The quantification of malnourished and undernourished people is as important as determining who they are, where they are, their food habits and the causes and solutions for the problem. Our definition of possible vulnerable groups in Brazil follows two perspectives: poverty related data and FAO's vulnerable group classification (perspectives containing personal criteria, for there are no approaches of the type in scientific literature). High income concentration in Brazil results that the poor have insufficient resources to buy food implying in more vulnerability. There are differences between: urban and rural areas, metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, and between the Northeast and Northern regions as related to other regions. The major transmission routes of SARS-CoV-2 are recognised as inhalation of aerosol/droplets and person-to-person contact. However, some studies have demonstrated that live SARS-CoV-2 can be isolated from the faeces and urine of infected patients, which can then enter the wastewater system. The currently available evidence indicates that the viral RNA present in wastewater may become a potential source of epidemiological data. However, to investigate whether wastewater may present a risk to humans such as sewage workers, we investigated whether intact particles of SARS-CoV-2 were observable and whether it was possible to isolate the virus in wastewater. Using a correlative strategy of light microscopy and electron microscopy (CLEM), we demonstrated the presence of intact and degraded SARS-like particles in RT-qPCR SARS-CoV-2-positive sewage sample collected in the city of Marseille. However, the viral infectivity assessment of SARS-CoV-2 in the wastewater was inconclusive, due to the presence of other viruses known to be highly resistant in the environment such as enteroviruses, rhinoviruses, and adenoviruses. Although the survival and the infectious risk of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater cannot be excluded from our study, additional work may be required to investigate the stability, viability, fate, and decay mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2 thoroughly in wastewater. The morphodynamics of the coast is considered as a result of interactions between coastal processes and the underlying litho- genic structure against the background of postglacial movements and climate change. Two geomorphological levels were distinguished and dated, which differ in the scope of transformation of ice-marginal formations of the Neva stage of the last glaciation by the sea and correspond to the main stages of post-glacial development of the relief: 1) paleo- straits and bays in depressions between moraine ridges at altitudes of 17.5-30 m a. s. l., filled in during the post-glacial transgression; the basinal stage of their development ended no later than 8540 ± 50 - 7610 ± 70 14C (~9500-8400 cal.) BP; 2) marine terraces at altitudes below 15-17 m a. s. l., formed in the middle-late Holocene in the environments similar to modern ones. The abrasion coastline (14-17.5 m) formed during the sea level stabilization stage with its high wave activity, which took place during the Tapes transgression, was revealed. Bays at the upper level, with a threshold runoff below ~ 17.5 m a. s. l., were at that time re-filled with sea water. The relative uplift rate of the Konyukhov Bay coast was estimated according to the ages of the lower horizon of lacustrine and palus- trine sediments at 2-2.2 mm/year.
