A alta dose de fósforo influencia as variáveis AP, NVP, NSP e PROD, entretanto, as doses de fósforo não influenciam as variáveis AIV e PSC.Action biostimulants performance of soybean under two phosphorus fertilizationAbstract: This study aimed to evaluate the action of biostimulants on agronomic characteristics and yield for soybean, in low and high phosphorus level. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with four replications, with three biostimulants and a witness. The characteristics were evaluated for agronomic traits (PH = plant height, HPI = height of first pod insertion; NPP = number of pods per plant, NSP = number of seeds per plant, and WHS = weight of one hundred seeds and PROD = Productivity). Environments with high levels of phosphorus gave higher values of PH (70.3 cm), NPP (138.8), NSP (301.5) and PROD (2868.76 kg ha-1). Regarding the characteristics HPI and WHS, the environment with a high dose of phosphorus, there was no statistical difference between treatments. The best values of PH, NPP and NSP are obtained in treatments T11 and T12, while for PROD at T13 in both treatments highlight the biostimulant, BU-EC. Assim, este estudo avaliou, inicialmente em condições de laboratório, a atividade ovicida e larvicida de extratos aquosos de sete espécies vegetais e de um bioinseticida à base de limonoides (DalNeem®) diante dessa praga. Além disso, também foi avaliada a ação antialimentar dos tratamentos em testes com e sem chance de escolha. DalNeem® e extratos aquosos de pó de fumo (Nicotiana tabacum), de eucalipto (Eucalyptus tereticornis) e de timbó (Ateleia glazioveana) reduziram a viabilidade de ovos, sendo o extrato de pó de fumo o tratamento com maior atividade ovicida. Por sua vez, o extrato de pó de fumo e DalNeem® apresentaram a maior ação larvicida via ingestão. Todos os derivados botânicos testados causaram efeito antialimentar para o curuquerê-da-couve. Em teste no campo, o extrato aquoso de pó de fumo apresentou eficácia similar a um inseticida sintético à base de deltametrina (Decis® 25CE). Utilizaram-se as cultivares Cascadura Ikeda e Cascadura Itaipu e os tratamentos à base de Agrobio, diluído a 5% em água destilada, previamente submetido aos seguintes preparos: original; autoclavado (120ºC/20 min); filtrado em millipore (0,22 mm de diâmetro) e a fração retida no filtro millipore após a filtragem do produto, e dois modos de aplicação (foliar e no substrato) e, como testemunhas oxitetraciclina + sulfato de estreptomicina (0,8 g L-1), oxicloreto de cobre (2,4 g L-1) e água. O Agrobio original e filtrado em aplicação foliar, em geral, proporcionaram melhor controle da doença e maior desenvolvimento das mudas que o Agrobio autoclavado ou a sua fração retida em aplicação via substrato. O controle da doença pelo Agrobio, foi inferior ao proporcionado pelos produtos comerciais à base de oxicloreto de cobre e de oxitetraciclina + sulfato de estreptomicina, porém foi estatisticamente superior à testemunha água. O Agrobio favoreceu, porém, o desenvolvimento vegetativo das mudas, o aumento da área foliar, a maior retenção das folhas infectadas e a população de Bacillus spp.The Agrobio biofertilizer is prepared from fresh cattle manure, water, molasses and minerals in open containers. This product has been widely used by organic and conventional farmers of the Rio de Janeiro State to control several plant pathogens. This research aimed to elucidate and quantify some of the aspects related to the beneficial effect of Agrobio on bell pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) transplants under greenhouse conditions. Two cultivars, 'Cascadura Ikeda' and 'Cascadura Itaipu' were used. Four Agrobio treatments, all diluted 5% (v/v) in distilled water were used. They consisted of: (a) raw; (b) autoclaved (120ºC/20 min); (c) filtered in millipore (0,22 µ diameter) and (d) the fraction retained on the millipore. They were applied as foliage sprays or directly on the substrate. As control treatments, oxytetracicline + streptomycin sulphate (0.8 g L-1), copper oxichloride (2.4 g L-1) and water were used. Raw of filtered Agrobio, as a foliage spray, resulted in better control of the disease and higher growth of the transplants, compared to autoclaved and fraction retained of the Agrobio and substrate sprays. All Agrobio treatments resulted in a less satisfactory disease control when compared to the commercial products, copper oxichloride and oxitetracicline + streptomycin sulphate, but more, effective than water. Agrobio stimulated the vegetative growth of the transplants, reduced the