                <text>Este artículo muestra las traducciones y variaciones del modelo de las smart cities en las ciudades de AméricaLatina. La smart city se ha erigido como un nuevo modelo urbano, basado en el uso de las tecnologías para responder a los variados y complejos desafíos que enfrentan las ciudades contemporáneas, que van desde la seguridad hasta el cambio climático. A partir del enfoque de movilidad de políticas se identifica el entramado de actores comprometidos con la difusión de este modelo urbano y se aborda la inclusión de las narrativas y proyectos de la ciudad inteligente en los debates y agendas del planeamiento y la gobernanza de las ciudades latinoamericanas. Los resultados revelan el carácter prescriptivo del modelo, su estandarización y la conformación de una “comunidad epistémica de élite” que ha sido determinante en la producción narrativa y material de la ciudad inteligente en la región.</text>

                <text>En el presente artículo analizamos la relación entre la distribución de recursos agrícolas y la distribución de la población en las regiones de Gaván y Cedral, en Barinas (Venezuela), durante el periodo arqueológico Gaván Tardío (550-1000 a. d.). El objetivo de dicha evaluación ha sido someter a prueba los dos modelos de evolución social propuestos para explicar la naturaleza y desarrollo de las sociedades complejas prehispánicas barinesas. Ofrecemos información adicional que brinda nuevos elementos analíticos relacionados con la centralización demográfica, la integración política y la guerra en estas regiones. Nuestros resultados indican que el grado de variabilidad de estas formas de organización social fue mayor que hasta el que ahora se ha considerado.</text>

Si bien no se autodefine bajo esa etiqueta, podemos ubicar la obra dentro del campo de la ecología política latinoamericana, combinando, de manera equilibrada, rigurosidad académica, compromiso político y sensibilidad social. Para alcanzar este resultado, sus autoras, Tania Tamayo y Alejandra Carmona, periodistas y académicas de la Universidad de Chile, llevaron a cabo una impresionante revisión documental y un cuidadoso trabajo de campo, ofreciendo a los y las lectoras una gran riqueza de detalles y datos empíricos, sin perder de vista las grandes tendencias y condicionantes estructurales en los cuales se inscribe el modelo de gestión del agua en dicho país. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, la única debilidad que se podría identificar en la obra es que omite incluir la lista de referencias y fuentes consultadas: si bien no se trata de una publicación académica en sentido estricto, sería de gran ayuda incluirlas, como apoyo para aquellas personas que deseen ampliar o profundizar en las cuestiones que fueron problematizadas.</text>

                <text>El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar una experiencia didáctica e innovadora, y reflexionar sobre sus implicaciones en el marco de las ecologías de aprendizaje. Se describe cómo un docente de Secundaria, de la especialidad de Lengua castellana y Literatura, transforma y enriquece sus prácticas educativas y, al mismo tiempo, propicia nuevos formatos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en escenarios alternativos al aula física. Para ello, se ha empleado una metodología cualitativa que, por medio de la observación y el análisis de documentos, ha posibilitado conocer en profundidad el objeto de estudio, la realidad educativa del fenómeno y sus implicaciones desde la perspectiva de las ecologías de aprendizaje. La exposición de los resultados pone de manifiesto, por un lado, el valor que adquieren los aprendizajes en la trayectoria de vida, tanto del docente como de los participantes, así como el impacto de la experiencia en sus identidades como formador y aprendices, respectivamente. Por otra parte, subraya la necesidad de incorporar a las aulas recursos de la sociedad de la información, como Tiktok, para facilitar experiencias de aprendizaje que estén en sintonía con las necesidades socioculturales de los individuos y que favorezcan el enriquecimiento de los currículos, posibilitando la formación integral y expandida a todos los niveles.</text>

