Los resultados confirman la existencia de un efecto sustitución de bosques nativos hacia cultivos agrícolas. En efecto, un incremento en los precios de los principales cultivos agrícolas se asocia a un aumento en la deforestación. Lo mismo es cierto para una expansión de las superficies sembradas en los casos de la soja y el girasol. Al examinar los canales a través de los cuales tiene lugar este efecto sustitución, se observa que los incendios forestales constituyen el mecanismo a partir del cual tiene lugar la pérdida de bosque nativo. También se comprueba que desde la implementación efectiva de la Ley de Bosques Nativos en todas las provincias del Norte Grande Argentino (2011) el ritmo de la deforestación ha disminuido. Estos hallazgos constituyen un llamado de atención en favor de la protección del bosque nativo argentino en un contexto de acelerada deforestación y cambio climático. Se establecieron 23 parcelas temporales de muestreo (PTM) de 250 m2 y se midieron los árboles con diámetro a la altura del pecho (dap) ≥ 10 cm. La biomasa aérea se estimó con una ecuación alométrica y se correlacionó con tres índices de vegetación (NDVI, SAVI y EVI) obtenidos de dos imágenes del satélite LANDSAT 8 OLI en época seca y lluviosa (2016). Se probraron modelos lineales para estimar la biomasa en función del índice de vegetación y se estimó el carbono. Los bosques del SFFI almacenaron 30 t C/ha en biomasa aérea, y el mejor modelo se basó en el NDVI de la época seca (R2aj = 0,79). Se confeccionaron mapas con la distrribución de biomasa y carbono. Los bosques del SSFI han removido de la atmósfera 164 Gg CO2, los cuales podrían volver a emitirse en caso de no conservarse. Las áreas con mayor biomasa y carbono estuvieron principalmente en el suroeste y norte del SFFI. Con este estudio se hace una primera aproximación del patrón de distribución de la biomasa aérea y carbono con resolución de 30 m. Se ratifica el uso de datos de sensores remotos como insumo primordial para el monitoreo de proyectos de carbono en ecosistemas forestales. The predominance of monoculture in diverse regions brings up the need to think of viable alternatives focusing the culture diversification by family farmers. One alternative consists on the production of ornamental plants for landscaping, that is, plants for gardens. This alternative was studied due to the fact that Rio Grande do Sul state stands out as a consuming center of such plants; however, the local production does not meet all the demands of the state. Departing from a case study of the producer pole that is consolidated, in the regional pole around So Sebastio do Ca, we observed the pros and cons of the cultivation, and verified that it is a viable activity to be implanted by the family farmers that are willing to replace or diversify their production. Para su éxito, la estrategia descansa en el docente como agente de cambio, sin embargo se han detectado debilidades en cuanto a la formación permanente del profesorado lo cual requiere, por un lado, que el docente se apropie del enfoque en sí y por otro, que los encargados de brindar acompañamiento metodológico, lo hagan de una manera eficaz y eficiente. Pretendemos realizar un estudio sobre este tema en el Instituto Nacional Villanueva con el apoyo del MINED del Municipio de Villanueva entre abril 2016 a noviembre de 2016, aplicar instrumentos de recolección de información de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, involucrando una muestra que nos genere resultados y acciones que permitan mejorar la calidad educativa en nuestro centro. En un estudio de la OCDE, España aparecía en los últimos puestos en la comprensión del lenguaje oral y escrito, entre otras disciplinas. Situación que pone de manifiesto la importancia de conocer de qué factores personales (psicológicos) e instrucciones (pedagógicos) depende dicha comprensión. Para contribuir a dar respuesta a este problema, en este trabajo se describen e ilustran tanto las características del proceso de comprensión lectora y los factores motivacionales y cognitivos responsables de las diferencias individuales en la comprensión, como ¿qué formas de entrenar la comprensión lectora pueden contribuir a motivar a los estudiantes para leer tratando de comprender y a mejorar la comprensión lectora de textos? Un problema fundamental a la hora de evaluar la lectura es la ausencia de una definición clara y precisa del concepto de lectura. Se acepta el hecho de que es una capacidad compleja, y diferentes autores señalan que existen cinco niveles o procesos de comprensión que hay que tener en cuenta en dicha evaluación. Se describen las distintas medidas de producto que pueden utilizarse para ello y los problemas más comunes que plantean. Otro aspecto relevante en la evaluación de la comprensión es el tipo de texto, dadas las diferentes características que presentan. Se presenta la problemática particular de Kennedy, una de las localidades más grandes dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá que, al mismo tiempo que sostenía los mayores niveles de contagio de la ciudad-capital, tenía que resolver el abastecimiento de alimentos a nivel multiescalar (local, regional y nacional) por ser el emplazamiento de la central comercial agrícola más importante del país. Luego de exponerse los motivos que llevaron a esta situación, vinculados en forma directa con el rol de garantizar la seguridad alimentaria, se explicita la forma en que la alcaldía decidió enfrentarla. Se identifican los obstáculos y los desafíos que derivaron de este proceso que aún continúa, y se reconocen los principales saldos positivos: un mejor conocimiento del territorio y una reactivación de las redes comunitarias. Finalmente, con el objetivo de gestionar la incertidumbre, se plantea la necesidad de apuntar a una reactivación económica verde que, además de beneficios económicos, genere beneficios ambientales y sociales; asimismo se postula una reestructuración y descentralización de las aglomeraciones urbanas, el abastecimiento y las vulnerabilidades.