incidence of bacterial spot, increased the leaf area and promoted a better retention of infected leaves and the Bacillus spp. population. With social distancing, telemedicine may become the preferred communication channel between caregivers and patients. Implications for cerebral palsy (CP) children are that this will pose a challenge within this transformation. CP, as a discreet entity, is not considered a risk factor. However, specific comorbidities in individuals with CP, such as chronic lung disease, are known as COVID-19 risk factors. The overall risk for the CP population is probably a factor of age and comorbidities. Staying at home for CP children is both a challenge and an opportunity. Escalation of behavioral conflicts or improved participation and equality within the household may emerge. Interestingly, restricted mobility for the general population narrows existing gaps of ambulation. Telemedicine is the primary way of providing services for chronic conditions during the pandemic and is expected to expand beyond pre-Coronavirus era use. The advantages of telemedicine vary, more so during pandemic times, according to severity, restrictions, and availably of telemedicine. A multidisciplinary therapeutic presence is more accessible with telemedicine, bringing together various specialties and approaches to the child's natural environment. Accessible, continuous care is expected to lower comorbidities, as demonstrated for other chronic conditions. Enhanced monitoring is crucial for younger children as devastating complications, such as hip dysplasia, could be minimized. Last but not least, we will discuss digital health care as an accelerator for participatory medicine, including networked patients and families, as responsible drivers of their health as full partners. Especially driven by the demand of tele-medical treatment and tele-rehabilitation therapy, it is vital for the elderly to integrate into virtual communities by combining social virtual reality (VR) with different medical services and entertainment needs. In addition, affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, it is more difficult for people to have face-to-face contacts. With more remote consultation, entertainment and virtual social connectivity, the application of social VR is more urgent and valuable. However, there is little discussion on the acceptability and influencing factors of social VR among the elderly at present. Therefore, in order to get further data, we used (1) early stage semi-structured interviews and then (2) Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) questionnaires for investigation. One hundred fourteen elderly people aged 60–89 living in the metropolitan area of Taipei were taken as the subjects. To help them understand the situation and state of using social VR, these elderly people were asked to use a head-mounted display (HMD) to experience social VR games. The preliminary results showed that the elderly had obvious preference for entertainment (32.4%) and medical treatment (31.3%). The interview showed that this was related to the physiological condition or medical needs of the age range. In order to further understand how social VR would affect the social life of the elderly, we proposed the further demand structure of UTAUT Model based on the interview of both experts and the elderly. The model structures include (1) Performance Expectancy, (2) Perceived Enjoyment, (3) Social Influence, (4) User Attitude, (5) Behavioral Intention, and so on. These structures were applied to conduct interviews and questionnaires to find out the influence extent and relevance of the elderly on different structural needs, and suggestions were given accordingly. The results of the above interviews showed that (1) the elderly thought that the functions of entertaining and interacting of social VR could increase their social opportunities, and also meet medical needs (teleconference, cognitive decline, etc.), (2) the closeness of social relations (between family members, friends, doctors, and places), and also affect the relevance of Perceived Enjoyment (β = 0.77, p = 0.000 < 0.05). The results of these phenomena and interviews showed the interplay between the demand structures and their special relevance. They also indicated that as to social VR technologies, various demands and functional issues of the elderly need to be considered, and these demands would appear in the subtle usage, and different social VR interfaces and functions would emerge based on their special living ways and physical and psychological demands.
