Herrera-Calvo Description An account of the resource La presente investigación pretende identificar los ámbitos de gobernanza significativos en las políticas alimentarias urbanas, así como las deficiencias y potencialidades en su implementación. Para ello se analizan las acciones para mejorar la gobernanza alimentaria en 13 ciudades españolas, relacionadas todas ellas con la Red de Ciudades por la Agroecología. La información obtenida mediante un cuestionario ha sido complementada con entrevistas personales y análisis de documentación sobre acciones específicas. Además, se han analizado las Estrategias Alimentarias Urbanas de tres ciudades (Valladolid, Zaragoza y Segovia). El estudio identifica 6 ámbitos de la gobernanza alimentaria (1-De base; 2-Multi-actor; 3-Intra-administración; 4-Multi-nivel; 5-Territorial; y 6-Gobernanza translocal). En torno a estos ámbitos se discuten conceptos como las nuevas institucionalidades multi-actor que se están generando en torno a las políticas alimentarias urbanas; la dialéctica entre administración, organizaciones sociales y sector agrario o la pertinencia de distintas miradas como los enfoques de Sistema Alimentario de Ciudad-Región. Las conclusiones sugieren profundizar en la articulación de los enfoques top-down y bottom-up de las políticas alimentarias, aportando centralidad al papel del sector agrario ecológico y a actores urbanos desfavorecidos, así como a la importancia de trascender la escala meramente local para poder desarrollar el potencial de sostenibilidad de las políticas alimentarias. De esta forma, la gobernanza de las políticas alimentarias urbanas va más allá de los territorios y paisajes urbanos, del mismo modo que las dinámicas generales urbanas generan importantes impactos sobre el conjunto del territorio. O psilídeo, Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha: Liviidae), por ser vetor da bactéria causadora do Hunglongbing (HLB), tornou-se uma praga-chave dos citros no Brasil. Além dos citros, a planta ornamental conhecida como murta-de-cheiro, Murraya paniculata (L.) Jack, também é hospedeira do psilídeo. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo estudar a dinâmica populacional do psilídeo em pomares de citros e o seu parasitismo em citros e murta-de-cheiro no estado de Sergipe, o quarto maior produtor de citros do Brasil. As avaliações foram realizadas quinzenalmente durante onze meses em sete pomares de laranjeira Pera Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck localizados em dois municípios (Boquim, e Umbaúba). As populações de ovos, ninfas e adultos de D. citri foram comparadas entre todos os pomares e todas as fases de vida foram relacionadas com os fatores abióticos, temperatura, umidade relativa e precipitação de cada localidade. O psilídeo D. citri foi classificado como espécie acessória (pouco abundante) nos pomares de Sergipe, apresentando maior densidade populacional nos meses de novembro, dezembro e março. A precipitação foi o único fator abiótico que contribuiu para o aumento populacional de adultos do psilídeo. Altas taxas de parasitismo (55 %) de ninfas do psilídeo pelo parasitoide exótico Tamarixia radiata Waterston (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) foram detectadas em plantas de murta-de-cheiro. Com base nos resultados, caso a bactéria seja detectada em Sergipe, para o manejo do vetor, amostragens de menor intervalo deverão ser realizadas nos meses da primavera e verão. Adicionalmente, o parasitoide T. radiata poderia ser liberado inundativamente em programas de manejo integrado do vetor. Population dynamics and natural parasitism of Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera: Liviidae) on citrus orchards in Sergipe state Abstract. The Asian citrus psyllid, Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha: Liviidae), which is the vector of the Hunglongbing (HLB) bacterium, has become a key citrus pest in Brazil. In addition to citrus, the ornamental plant known as Orange Jasmine, Murraya paniculata (L.) Jack, also hosts the psyllid. The present work aimed at studying the population dynamics of the psyllid in citrus orchards and its parasitism in citrus and M. paniculata in the state of Sergipe, the fourth largest citrus-producing state in Brazil. The evaluations were performed fortnightly for eleven months in seven Pera Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck orange orchards located in two municipalities of Sergipe state (Boquim, and Umbauba). The populations of eggs, nymphs and adults of D. citri were compared among all orchards and all developmental stages were related to the abiotic factors temperature, relative humidity and precipitation, in each locality. The psyllid was classified as an accessory species (not very abundant) in the orchards