The molecular mechanisms regulating emerging coronavirus pathogenesis are complex and include virus–host interactions associated with entry, replication, egress and innate immune control. Epigenetics research investigates the genetic and non-genetic factors that regulate phenotypic variation, usually caused by external and environmental factors that alter host expression patterns and performance without any change in the underlying genotype. Epigenetic modifications, such as histone modifications, DNA methylation, chromatin remodeling, and non-coding RNAs, function as important regulators that remodel host chromatin, altering host expression patterns and networks in a highly flexible manner. For most of the past two and a half decades, research has focused on the molecular mechanisms by which RNA viruses antagonize the signaling and sensing components that regulate induction of the host innate immune and antiviral defense programs upon infection. More recently, a growing body of evidence supports the hypothesis that viruses, even lytic RNA viruses that replicate in the cytoplasm, have developed intricate, highly evolved, and well-coordinated processes that are designed to regulate the host epigenome, and control host innate immune antiviral defense processes, thereby promoting robust virus replication and pathogenesis. In this article, we discuss the strategies that are used to evaluate the mechanisms by which viruses regulate the host epigenome, especially focusing on highly pathogenic respiratory RNA virus infections as a model. By combining measures of epigenome reorganization with RNA and proteomic datasets, we articulate a spatial-temporal data integration approach to identify regulatory genomic clusters and regions that play a crucial role in the host’s innate immune response, thereby defining a new viral antagonism mechanism following emerging coronavirus infection. Rural development ceased to have a purely productivist and economic character and added other dimensions such as environmental, social, political and cultural. Several public policies to support family farming were created, among them Pnater, which broke with the former diffusionist model of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (Ater) and prioritised the rural populations that have always been forgotten by the public power. The present work is a bibliographical review which aims to analyse the advances and the challenges of this new Ater that emerged with Pnater. Los sistemas analizados fueron soya cultivada en suelos con labranza convencional, soya cultivada en suelos con labranza cero (6años); suelos con pastos degradados (10 años de uso) y suelo de bosques. En el sistema de soya cultivada en suelos con labranza convencional severificó una camada de mayor resistencia a la penetración en las profundidades de 10 a 25 cm, representando 3,15 MPa. En el sistema con soyacon labranza cero la camada de mayor resistencia se situó entre 0 y 15 cm, equivaliendo a 3,50 MPa, y en el sistema de pasto degradado la camada se localizó entre 0 y 5 cm de profundidad, con 3,88 MPa de resistencia a la penetración. Bermous Description An account of the resource The urgency of the problems of designing and implementing research programs in modern education is determined by global transformations of the sociocultural and educational spheres around the world, caused by many reasons, but made visible as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. In this situation, education cannot mechanically reproduce existing models and practices of both full-time and distance learning, but should be rethought regarding changing conditions and contexts. The aim of the article is to formulate a categorical and methodological apparatus for analyzing the entire set of humanitarian practices, in statics and dynamics, with the aim of reflectively creating and developing educational systems. The empirical basis of the study was made up of resources and tools for analyzing publication activity on the Dimensions (www.dimensions.ai ) and SciVal (https://www.scival.com/) platforms. The results presented in the article allow solving two interrelated problems: to modernize the scientific activity management system by level of individual universities focused on global competitiveness, and identify key areas of research in the field of education, relevant both from the point of view of the Russian educational situation and from the point of view of global trends.
