                <text>El Antropoceno abre el camino a un nuevo paradigma en la historia del planeta Tierra, poniendo de relieve la crisis ecológica global, resultado de acciones antrópicas. De hecho, hace falta buscar respuestas legales a los desafíos que surgen en esta coyuntura. De ahí que, este artículo hace un análisis, desde la perspectiva del desarrollo sostenible, una propuesta basada en los principios para sostener el derecho ambiental en la nueva época geológica del Antropoceno. Para ello, en primer lugar, el trabajo aborda las implicaciones jurídicas derivadas del reconocimiento del Antropoceno, entendiéndolo como un concepto que va más allá de la geología y entra en el mundo jurídico como un paradigma inédito. Posteriormente, estudia los principios del derecho ambiental que se manifiestan como respuestaa las rupturas provocadas por el Antropoceno. Por lo tanto, se llevó a cabo una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, bibliográfica y documental, con análisis de trabajos y artículos científicos mediante el método analítico-deductivo.</text>

                <text>El propósito del estudio fue elaborar y validar competencias, metodologías y recursos didácticos para una nueva cultura hidroambiental en la gestión del riesgo de desastres en estudiantes y docentes costarricenses de II ciclo de la Escuela Excelencia Cahuita, Limón. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque cualitativo de carácter interpretativo y propositivo donde participaron nueve expertos nacionales e internacionales (3 en gestión de riesgos de desastres (grupo 1), 3 en cambio climático (grupo 2) y 3 en educación (grupo 3) a través de la aplicación del método Delphi que constó de 3 fases: preparatoria, consulta y consenso. Los resultados indican que los grupos 1 y 2 elaboraron 43 competencias para luego validar diez por cada grupo, el grupo 1 distribuyó las competencias en conceptuales, internas y externas, el grupo 2 solo competencias cognitivas, tanto para los niños como para los maestros, tomando en cuenta indicadores, recursos didácticos y metodologías. En la fase 3, el grupo 3, ajustó y validó las competencias elaboradas por los grupos 1 y 2 que consisten en 20 competencias, y una serie de recursos y metodologías. Se concluye que las competencias son un aporte que garantizará, en la medida de su práctica, una mejor preparación ante eventos de vulnerabilidad y riesgo causados por el cambio climático. El material educativo de referencia podría ajustarse para otras regiones de Costa Rica y de Latinoamérica.</text>

                <text>Resumo Este artigo analisa o Programa Nacional da Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) como uma Política Pública Saudável (PPS). A Lei n. 11.947/2009 estabeleceu que os Entes Federados adquiram no mínimo 30% dos recursos advindos do FNDE em alimentos da agricultura familiar. Por sua vez, uma PPS consiste em uma política pública que leva em consideração na sua formulação, diferentes áreas que determinam a saúde da população. A exigência da compra de alimentos de agricultores familiares contempla para além da valorização da produção agrícola local, orgânica e advinda de agricultores familiares, a priorização de uma alimentação saudável para os estudantes, contribuindo para a formação de hábitos saudáveis de alimentação. Portanto, observa-se que o PNAE contribui para a promoção de saúde e pode ser compreendido como uma PPS. O PNAE ao articular ações de diferentes setores, torna a política pública mais efetiva e mais eficiente, pois gera-se resultados positivos para além da saúde, maximizando os retornos para a sociedade. Desta maneira, propõe-se mecanismos para o aprimoramento e fortalecimento do PNAE, visando complementar e reforçar ações realizadas no SUS.</text>

                <text>ResumoAs preocupações ambientais têm influenciado os projetos políticos e a construção das pautas das organizações de agricultores familiares. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar como estas preocupações foram assimiladas pela Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura Familiar da região Sul (FETRAF-Sul), na região Sul do Brasil. Com base em pesquisa documental e entrevistas com lideranças de agricultores fez-se uma leitura sobre o processo de construção da pauta ambiental no sindicalismo. Desde meados da década de 1980, o tema ambiental vem se fazendo presente nas preocupações sindicais, entretanto, a forma como ele vem sendo entendido muda ao longo dos anos. Se em um primeiro momento tendia a ser associado com as consequências negativas da modernização da agricultura, no período mais recente o tema ambiental vem sendo colocado no centro do projeto de agricultura do sindicalismo e passa a fomentar uma possível positivação do modelo de produzir da agricultura familiar.</text>

