                <text>En las últimas décadas el calentamiento global ha intensificado incendios que destruyeron enormes áreas boscosas en diversas partes del mundo. La Argentina no ha quedado exenta de esta problemática y el Chaco mucho menos. Por tanto, el presente artículo intenta dar una mirada geográfica a la temática de los incendios forestales producidos en nueve departamentos del este de esta provincia durante el período comprendido entre los años 2015 y 2020. A través del análisis estadístico y la georreferenciación de información de diferentes fuentes, el trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar los focos de incendio que se han registrado en el área de estudio antes descrita y en ese lapso de tiempo, y caracterizar la actual gestión provincial en materia de riesgos de incendios. La producción de cartografía se realizó a partir de la utilización de Qgis. La región analizada sufrió en 2020 una gran cantidad de focos ígneos en áreas rurales que afectaron a poco más de 60 000 hectáreas, destruyendo pastizales, bosques nativos e implantados y, en consecuencia, deteriorando los suelos, la fauna silvestre, y perjudicando también la cobertura de rastrojos y a la hacienda.</text>

                <text>The Covid-19 pandemic forced many campuses around the world to close. In Indonesia, the closure of the campus began in mid-March 2020. The closure of the campus for a long time will harm students. To prevent this, the Indonesian government encourages campuses to hold online lectures or E-Learning. One of the campuses implementing E-Learning is STIE Ekuitas Bandung. The change from traditional lectures to E-Learning is not as easy as the theory. There are technological limitations, especially connections that cause students to have problems when forced to attend college in the form of video streaming. Besides, the economic recession caused by the pandemic is also another obstacle. On the other hand, most lecturers do not know how to give lectures effectively via the web, because they cannot get feedback from students. One solution we propose in this paper is to revive group discussions on school E-Learning sites. Using the student's Prior knowledge about E-Learning as a parameter, we conclude that the learning design provided in e-learning has to be slower compared to face-to-face learning with the aim that respondents have time to read, understand and finally understand with their efforts.</text>

                <text>Passiflora edulis Flavicarpa, Passiflora edulis Sims, and Passiflora ligularis Juss are Colombian fruits (passion fruits) of important exportation value. They act efficiently as antioxidants, antifungal, and antimicrobial compounds due to their high polyphenol content. Polyphenols can be quantified by the Folin-Ciocalteu (F-C) reaction. Food matrices, solvent polarity, and several different reacting conditions are critical for the optimum extraction and quantification of polyphenols. Chromatographic identification and quantitation are satisfactory with access to a vast number of reference standards considering the availability of abundant phenolic compounds in crude extracts. The purpose of this study was to evaluate alternatives and specific F-C reacting conditions aiming at determining the highest total phenolic content (TPC) in three Colombian Passifloras. Among optimum reacting conditions, reduced reaction time and diluted alkali conditions yielded desirable positive results highlighting lower working time and minimum reagent waste production. For higher extraction yield, acetone 70% was the best solvent to capture more phenolics from the seedless pulp of these Colombian passion fruits.</text>

                <text>El impacto de la globalización y la llamada sociedad de la información ponen en cuestión los parámetros tradicionales sobre los cuales hemos definido el aprendizaje: dónde se produce, con quién, cómo y para qué. Uno de los ejes sobre los que distintos estudios parecen estar de acuerdo es el carácter situado y distribuido que tienen los aprendizajes, y con ello la necesidad de establecer continuidades educativas entre las distintas experiencias de aprendizaje tanto dentro como fuera de la escuela. En este contexto, proponemos una relación teórico-metodológica entre los fondos de conocimiento e identidad y la historia oral para: a) producir una continuidad, en el proceso educativo, a través de elementos socioculturales de alto significado para el alumnado de educación básica; b) replantear la enseñanza como una actividad fundamentada en la interactividad sociocultural desde la misma formación inicial del profesorado. El trabajo deriva del primer ciclo de una investigación basada en el diseño desarrollada en una escuela normal en México con profesorado en formación. Las conclusiones preliminares apuntan a la posibilidad de establecer un proceso de formación inicial centrado en el desarrollo de continuidades educativas durante las experiencias de acercamiento a la práctica docente. Este ejercicio ha ayudado a ajustar la estrategia de investigación sobre lo que se ha denominado didáctica cultural inclusiva.</text>

