We report on the first 56 patients; 29 received hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and 27 did not. Endpoints included admission to intensive care, mechanical ventilation or death during hospitalisation.Main results The median age was 34.2 years; 67.9% were male; and 14.6% were &lt;18 years. Up 57.1% of the patients were asymptomatic. The most common symptoms were fever (21.4%), cough (19.6%), rhinorrhea (16.1%), headache (12.5%), muscle ache (7.1%) and fatigue (7.1%). Rates of comorbidities were 10.7% (pre-existing hypertension), 10.7% (diabetes) and 7.1% (HIV), Body Mass Index (BMI) of ≥30 36.6%. 37.0% had a blood pressure (BP) of &gt;130/90 mm Hg, and 27.8% had BP of &gt;140/90 mm Hg. Laboratory derangements were leucopenia (10.6%), lymphopenia (11.1%) and thrombocytopenia (26.3%). Abnormal chest X-ray was observed in 14.3%. No patients reached the primary endpoint. Time to clinical recovery was shorter among patients who received HCQ, but this difference did not reach statistical significance.Conclusion Most of the patients with COVID-19 presented with mild disease and exhibited a clinical trajectory not similar to other countries. Outcomes did not differ by HCQ treatment status in line with other concluded studies on the benefit of using HCQ in the treatment of COVID-19. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was positive for COVID-19, but the lung high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) did not show involvement, so the diagnosis of KD associated with viral infection was suggested. In further studies, Wright and 2ME tests, Widal, and purified protein derivative (PPD) tests were declared negative. After intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), the patient’s fever continued, but other symptoms improved. Since COVID-19 is a new disease and our understanding of its numerous symptoms is evolving, we recommend physicians to be vigilant about secondary inflammatory syndromes that induce KD; rapid treatment with IVIG and steroids may improve patients’ conditions. The synthesized obtained nanomaterial of (ZnO) was fully chemically characterized by using different spectroscopic analysis (FT-IR, UV and XRD) and surface analysis techniques. ZnO-Nps surface morphology and chemical purity has been investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) as well as energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), Additionally Zeta potential and Zeta size distribution were measured and evaluated to confirm its nano-range scale. The synthesized Zno-NPs have been tested using 10% DMSO and ddH2O for estimation of antiviral activity against (SARS-CoV-2) by using cytotoxicity assay (CC50) and inhibitory concentration (IC50). The results revealed that (Zno-NPs) has high anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity at cytotoxic concentrations in vitro with non-significant selectivity index (CC50/IC50 ≤ 1). The current study results demonstrated the (ZnO-NPs) has potent antiviral activity at low concentration (IC50 = 526 ng/mL) but with some cytotoxic effect to the cell host by (CC50 = 292.2 ng/mL). We recommend using of (ZnO-NPs) as potent disinfectant against (SARS-Cov-2), but there are slight side effects on the cellular host, so we recommend more prospective studies on complexation of other compounds with (ZnO-NPs) in different concentrations to reduce its cellular toxicity and elevate its antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 activities. Strategic narratives constructed and disseminated  by the Russian Federation for the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) may emphasize:  political and economic motives related to the policies of governments of the Baltic states;  status-related motives to disrupt the international system and Western-led political institutions  through the Baltic states; conflictual motives indicating opposing identities between Russian  and Baltic nations, which have often emphasized the Russophobic context of the Baltic  identity-building. These strategic narratives are part of Moscow’s strategy that aim is to  destroy the unity of West and to increase ideological fragmentation in the European Union.  Therefore, Baltic states have become an important target of influence operations conducted  by the Russian Federation because of their geopolitical location and strategic importance.