Concluiu-se que as políticas de bem-estar social não estão de todo salvaguardas e que para dar esta resposta existe uma necessidade premente de se ter uma política efetiva de desenvolvimento sustentável da agricultura, melhorando o foco na qualidade de vida e em políticas económicas e sociais justas e sustentável do ponto de vista ambiental. Apesar de não haver impedimentos legais a organização de associações também não existe mecanismos que promovam a participação no processo de desenvolvimento.</text>

                <text>A Agricultura Urbana e Periurbana (AUP) tem se destacado na essência da autossuficiência alimentar das cidades de forma estratégica a ponto de garantir Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional (SAN), promover hábitos alimentares saudáveis e vem apresentando diferentes transformações sociais em espaços coletivos. A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo avaliar o impacto da AUP sobre a SAN e o comportamento alimentar de famílias participantes de uma horta comunitária situada no bairro Campeche, do município de Florianópolis (Santa Catarina). Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa realizada com 11 participantes da horta. Foi aplicada entrevista por meio de questionário semiestruturado, com gravação em áudio. Por meio dos depoimentos foi possível entender a horta comunitária como espaço para promoção de saúde de fortalecimento das práticas alimentares saudáveis e preservação da cultura alimentar do município. É priorizada a produção agroecológica dos alimentos com vistas à sustentabilidade social, econômica e ambiental. O trabalho comunitário facilitou e intensificou as relações interpessoais entre vizinhos e impulsionou o protagonismo popular. Conclui-se que a horta comunitária demonstrou-se eficaz na promoção e garantia dos princípios da SAN, no fortalecimento de práticas alimentares saudáveis e no desempenho da cidadania.</text>

                <text>As feiras livres são canais de comercialização de produtos oriundos, em sua maioria, da agricultura familiar e possuem estreita relação com a Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo transversal, por meio de entrevistas com os organizadores das feiras livres da cidade de Juiz de Fora, avaliando variáveis socioeconômicas, demográficas e satisfação com o trabalho. Os dados foram tabulados e descritos por meio de frequências. Todos os participantes eram do gênero masculino com idade (média) de 55 anos (±9,2 anos), casados e residentes da cidade. A maioria cursou 1o a 3o grau do ensino médio; possui renda familiar média de mais de 5 salários; estão satisfeitos com a função que exercem e tempo de trabalho maior que 5 anos. Relataram a existência de apoio dos órgãos superiores; boa receptividade dos consumidores e feirantes; importância de sua função; dificuldades e respectivas melhorias. As feiras livres contam com uma equipe para sua organização e gestão que depende de apoio para o bom desenvolvimento dos projetos. Por meio do presente trabalho, percebe-se o quão importante é o acesso ao conhecimento, para que se possa promover as ações de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional.</text>

                <text>El estudio propone la implementación de una tecnología Limpia para tratar los Pasivos Ambientales Mineros (PAMs) de las relaveras de todas las regiones del país, basándose en el estudio de la relavera de Cerro El Toro del distrito de Huamachuco, Provincia de Sánchez Carrión, Departamento de La Libertad, la cual contamina a las comunidades de Shiracmaca y Coigobamba. Es por ello, que el estudio tiene como objeto del estudio, brindar una metodología basada en el método de remediación de tratamiento integral-MRTI-SLFCH, que implemento el tratamiento integral de detoxificación de contaminantes en relaves metalúrgicos, involucrando el desarrollo de metodologías de las técnicas de flotación y de la concentración gravimétrica que se caracterizan por el empleo de agentes remediantes.  El objetivo es lograr la máxima recuperación de los metales pesados tales como: bario, cadmio, mercurio y plomo regulados por el Estándar de Calidad Ambiental del Suelo-ECA SUELO (MINAM, 2013), que logra convertir los relaves remediados en agregados de construcción para fabricar los ladrillos ecotecnológicos. Cabe resaltar, que el estudio fue financiado por el programa Innóvate Perú, y el co-financiamiento de la empresa Green Metallurgy Technologies S.R.L.</text>
