                <text>RESUMO As relações intergovernamentais são cruciais para explicar a descentralização de políticas públicas. Após a redemocratização, o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (Pnae) seguiu a trajetória de outras políticas sociais no Brasil: houve a universalização dos repasses de recursos financeiros da União por adesão direta dos municípios. Em 2009, foi criada por lei federal a exigência de que no mínimo 30% das compras de alimentos do Pnae fossem adquiridas da agricultura familiar. O presente artigo pretendeu identificar o padrão de relações intergovernamentais presente na implementação da política de compras da agricultura familiar para a merenda escolar. Para tanto, foram realizadas análise documental e entrevistas com gestores municipais e federais. Como resultado, observou-se uma descentralização desigual e assimétrica desse programa. Os elementos de coerção e cooperação se misturam para produção de uma limitada coordenação do programa, tendo destaque o papel exercido por atores da política de desenvolvimento agrário.</text>

                <text>Resumo O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar as vias de formação de agregados biogênicos, intermediários e fisiogênicos, bem como sua estabilidade e seus atributos químicos em diferentes sistemas de manejo agroecológico. Foram escolhidas cinco áreas para coleta de amostras, em Argissolo Vermelho-Amarelo, no Município de Seropédica, RJ: SAF, sistema agroflorestal, com 10 anos de implantação; C-SOL, café a pleno sol, com 15 anos; C-SOM, café sombreado, com 15 anos; AL-FLE, aleias com flemíngia (Flemingia macrophylla), com 10 anos; e PD, sistema plantio direto, com milho e berinjela, com 6 anos. As amostras foram coletadas às profundidades de 0,00-0,05 e 0,05-0,10 m, e a fração dessas amostras retida em peneiras de 9,7 e 8,0 mm foi utilizada para identificar os diferentes tipos de agregado. Após a separação, foram avaliados a estabilidade e os atributos químicos de cada tipo. Os sistemas de manejo não produziram efeito sobre a proporção média de cada tipo de agregado, e a contribuição relativa dos agregados intermediários para a massa total de agregados foi superior à dos demais. Os sistemas C-SOL e C-SOM apresentam os maiores teores de carbono orgânico total, carbono orgânico associado aos minerais, carbono orgânico particulado, independentemente dos sistemas e das profundidades avaliadas.</text>

                <text>La gran diversidad en pequeños mamíferos del Pleistoceno superior y Holoceno de la Cueva del Mirón, con un total de 26 especies pertenecientes a seis órdenes de mamíferos (Erinaceomorpha, Soricomorpha, Chiroptera, Carnivora, Rodentia y Lagomorpha) hace de la secuencia del Mirón un importante documento sobre la distribución de las asociaciones de pequeños mamíferos durante la transición Pleistoceno-Holoceno; lo que nos permite conocer la evolución del clima y del paisaje en la Región Cantábrica. Al final del Cuaternario se registra la última extinción de microfauna Pleistocena, como la del topillo Pliomys lenki, relacionado con el actual Dinaromys, el topillo nival de los Balcanes o de Martino. También se documentan extinciones locales, como la desaparición del territorio español de los mamíferos característicos de las estepas del Norte de Europa y Siberia, como Microtus oeconomus y M. gregalis. Estas extinciones se pueden explicar por los cambios climáticos ocurridos al final del Cuaternario, sin descartar la competencia con especies inmigrantes, de ecología similar. El final del Holoceno, la actividad humana, sobre todo la deforestación y la cultura cerealística, se refleja también en la disminución de la diversidad específica de los pequeños mamíferos.</text>

                <text>Resumo Este trabalho procurou elucidar uma dimensão institucional de análise da implementação do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (Pnae). A pesquisa foi de caráter interpretativo e descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, e utilizou como estratégia o estudo dos casos dos municípios de Espera Feliz e Guaraciaba, estado de Minas Gerais. A pesquisa confirmou a tese de que as interações entre diferentes atores no processo de implementação do Pnae produz efeitos sobre o comportamento desses atores e, mais especificamente, permite a construção de regras que constrangem e habilitam suas ações, produzindo novos padrões de interações e condicionando a forma como o programa é implementado localmente. A análise institucional também revela que as interações entre os atores e o “jogo da implementação” implicam em mudanças institucionais que são inerentes à tentativa de aproximar o programa à realidade local.</text>

