A partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, de levantamento de dados em boletins epidemiológicos e em decretos municipais, além de observação in loco, os resultados mostraram uma situação de saúde em colapso, caracterizada pela falta de insumos básicos, pela insuficiência de equipes treinadas, pela mais baixa relação de UTIs por habitante (12/100 mil hab.), e por uma mortalidade duas vezes maior que a média brasileira (Boa Vista: 49,1/100 mil hab.; Brasil: 25,1/100 mil hab.). Apresenta-se, uma descrição e discussão não só sanitária, econômica e social sobre a pandemia por COVID-19 em Boa Vista, mas, também, política a respeito dos seus óbitos e sobreviventes, estratégias públicas e infrações populares, bem como da morosidade e da corrupção, no maior desafio já enfrentado pela mais setentrional capital brasileira. Although this shift increased the efficiency of data processing, it has security drawbacks. Healthcare databases are a precious target for attackers because they facilitate identity theft and cybercrime. This paper presents an approach for database damage assessment for healthcare systems. Inspired by the current behavior of COVID-19 infections, our approach views the damage assessment problem the same way. The malicious transactions will be viewed as if they are COVID-19 viruses, taken from infection onward. The challenge of this research is to discover the infected transactions in a minimal time. The proposed parallel algorithm is based on the transaction dependency paradigm, with a time complexity O((M+NQ+N^3)/L) (M = total number of transactions under scrutiny, N = number of malicious and affected transactions in the testing list, Q = time for dependency check, and L = number of threads used). The memory complexity of the algorithm is O(N+KL) (N = number of malicious and affected transactions, K = number of transactions in one area handled by one thread, and L = number of threads). Since the damage assessment time is directly proportional to the denial-of-service time, the proposed algorithm provides a minimized execution time. Our algorithm is a novel approach that outperforms other existing algorithms in this domain in terms of both time and memory, working up to four times faster in terms of time and with 120,000 fewer bytes in terms of memory. Trata-se de uma análise sobre as compras de produtos da agricultura familiar, interrogando em que medida o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar é considerado como um meio para promover o desenvolvimento local com ênfase no fortalecimento dos agricultores familiares. O conceito de referencial de circuitos curtos de proximidade, vinculado à sustentabilidade agroalimentar, foi considerado em nossa análise. Social distancing, lay-offs, and decreased number of patients with health insurance may lead to a prolonged period to retrieve normalcy. Murray Description An account of the resource Molecular imprinting is a technique for making a selective binding site for a specific chemical. The technique involves building a polymeric scaffold of molecular complements containing the target molecule. Subsequent removal of the target leaves a cavity with a structural “memory” of the target. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) can be employed as selective adsorbents of specific molecules or molecular functional groups. In addition, sensors for specific molecules can be made using optical transduction through lumiphores residing in the imprinted site. We have found that the use of metal ions as chromophores can improve selectivity due to selective complex formation. The combination of molecular imprinting and spectroscopic selectivity can result in sensors that are highly sensitive and nearly immune to interferences. A weakness of conventional MIPs with regard to processing is the insolubility of crosslinked polymers. Traditional MIPs are prepared either as monoliths and ground into powders or are prepared in situ on a support. This limits the applicability of MIPs by imposing tedious or difficult processes for their inclusion in devices. The size of the particles hinders diffusion and slows response. These weaknesses could be avoided if a means were found to prepare individual macromolecules with crosslinked binding sites with soluble linear polymeric arms. This process has been made possible by controlled free radical polymerization techniques that can form pseudo-living polymers. Modern techniques of controlled free radical polymerization allow the preparation of block copolymers with potentially crosslinkable substituents in specific locations. The inclusion of crosslinkable mers proximate to the binding complex in the core of a star polymer allows the formation of molecularly imprinted macromolecules that are soluble and processable. Due to the much shorter distance for diffusion, the polymers exhibit rapid responses. This paper reviews the methods that have been employed for the trace determination of organophosphates in real world samples using MIPs. Case Report: A 37-year-old man with Grave’s disease presented to our institution, with symptoms of confused mentality, visual hallucinations, headache, and fever. A hyperintense signal on T2-weighted images, a hypointense signal on T1-weighted images, and a non-enhancing lesion in the splenium of corpus callosum on initial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) disappeared on follow-up MRI, which was compatible with the criteria of MERS. Conclusion: Although MRI images in autoimmune thyroid disease have usually been unremarkable, we report a case of MERS in SREAT.
