Contudo, percebemos a ausência de análises sobre o Estado da Paraíba, o que nos proporcionou a curiosidade de compreendermos como esse fenômeno vem de manifestando e de que forma o uso de um Sistema de Informações Geográficas poderia contribuir para essa reflexão.  Nesse sentido, o presente artigo apresenta por objetivo realizar uma análise sobre o processo de disseminação e distribuição dos casos e óbitos de Covid-19 no Estado da Paraíba através de um Sistema de Informações Geográficas. Para o alcance desse objetivo realizamos a busca de boletins epidemiológicos na Secretaria Estadual de Saúde dentre o período de 31 de março até 16 de Maio de 2020. Esses dados foram sistematizados a partir dos casos e óbitos existentes no Estado através do software QGIS, no qual geramos um total de nove mapas temáticos. Nossos resultados indicam pelo menos três tendências da pandemia no Estado: a) distribuição espacial da Covid-19 na Paraíba segue o fluxo na BR-230; b) existência de três principais núcleos de disseminação: região metropolitana de João Pessoa; Campina Grande e as cidades de Sousa e Patos; c) padrão elevado de contaminação entre profissionais da saúde. Tais resultados nos apresenta outra demanda, a necessidade de entendermos como numa escala intra-urbana a pandemia vem se manifestando, especialmente nos três principal polos de disseminação do Estado. Whether stent polymers behave differently under such conditions has never been explored. Fluorinated polymer-nanocoated and uncoated COBRA stents (CeloNova), BioLinx-polymer-coated Resolute Onyx stents (Medtronic), and Synergy stents (Boston Scientific), which are abluminally coated with a bioabsorbable polymer, were exposed to human blood from healthy donors which was supplemented with 400 pg/mL IL-6 and 100 pg/mL TNF-α, similar to what is seen in cytokine storm caused by SARS-CoV-2. Platelet adhesion and neutrophil activation, assessed by immunofluorescence, were compared under cytokine storm and control conditions (untreated blood) (n = 4 experimental runs). Platelet adhesion values, defined as %platelet-covered area x staining intensity, were significantly lower in coated and uncoated COBRA and in Resolute Onyx than in Synergy under control conditions (1.28 × 107 ± 0.43 × 107 vs. 2.92 × 107 ± 0.49 × 107 vs. 3.57 × 107 ± 0.73 × 107 vs. 9.94 × 107 ± 0.99 × 107; p ≤0.0001). Facing the new changes (development of digital technologies, COVID-19, smart specialization) the search for optimal tools of communication with investors becomes a priority for all key stakeholders of the investment process (business, academia, civil society, local authorities). The aim of the article is to identify effective communication tools for business and develop recommendations for their use in the context of smart specialization. Subject of research: investor relations of large, medium and small companies in the context of smart specialization. The main research methods are systemic (to build a system of investor relations tools) and analytical (to determine the IR tools among the studied companies; to analyze the tools of investor relations by using social media). As a result of the study, it is determined that the promotion of the Ukrainian companies through social networks is inactive (Facebook – 13%, Instagram and Twitter – 4%, YouTube – 5% and LinkedIn – 1%). More than half of the surveyed companies indicate that the most common investor relations tools are news releases and presentations (71.4%), answers to questions (61.1%) and annual reports (52.7%). In this article, smart specialization is considered as a common tool for communication between key stakeholders. It was determined that in the conditions of COVID-19, they used the following tools: online dialogues, online conferences, online sessions, online workshops, online presentations, world cafes, annual lectures, online consultations, webinars (partner webinars). This study set out to explore investor relations tools in the context of smart specialization. In addition, such global tendencies were revealed as: IR boosting startups’ transformation into large companies; increasing both the investors’ interest to the companies and the requirements to corporate transparency promote using of IR tools; investor meetings via online platforms; impact of regional specifics on choosing IR tools of different companies. The results of the investigation show that Ukrainian companies have different IR politics. The main reasons why they use IR tools actively are their own internal requirements to the quality management and the need in external funding. The Government of Indonesia has instructed physical distancing so that teaching and learning activities, including in the Faculty of Medicine, must be carried out at home with online methods to reduce the risk of COVID distribution. Objective: to explore undergraduate medical students’ perspectives towards distance learning during early COVID 19 pandemic at Muhammadiyah Surabaya University - Faculty of Medicine (MSU-FM), Indonesia. Methods: a qualitative study of students’ online survey responses had been done. Thematic analysis based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technolgy (UTAUT) constructs was done to ecplore students’ perspectives. Results: Students have a positive perspective related to performance expectancy of distance learning. This factor have been perceived as factor that support the behavior of the use of distance learning in order to increase cognitive involvement in the learning process. However, in this study, other factors conveyed by students limiting their optimal use of current distance learning platform. Conclusion: Students‘ user experiences must be developed and maintained continuously during this pandemic era. Longitudinal studies that investigate the long-term impact of various distance learning platforms‘ usage also need further study.