                <text>A agricultura familiar é um segmento importante do agronegócio brasileiro e tem grande participação na produção de alimentos essenciais para a segurança alimentar do Brasil, por isso, é preciso o fornecimento de energia para esses agricultores. Uma alternativa é a energia eólica, no entanto um desafio para usar o vento em pequenas propriedades no Estado do Ceará é a condição operacional do vento que é de baixa velocidade (ventos &lt; 6 m s-1). O objetivo deste trabalho foi propor um sistema eólico para pequenas propriedades do Estado do Ceará com inovações tecnológicas. Todos os sistemas foram concebidos e dimensionados em uma turbina inovadora e apropriada para as pequenas propriedades. A estimativa de custo indica um baixo valor de aquisição e através de redes inteligentes e da geração distribuída pode-se gerar renda.</text>

                <text>Resumo: A extensão rural no Brasil privilegiou a difusão tecnológica de práticas intensivas de produção, ampliando as desigualdades socioeconômicas no meio rural, especialmente as relacionadas a gênero. Com a instituição da Política Nacional de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural (Pnater), a Extensão Rural passou a atender aos princípios de equidade de gênero previstos para atuação extensionista. Este trabalho teve por objetivo compreender como os extensionistas rurais do órgão oficial de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural (Ater) do Espírito Santo entendem o seu papel na contribuição para a construção da equidade de gênero na agricultura familiar nos municípios de Linhares, Rio Bananal e Sooretama. Para tanto, aplicaram-se roteiros de entrevistas semiestruturadas para dez agentes de extensão em desenvolvimento rural, servidores da instituição oficial de Ater daqueles municípios. Os dados foram transcritos, sistematizados e submetidos à análise de conteúdo. Os extensionistas apresentaram-se naturalizados com as desigualdades de gênero, não desenvolvendo ações que incentivam a participação feminina nas políticas públicas. Mudanças nos paradigmas de gênero arraigados à extensão rural devem ser estimuladas, tanto na academia quanto nas instituições de Ater, com o propósito de se efetivar a participação feminina nas políticas públicas para a agricultura familiar.</text>

                <text>Introducción: la meningitis bacteriana (MB) es una enfermedad infecciosa considerada una emergencia médica. El manejo oportuno tiene importante impacto en la evolución de la entidad. El Streptococcus agalactiae, significativo agente causal de infecciones severas en recién nacidos, puede colonizar diferentes tejidos, entre ellos el sistema nervioso central. Caso clínico: paciente masculino de 47 años de edad, procedente de zona rural, con actividad laboral ordeñador de reses bovinas, remitido a tercer nivel de atención, con desorientación, rigidez de nuca y convulsión tónico-clónica. Estudio de líquido cefalorraquídeo indica neuroinfección. Manejo en UCI con esteroides, antibióticos y ventilación mecánica. Cultivo de líquido cefalorraquídeo, informa crecimiento de Streptococcus agalactiae. En coexistencia con el compromiso del sistema nervioso central se presentaba infección otomastoidea. Conclusión: la MB puede ser causada por el Streptococcus agalactiae, germen infrecuentemente involucrado en este tipo de patología. Éstas no se reducen a reacciones o respuestas instintivas, son componentes complejos, comprenden aspectos psicológicos y sociales, que se observan en expresiones valorativas. Entre las conclusiones obtenidas se destaca que las emociones constituyen un componente relevante en las representaciones sociales y pueden ser investigadas desde el campo de la educación ambiental.</text>

                <text>Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o Nexus agricultura familiar, energias renováveis e construção de mercados no contexto da dinâmica territorial do RN, particularmente nos territórios Açu-Mossoró, Mato Grande e Sertão Central Cabugi e Litoral Norte. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva, com uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa. Foram utilizados dados quantizados da produção de energia renovável, dados econômicos e de mercado para cada território. Utilizaram-se como técnicas de coleta de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e a pesquisa de campo, através da realização de entrevistas com os gestores das cooperativas de agricultores familiares, contendo pelo menos um representante de cada território avaliado. Como resultados, verificou-se que as contribuições das energias renováveis provenientes de fonte eólica instaladas nessas regiões ainda são incipientes na perspectiva dos gestores das cooperativas, apesar de acreditarem que a apropriação dessa tecnologia pela agricultura familiar poderia contribuir de maneira significativa para a ampliação da produção de alimentos e a construção de mercados.</text>
