb 21st. Specific control measures restricting social contacts were introduced by the Italian government starting from the beginning of March. In the current study we analyzed public data from the four most affected Italian regions. We (i) estimated the time-varying reproduction number (Rt), the average number of secondary cases that each infected individual would infect at time t, to monitor the positive impact of restriction measures; (ii) applied the generalized logistic and the modified Richards models to describe the epidemic pattern and obtain short-term forecasts. We observed a monotonic decrease of Rt over time in all regions, and the peak of incident cases ~2 weeks after the implementation of the first strict containment measures. Our results show that phenomenological approaches may be useful to monitor the epidemic growth in its initial phases and suggest that costly and disruptive public health controls might have had a positive impact in limiting the Sars-Cov-2 spread in Northern Italy.</text>

In the medical world, the pandemic has altered how healthcare is delivered and has necessitated an aggressive and new coordinated public health approach to limit its spread and reduce its disease burden and socioeconomic impact. This pandemic has resulted in a staggering morbidity and mortality and massive economic and physical hardships. Meanwhile, non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and cardiovascular disease in general continue to cause significant disease burden globally in the background. Though presently receiving less attention in the public eye than the COVID-19 pandemic, the hypertension crisis cannot be separated from the minds of healthcare providers, policymakers and the general public, as it continues to wreak havoc, particularly in vulnerable populations in resource limited settings.                 <text>The paper discusses noise mapping from the prospective of general evaluation of the state of the city environment. Suggested is a noise evaluation procedure based on a two-step spatial discretization - coarse and fine grids. The coarse grid is used for evaluation of average noise levels (background noise). For this, rather simple method is proposed, where average noise levels are estimated directly for the whole coarse grid cells instead of averaging the noise levels computed point-wise. The fine grid is used for finding the obstacle density to apply in calculations over the coarse grid. It may be used also for additional noise levels detailing in the close vicinity of noise sources where noise propagation is strongly affected by surrounding structures. The detailed results allow correction of the averages over the coarse grid. In comparison with other approaches, the suggested procedure takes little computing time to execute for the entire city. Test example shows reasonable agreement with results computed using the ‘Ecolog-Noise’ software package that has gained popularity in Russian Federation since its introduction in 2008. Another example describes the application of the proposed method for a moderate size densely built city.</text>

Se describe cómo un docente de Secundaria, de la especialidad de Lengua castellana y Literatura, transforma y enriquece sus prácticas educativas y, al mismo tiempo, propicia nuevos formatos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en escenarios alternativos al aula física. En este caso, cobran sentido y relevancia la utilización del teatro como herramienta potencialmente pedagógica, junto con la red social Tiktok, la cual se erige como un entorno virtual que ofrece nuevas oportunidades formativas. Para ello, se ha empleado una metodología cualitativa que, por medio de la observación y el análisis de documentos, ha posibilitado conocer en profundidad el objeto de estudio, la realidad educativa del fenómeno y sus implicaciones desde la perspectiva de las ecologías de aprendizaje. La exposición de los resultados pone de manifiesto, por un lado, el valor que adquieren los aprendizajes en la trayectoria de vida, tanto del docente como de los participantes, así como el impacto de la experiencia en sus identidades como formador y aprendices, respectivamente. Por otra parte, subraya la necesidad de incorporar a las aulas recursos de la sociedad de la información, como Tiktok, para facilitar experiencias de aprendizaje que estén en sintonía con las necesidades socioculturales de los individuos y que favorezcan el enriquecimiento de los currículos, posibilitando la formación integral y expandida a todos los niveles.</text>

                <text>A atividade pecuária de leite é importante sócio e economicamente para o Brasil e para o estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, pois é geradora de postos de trabalho e é uma atividade exercida por grande parte dos empreendimentos de agricultura familiar. No entanto, a produtividade das propriedades é muito baixa ao comparar com os índices de outros países produtores fazendo-se importante o estudo de inovação e aprendizado dentro das unidades de produção primária. O objetivo desse estudo é verificar a existência de processos de aprendizagem pela prática e gestão de rotinas nas propriedades leiteiras dos produtores pertencentes à Associação dos Produtores de Leite de Laguna Carapã. Como metodologia utilizou-se de um instrumento de coleta de dados que buscou caracterizar os produtores e averiguar a existência de processos de aprendizagem e gestão de rotinas para posterior análise por estatística de tendência central. Concluiu-se que existem processos de aprendizagem pela prática e gestão de rotinas com algumas deficiências.</text>

                <text>O objetivo deste artigo é relacionar aprendizagens e mecanismos de aprendizagem de trabalhadores de empresas de fruticultura irrigada do Baixo Médio São Francisco (BMSF), para compreender como eles lidam com as mudanças da condição de trabalhadores de agricultura familiar para a de trabalhadores de agricultura empresarial, e com aquelas derivadas dos desafios competitivos das organizações para inserção em mercados internacionais. Para alcançá-lo, realizou-se uma pesquisa survey cross section, com amostra por acessibilidade, composta por 32 empresas e 950 trabalhadores. O segmento produtivo e a região foram escolhidos por ilustrarem situações paradigmáticas de mudanças em práticas tradicionais de produção e de organização do trabalho e também porque processos de aprendizagem de trabalhadores rurais ainda são pouco enfocados em pesquisas na área de administração. Verificou-se a ocorrência de aprendizagem individual - diferença entre o domínio atual sobre as tarefas de trabalho e o domínio inicial -, associada à utilização de poucos mecanismos informais e não estruturados de aprendizagem. Os resultados encontrados não validaram a primeira hipótese de que a aquisição de conhecimentos em situações de trabalho se associa à variedade, intensidade e interação dos mecanismos de aprendizagem. A segunda hipótese de que o uso de mecanismos de aprendizagem internos e externos se associa ao tipo e à quantidade de conhecimentos foi corroborada. O descompasso relativo entre resultados de pesquisas revisadas e os aqui relatados vincula-se a diferenças entre características das empresas, estruturas de mercado, produtos e organização do trabalho.</text>

Este trabajo reúne información preliminar sobre un proyecto cuya hipótesis es que la inclusión de errores en algunos temas por parte del profesor induce a los alumnos a buscarlos, localizarlos, discutirlos y conocerlos, llevando a un mejor conocimiento de la asignatura y por tanto a adquirir las competencias que marca el Plan Bolonia.  Métodos. El proyecto que se concibió para aplicar un método basado en el error, pero con potenciación mediante gamificación en cinco asignaturas de tres grados de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. A causa de la pandemia COVID-19 se tuvieron que modificar algunos objetivos planificados al solicitar la concesión del proyecto, obteniéndose datos objetivos, muchos aun sin evaluar totalmente, de dos asignaturas. Un 10% de los temas explicados tenían errores. Se hicieron evaluaciones con la plataforma Kahoot! y mediante cuestionarios tipo test. Las preguntas tenían cuatro posibles respuestas, de las que solo una era cierta. Se realizaron además un examen parcial liberatorio y un examen final donde se ubicaron preguntas de los temas con errores y sin errores.  Resultados. Aunque muchos datos están aún siendo evaluados estadísticamente para conocer el grado de contribución de los temas con errores respecto a sin errores, así como de la gamificación, los resultados sugieren una nota superior y del orden de un 8,2% en los temas con errores.