of Sergipe, showing a higher population density in November, December and March. Precipitation was the only abiotic factor that contributed to the population increase of adults of the psyllid. High rates of parasitism (55%) of psyllid nymphs by the exotic parasitoid Tamarixia radiata Waterston (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) were detected in M. paniculata plants. Based on the results, if the HLB bacterium is detected in Sergipe, shorter samplings should be performed in the spring and summer months aiming at vector management. In addition, T. radiata could be released inundatively in integrated vector management programs. Esto resulta problemático al momento de utilizarlos en dietas destinadas a producción animal. En el presente trabajo se analizó mediante ensayos químicos, in sacco y encuestas el perfil nutricional y la variabilidad de expellers y harinas de soja provenientes de la región de Rafaela, Santa Fe. A partir de las muestras se observó que la variabilidad en los indicadores de la calidad nutricional de estos subproductos, tales como contenido de proteína bruta (PB), extracto etéreo (EE) y degradabilidad, no fue diferente a la reportada por la bibliografía nacional. Además, dicha variabilidad pudo ser explicada por factores tales como los contenidos de EE y fibra cruda (FC), y estuvo asociada con la solubilidad de la proteína en hidróxido de potasio (PB-KOH). En correspondencia con esto, los expellers presentaron menor degradabilidad que las harinas. Entre los factores del procesamiento industrial que modificaron la variabilidad del expeller se encontró que la limpieza del grano previo a la extracción del aceite aumentó el contenido de EE del poroto y disminuyó el del expeller, incrementando un 22% la eficiencia de extracción. El tratamiento térmico modificó las fracciones de degradabilidad a través de la disminución de la fracción a (inmediatamente soluble) y el aumento de la fracción b (potencialmente degradable). Además de limpiar el grano, este trabajo indica que para disminuir la variabilidad de estos subproductos deberían implementarse controles de calidad sencillos y confiables como PB-KOH. Se realizó un trabajo interdisciplinario que utilizó la Teoría de solu ción de problemas inventivos (TRIZ) y el Análisis cognitivo de tareas (ACT) para orientar el diseño de un escenario de aprendizaje para un museo de ciencias naturales. Método. Participaron 23 personas: seis ingenieros de sistemas, un ingeniero ind ustrial, un ingeniero eléctrico, dos psicólogas, un biólogo, una bioquímica, un físico, un técnico museológico, un historiador, un guía de museo, un diseñador gráfico y seis estudiantes de ingeniería. El proceso de análisis fue realizado en dos fases: en la primera, se analizó el componente técnico del prob lema utilizando TRIZ; en la segunda, se analizó el componente educativo utilizando el ACT. Resultados. La aplicación de TRIZ permitió identificar que el escenario de aprendizaje debía ser divertido, durable, de fáci l uso e integración del uso de nuevas tecnologías con fines educativos, y que debía implicar poca asistencia de los guías del museo. El ACT posibilitó entender que la función principal del escenario de aprendizaj e era promover la comprensión de conceptos involucrados en la relación entre personas, humedales y aves migratorias. Para ello, se diseñó la estructura de un videojuego educativo. Conclusión . El diseño de este videojuego prioriza los componentes educativos, que promueven la conservación ambiental, sin descuidar el componente de entretenimiento, equilibrio que parece difícil de lograr en diseños de aplicaciones de interacci ón humano - computador, en los cuales se privilegia la diversión, el uso de recursos tecnológicos sofisti cados y el sentido estético. Se construyó un instrumento para la caracterización de actores de los 11 municipios de la región. Los datos se analizaron en el software SPSS 20.0 y UCINET 6. En el estudio participaron 152 actores, del sector público, privado y comunitario tanto de la esfera municipal como nacional, que permitieron identificar redes sociales con sus respectivas cohesiones y fragmentaciones de acuerdo con las dinámicas del contexto estudiado. Las principales actividades desarrolladas por los actores en el campo alimentario y nutricional fueron: educación, promoción del derecho a la alimentación y participación en programas dirigidos a la población vulnerable. Se concluye que la identificación de los actores sociales y sus recursos, evidencia la existencia de agentes interesados en el trabajo por la SAN de la región; sin embargo, se requiere intervenir las redes de manera que se fortalezca la interacción para promover la participación colectiva y articulada en procesos de construcción de políticas públicas en SAN.
