Patients with cancer, already at risk for poor mental health outcomes, are not expected to be spared from these consequences, prompting the need for health services to improve responsiveness. This article presents the research protocol for an implementation study designed to describe the uptake of a well-studied and recognized system for the treatment of depression and anxiety (Stepped-care) during the specific context of a Pandemic in an oncological site. The system set-up will be assisted by a digital platform (MoodUP), where patients undergoing cancer treatment will be screened for anxiety and depressive symptoms, triaged by severity level and algorithm-matched to recommended interventions. Patients undergoing cancer treatment at a cancer clinic in Portugal will be invited to subscribe to the MoodUP platform where they will complete a self-reported questionnaire (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) to screen their anxiety and depressive symptoms. Data will be instantly collected, and an algorithm will activate severity-matched intervention suggestions, through a case manager that will coordinate care. The specific objectives of this study will be to describe the implementation and acceptability of the care system by patients and staff, the barriers to and facilitators of implementation, the proportion of patients accessing the system and their pathways through the various stepped-care interventions, and patient perceptions regarding the feasibility and appropriateness of the eHealth platform. Moreover, exploratory analyses will be conducted to describe patterns of anxiety and depression symptoms variation across all patients, as well as within sociodemographically, clinically and contextually characterized subgroups, to characterize their care needs and access, as well as to explore for whom the MoodUP care system may be more appropriate. Todos los genotipos se comportaron como resistentes a enfermedades, excepto MBC30 que resultó susceptible a Uromyces phaseoli y MBC33 a Phoma exigua. En número de vainas por planta, número de granos por vaina, peso de 100 semillas y rendimiento se destacaron MAC27 y LAS399, sin diferencia significativa frente a Cargamanto pero si superando a Bola Roja y Bolívar. Pese al efecto de las heladas en la fase final del ciclo, LAS399, MAC27 y Cargamanto produjeron rendimientos de 1300, 1038 y 950 kg/ha, respectivamente, mostrando las ventajas de su precocidad, en comparación a Bola Roja y Bolívar que son tardíos. In a contactless world, most interactions between customers and employees must occur virtually. While still making exceptions to some things, operating digitally is the only way to survive restrictions on activities by the government, including in the economic sector. The instructions for switching in a digitizing pattern are nothing new, they are simply brought into sharp focus. The most recent event, the Covid-19 outbreak, has accelerated a transformation, as evidenced by the sharp strengthening in the digitizing economic sector. Debido a que la principal contaminación de las cuencas está dada por descargas de aguas residuales, se han implementado las ptar para su mitigación. En esta investigación se presenta, el diagnóstico del estado actual de las (PTAR), análisis de los factores climatológicos y meteorológicos, además de las posibles afectaciones a nivel salud, aplicando la metodología del IPCC de 2006. En el caso de la cuenca del río Bogotá, la mayor generación de gei corresponde a CH4 (82,163 %) y N2O (76,059 %), siendo la cuenca media la que reporta mayores impactos, así: tratamiento mixto (45,1 %) con mayor influencia del cambio climático, actividades económicas industriales con alto impacto (70,17 %), factores climáticos como bajas temperaturas y precipitación media. De las cuencas del Valle de México, la cuenca baja reporta mayor impacto, así: tratamiento aerobio (62,11 %), actividades económicas comerciales (56,10 %), factores climáticos con una preferencia de temperatura y precipitaciones altas. De la cuenca del río Rímac, en Perú, la cuenca media reporta mayor impacto, así: tratamiento mixto (49,4 %), actividades económicas comerciales (59,2 %) y factores climáticos como precipitaciones y temperaturas altas. La validación de los datos anteriores fue confirmada con el inventario nacional de gei reportado por cada país, evidenciando que el tratamiento, el tipo de actividad económica y el clima son factores que influyen en la generación de gei. Su objetivo es mostrar el vínculo complejo entre cultura y naturaleza. En este texto se sugiere que el concepto sea orientado por las vertientes del ambientalismo crítico como la ecología política para que se ubique en un contexto de constante reflexión y que sea capaz de integrar mediaciones téoricas que den luz a la complejidad de la problemática ambiental que se observa actualmente los pueblos indígenas. Se toma como caso de estudio al pueblo indígena comcáac, mejor conocidos como seris, quienes son habitantes milenarios de la Costa Central del desierto de Sonora, México. El texto se organiza en tres apartados: 1. Antecedentes sobre la diversidad biocultural; 2.Ecología política y dualismo ontológico y 3. Problemática ambiental comcáac. Se concluye que la diversidad biocultural sólo alcanzará legitimidad ética cuando sea parte de los movimientos indígenas actuales, lo cual puede presentarse como una oportunidad de fortalecimiento de los mismos.