                <text>The Enteral Nutrition Therapy (ENT) has been widely used in hospital and home care assistance. However, research works are needed to make this technique more efficient and cheaper. Objective: Evaluate the nutritional quality of handmade enteral diets used in a charity hospital in the Jequitinhonha Valley, Brazil, and propose qualitative and quantitative adjustments, when necessary, and compare the data available in tables of chemical composition of foods with the data achieved by laboratory analyses. Materials and methods: The study was carried out in partnership with a charity organization of the region and the Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, where the collection of the handmade enteral diets was performed. The analyses of the physical-chemical and centesimal composition of 36 samples of diets were carried out in the laboratories of the university. Results: It was observed that the daily energy offer of the diets was below the recommended standards and presented a percentage distribution different from that estimated for patients receiving ENT. Besides, it can be seen that the nutrient values of the data achieved in laboratory do not agree with those available in tables of food chemical composition. Conclusions: Significant losses of nutrients were verified during the processing and preparation of handmade enteral diets. It challenges nutritionists to standardize these diets and corroborates the relevance of new studies to determine the nutritional content of handmade enteral diets, since these diets have been widely used in poor regions of Brazil and in other countries.La terapia de nutrición enteral (TNE) se ha utilizado ampliamente en la asistencia hospitalaria y domiciliaria. Sin embargo, se necesitan trabajos de investigación para hacer que esta técnica sea más eficiente y barata. Objetivo: Evaluar la calidad nutricional de dietas enterales elaboradas de forma casera en un hospital de caridad del valle de Jequitinhonha, Brasil, y proponer ajustes cualitativos y cuantitativos, cuando sean necesarios, y comparar los datos disponibles en las tablas de la composición química de los alimentos con los datos obtenidos en los análisis de laboratorio. Materiales y métodos: El estudio se realizó en colaboración con la organización de caridad de la región y la Universidad Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, donde se realizó la recogida de las ditas enterales caseras. Los análisis de la composición fisicoquímica y centesimal de las 36 muestras de las dietas se realizaron en los laboratorios de la universidad. Resultados: Se observó que la oferta energética diaria de las dietas estaba por debajo de las recomendaciones estándar y presentaba un porcentaje de distribución diferente de la estimada para pacientes que reciben TNE. Además, se pudo ver que los valores nutricionales de los datos obtenidos en el laboratorio no concordaban con los disponibles en las tablas de composición química de los alimentos. Conclusiones: Se comprobó una pérdida significativa de nutrientes durante el procesamiento y preparación de las dietas enterales realizadas caseramente. Supone un reto para los nutricionistas para estandarizar estas dietas y corroborar la relevancia de nuevos estudios para determinar el contenido nutricional de las dietas enterales de realización casera, puesto que estas dietas se han empleado ampliamente en regiones pobres de Brasil y otros países.</text>

                <text>Objective. To know the differences in food availability according to food insecurity level among the Mexican households. Materials and methods. We analyzed the database of the National Survey of Household’s Incomes and Expenditures (n=27 445 households). Households were classified according to the Latin American and Caribbean Inventory of Food Security. The availability of each food group was estimated as grams per day per equivalent adult. Results. 50.0% of Mexican households experienced some degree of food insecurity. Among households with food insecurity there was high availability of corn, wheat, egg, and sugars; but there was low availability of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat, poultry, seafood, milk, cheeses, and sweetened beverages. Conclusion. Although in households with food insecurity there is lower availability of most food groups (both with high nutrient density and with high energy density); they have higher availability of cheap foods, which in some cases are only source of energy but do not provide nutrients.</text>
