As education shapes the thinking of the next generation of researchers, its conceptual framework, analytical tools and the way in which these interact with their natural surroundings, will significantly impact scientific studies, policies and decision making. The objective of this article is to analyze how graduate programs in Chile related to ecology and natural resource management are integrating socio-ecological aspects in their courses of conservation biology. Additionally, we present our perspectives about the processes, benefits and challenges that arise with participation in programs with interdisciplinary emphases. In Chile, we reviewed 22 graduate programs (nine doctoral and thirteen master’s) related to themes of ecology and natural resource management and certified by the National Accreditation Commission as of October 2008. Of them, 64 % had a course in Conservation Biology. In spite of some integration of socio-economic aspects in the contents of these courses, the educational perspective of these continues to be within a utilitarian paradigm, which contrasts from broader approaches encompassed within environmental philosophy. We propose that it is necessary to change the teaching paradigm of conservation biology in Chile, such that it addresses social and ecological aspects that transcend utilitarian and instrumental values, incorporating the human being within ecosystems and the non-equilibrium ecosystem model. To integrate the socio-ecological perspective in conservation courses, we propose the inclusion of four educational components: (a) biocultural approach, (b) interdisciplinarity, (c) multi-directional communication and participation, and (d) field experiences and direct encounters with nature and the local communities.</text>

<text>One of the key tasks of the current government is to develop the regions and strengthen their economic potential. One of the most important factors of economic growth is investment. For Ukraine, which is in a crisis pit, the issue of attracting foreign investments is especially important and relevant, as they have a significant impact on the economic development of the country. At the same time, the largest degradation in Ukraine today is investment activity, which is also due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Deterioration of the investment climate, the possibilities of budgets at all levels, the decline in business activity of economic entities have led to a difficult state of the investment sphere. The article analyzes the investment attractiveness of the regions of Ukraine. A special role is focused on the factors (positive and negative) that affect the formation of the investment climate of the regions: positive - geographical location, labor resources; negative - unfavorable climate and corruption. One of the indicators that reflects the stable economic development of certain sectors of the economy, as well as the country's economy as a whole is the investment potential of the regions. The investment and foreign economic policy of Ivano-Frankivsk UТС is analyzed, which is aimed at improving the image at the regional and international levels, promoting a significant increase in domestic and foreign investment in economic development, the implementation of active information and promotional activities. </text>

For this reason, the present work had as objectives to develop and characterize a formulation prototype based on P. fluorescens PS006, stable under storage conditions. Initially the active ingredient was characterize and compatible formulation auxiliaries, were selected evaluating the stability of its mixture with three solid diluents at two different moistures (10% and 20 %) during three months of storage at temperatures of 8, 18 and 28 ± 2 °C. The active ingredient showed in vitro biocontrol activity over four phytopathogens and temperature and humidity affected its stability during storage. Stability of the most stable formulation prototypes in terms of viability and biocontrol activity was evaluated in presence and absence of oxygen and membrane protectors. Support S1 with 20% of moisture mixed with the active ingredient without addition of membrane protectors and stored in presence of oxygen, was selected as the most stable treatment during six months of storage at three temperatures, with viability losses lower than 5%.</text>