                <text>Resumo Este artigo analisou o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA) como ferramenta para mitigar os impactos econômicos e sociais da COVID-19 no Brasil. Para isso, foram realizadas projeções de investimentos e analisadas as condições de operacionalização do programa no momento atual. Foi adotada uma metodologia quanti-quali de análise. Na abordagem quantitativa, foram construídos cenários com projeções de investimentos na política pública; na qualitativa, realizaram-se entrevistas não estruturadas com atores-chave na execução do programa. Os resultados revelaram que o aumento de recursos investidos no programa em um cenário otimizado pode proporcionar ampla capilarização dos benefícios. Identificou-se que o PAA é estratégico para o enfrentamento aos efeitos negativos da COVID-19 porque escoa os produtos da agricultura familiar, o que promove estruturação de cadeias produtivas, acesso a novos mercados e indução ao dinamismo econômico, além de atuar no combate à fome e à miséria de famílias que vivem em situação de vulnerabilidade. O programa não só apresenta condições de operacionalização durante a pandemia da COVID-19, como tem se adaptado à realidade atual, seguindo protocolos estabelecidos pelas autoridades de saúde. Concluiu-se que o PAA pode minimizar as crises sanitária e econômica, principalmente para a população mais vulnerável, apresentando ações que vão ao encontro das demandas da sociedade civil organizada e de recomendações de organismos nacionais e internacionais especializados, visando à redução dos impactos econômicos e sociais da pandemia causada pelo novo coronavírus.</text>

                <text>Contextualización: La gulupa es una de las frutas exóticas con mayor demanda en el mercado internacional y es el tercer fruto que más exporta el país. El departamento de Tolima incrementó el área de cultivos de gulupa en un 61 %, del 2015 al 2019, lo que indica la progresiva importancia económica del cultivo en el departamento.   Vacío de conocimiento: A pesar de lo anterior, no se evidencian estudios de caracterización y/o tipificación de los productores, lo que limita una adecuada orientación de las políticas públicas de inversión, investigación y transferencia de tecnología. En consideración con esta situación, este estudio tuvo como objetivo caracterizar y tipificar los sistemas de producción de gulupa, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos productivos, tecnológicos y sanitarios vinculados al cultivo en los principales municipios productores de las regiones norte y centro - occidente del departamento de Tolima.   Metodología: Con este propósito se diseñó y aplicó una encuesta estructurada para la captura de la información. La caracterización de los productores se realizó mediante análisis multivariado empleando análisis de correspondencia múltiple (ACM). La agrupación se llevó a cabo a través de análisis clúster, utilizando la distancia euclidiana y el método de Ward.     Resultados y conclusiones: En general, los resultados revelaron un nivel tecnológico bajo-alto asociado a la producción de gulupa en el departamento. Se identificaron dos grupos de productores. El Grupo I (GI) agrupó los productores ubicados principalmente en Cajamarca y Casabianca con un nivel tecnológico alto y con empleo de buenas prácticas agrícolas (BPA),  el Grupo II (GII) agrupó a los productores ubicados principalmente en Santa Isabel y Rovira con un nivel tecnológico bajo y uso deficiente de BPA. El empleo de sistema de riego y cubierta plástica fueron identificadas como las practicas tecnológicas asociadas al grado de tecnificación del cultivo de gulupa en el Tolima. Los niveles de incidencia de la marchitez vascular (Fusarium oxysporum) alcanzaron valores entre el 4 al 59 % en los principales municipios productores, constituyéndose así en una potencial limitante sanitaria para la sostenibilidad en el tiempo del agronegocio de gulupa en el departamento.</text>

                <text>El incremento del solapamiento entre la muda y la reproducción en el carbonero común está ligado a un aumento en la frecuencia de segundas puestas: ¿Un posible efecto del calentamiento global?  El ascenso de las temperaturas debido al cambio climático está relacionado con un aumento de la duración de la temporada reproductiva de muchas especies de aves. Esto permite que más parejas intenten poner dos puestas durante la temporada reproductiva y conlleva que terminen sus actividades reproductivas más tarde; por tanto, estas actividades se podrían solapar con la muda postnupcial. Hemos comprobado si esto ocurre en dos poblaciones de carbonero común (Parus major) de España. La proporción de parejas con segundas puestas se ha incrementado del 1 % al 32 % durante el periodo de estudio en una de las poblaciones (Sagunto, 1995–2019), mientras que en la otra no ha cambiado (Quintos, 2006–2019; media 5 %). No hemos encontrado ninguna tendencia temporal en cuanto a la fecha de inicio de muda de los individuos que están criando en fechas tardías en ninguna de las dos poblaciones. La proporción de individuos de ambos sexos cuya muda y actividad reproductiva se solaparon se ha incrementado en Sagunto. En esta última población, el sexo y la edad, pero no el tipo de puesta, contribuyeron a explicar la variabilidad en la probabilidad de solapamiento entre los reproductores tardíos, ya que esta es mayor en los machos de primer año y menor en hembras adultas.</text>

