Realizaram-se visitas às áreas rurais do município, sendo aplicado um questionário estruturado em cada área de produção de alimentos encontrada. A amostra foi constituída por 61 produtores rurais, que de modo geral, apresentaram boas estruturas domiciliares, contudo com condições insatisfatórias quanto ao saneamento ambiental. Na área rural, a criação de galinhas era frequente (90,16%), enquanto que 75,41% dos entrevistados relataram possuir horta, e 80,32% afirmaram que usam apenas fertilizantes orgânicos. Apesar da presença de plantações e/ou criações, a maioria dos produtores não costuma comercializar seus produtos. Os agricultores familiares do município seguem um modelo de produção convencionalmente classificado como tradicional, com grande parte da produção voltada somente ao consumo familiar, com pouco ou nenhum emprego de tecnologia. Se elaboró un instrumento en escala Likert con 48 ítems que midió doce competencias obtenidas de los trabajos de connotados investigadores y de la literatura oficial mexicana que sirvió como referente. El cuestionario empleado para esta investigación fue piloteado y validado por jueces, en su confiabilidad reportó 0.94 de alfa de Crombach. Cada vez se torna necesario crear perfiles para puestos laborales, como es el caso de la docencia, a fin de crear parámetros observables de actuación profesional. En los perfiles se detallan las dimensiones de actuación y los descriptores que dictaminan el modus operandi del quehacer áulico. En el modelo por competencias estos perfiles señalan las actitudes, habilidades y conocimientos que son deseables en un docente. Estos perfiles dan la pauta para hacer una adecuada evaluación de la docencia. Los resultados se analizaron a través del software estadístico SPSS v.21, mediante frecuencias y porcentajes y comparación de medias. En la interpretación se discriminó en favor de los polos positivos que implicaban la elección racional del alumno de la competencia docente. Se encontró que todas las competencias fueron importantes, mas no todos los descriptores resultaron del agrado de los alumnos. Al final se presenta un listado con las competencias mejor evaluadas: preparación académica, comunicación asertiva, liderazgo, evaluación y ecología educativa. Se realizaron todas las pruebas fisiológicas y bioquímicas correspondientes, así como la prueba de antagonismo in vitro contra los fitopatógenos Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides y Rhizoctonia solani.  Cinco cepas produjeron una mayor cantidad de AIA en relación a las otras en presencia de triptófano, la cepa ES1 (Ochrobactrum sp.) produjo HCN, el 50 % de las cepas evaluadas liberaron sideróforos, el 60 % disolvió fósforo, y todas resultaron positivas para la fijación de nitrógeno. Nueve cepas inhibieron el crecimiento de F. oxysporum entre 40 % y 65 %, la cepa Alf (Pseudomonas fluorescens) inhibió además el crecimiento de C. gloeosporioides en un 22 %, y ninguna inhibió el crecimiento de R. solani. Los rizobios evaluados y la cepa de Pseudomonas fluorescens podrían ejercer efectos beneficiosos sobre las plantas a través de mecanismos directos e indirectos, o una combinación de ambos, lo que las convierte en una opción sostenible para la producción de cultivos. Se utilizó una estrategia asociativa y un diseño predictivo transversal. Participaron 724 trabajadores, de los cuales el 61,6% eran mujeres. Se aplicó una escala sobre afectaciones derivadas por el confinamiento y otra sobre apoyo empresarial para el trabajo ante la COVID-19. Se realizaron análisis factoriales con rotación ortogonal y regresiones múltiples lineales. Se encontraron coeficientes de confiabilidad por alfa de Cronbach de moderados a altos: 0,867 y 0,842. Los resultados resaltan la importancia del liderazgo y la dinámica diaria del trabajador sobre la productividad durante el confinamiento. Ambas escalas presentaron una adecuada estructura factorial y pueden ser utilizadas pororganizaciones mexicanas.