A ETm foi determinada por lisimetria. Apenas a temperatura e a umidade relativa do ar foram registradas e as demais variáveis foram estimadas. O Rn e apresentou o maior efeito isolado, seguido pelo D e pela URm. A temperatura do ar às 15 horas e a temperatura máxima diária foram as variáveis pontuais de maior associação com a ETmf. A Rg e melhorou sua relação quando analisada em diferentes faixas de t am. Os resultados confirmaram o Rn e e o D como as variáveis meteorológicas de maior efeito preditivo da evapotranspiração das culturas em estufas plásticas no outono, porém com graus diferenciados de ajuste para o pimentão em relação às outras culturas.</text>

                <text>Los bioinsumos rizobianos son considerados desde hace algunos años como la mejor alternativa para reducir la aplicación de los fertilizantes sintéticos y con repercusión en la economía rural campesina. El objetivo de este trabajo fue valorar los efectos de infección y efectividad en tres tipos de semillas de soya (Glycine max), inoculados con tres biofertilizantes rizobianos, en las condiciones de una zona productiva de la provincia de Santa Elena (Ecuador). Se inocularon los materiales genéticos de soya INIAP 307, INIAP 308 e INTEROC SSK con los biofertilizantes Endure-Rhizobium (USA), Bradyrhizobium Católica y un biofermento obtenido de la colección de cepas de Rhizobium del Centro de Investigaciones CIAP-UPSE. Los resultados evidencian el mutualismo que las leguminosas establecen con sus huéspedes rizobianos, obteniendo resultados significativos en la mayoría de las variables investigadas en todas las variables inoculadas, incluyendo la nodulación de Bradyrhizobium con G. max., confirmando la especificidad que presenta la simbiosis planta-leguminosa. Seguramente, la inoculación en soya contribuirían a los planes de desarrollo en una futura producción a gran escala, en una zona de interés agropecuario.</text>

                <text>Cresce o número de consumidores e agricultores interessados em alimentos orgânicos, produzidos sem agroquímicos. A utilização de cultivares adaptadas a esse sistema de plantio é uma medida que contribui para elevar a sustentabilidade e a estabilidade do agroecossistema. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar diferentes cultivares de feijão comum (Phaseolus vulgaris) em sistema orgânico de produção. Utilizou-se o delineamento experimental de blocos ao acaso com quatro repetições.  O estudo foi conduzido na forma de teste de avaliação local, sendo que as cultivares BRS Marfim, IAPAR 81, Pérola, Uirapuru, Jalo EEP, Xamego, Diamante Negro, Vermelho 2157, Roxo 90, Jalo Precoce, BRS Vereda, Iraí, BRSMG Talismã, BRS Timbó, BRS Radiante, BRS Valente, Goiano Precoce, Diacol Calima e BRS Aporé, constituíram os tratamentos. Foram conduzidos dois ensaios, no ano de 2004, um sob irrigação, na época da seca, e outro em condições de sequeiro, na época das águas. A cultivar BRS Marfim foi a mais produtiva na média dos dois sistemas. Sob condições de irrigação, além dessa cultivar, as cultivares Iapar 81, Pérola, Uirapuru, Jalo EEP 558 e Xamego tiveram produtividade significativamente superior às demais e em condições de sequeiro, as cultivares Vermelho 2157, BRS Marfim, Diacol Calima, Diamante Negro, Pérola e Uirapuru apresentaram produtividade estatisticamente superior às demais. Em relação ao aspecto fitossanitário, a doença que ocorreu com maior severidade foi a mancha-angular (Phaeoisariopsis griseola), e as cultivares que apresentaram maior susceptibilidade ao seu ataque foram BRS Timbó e Aporé, tanto no período de inverno quanto no período das águas.</text>
