Related measures, such as limits on social gatherings, business closures, or lockdowns, are expected to considerably reduce the individual opportunities to move outside the home. As physical activity (PA) and sport participation significantly contribute to health, this study has two objectives. The objectives of this study are to assess changes in PA and well-being since the coronavirus outbreak in affected countries. Additionally, we will evaluate the impact of digital home-based exercise programs on PA as well as physical and mental health outcomes.Method: A multinational network trial will be conducted with three planned phases (A, B, and C). Part A consists of administering a structured survey. It investigates changes in PA levels and health during the coronavirus outbreak and measures the preferences of the participants regarding online training programs. Part B is a two-armed randomized-controlled trial. Participants assigned to the intervention group (IG) will complete a digital 4-week home exercise training (live streaming via internet) guided by the survey results on content and time of program. The control group (CG) will not receive the program. Part C is 4-week access of both CG and IG to a digital archive of pre-recorded workouts from Part B. Similar to Part A, questionnaires will be used in both Part B and C to estimate the effects of exercise on measures of mental and physical health.Results and Discussion: The ASAP project will provide valuable insights into the importance of PA during a global pandemic. Our initial survey is the first to determine how governmental confinement measures impact bodily and mental well-being. Based on the results, the intervention studies will be unique to address health problems potentially arising from losses in PA. If proven effective, the newly developed telehealth programs could become a significant and easy-to-distribute factor in combating PA decreases. The objective of this paper is to start from the political ecology and the philosophy of the liberation, to present a critique to the Agreements of Climatic Change in Paris 2015, given the little or null effectiveness of the environmental policies that are proposed. For this purpose, a critical theoretical essay was carried out on the current capitalist model and its conflicts regarding sustainable development. The methodology used is a critical test to the productiontechnology contradiction that capitalism poses to civilization and humanity. The results indicate that there are conflicts between the environmental policies specified in said signed climate change agreement, based on their effectiveness for humanity and nature, such as an expanded reproduction of capital vs. life.O objetivo deste trabalho é partir da ecologia política e da filosofia da libertação, apresentar uma crítica aos Acordos de Mudança Climática em Paris 2015, dada a pouca ou nula eficácia das políticas ambientais propostas. En este sentido, los acuerdos comerciales, de inmigración, de seguridad y de empleo entre los estados del centro, las semiperiferias y los estados de la periferia encarnan la misma esencia antagonista del capitalismo: la tendencia a la acumulación incesante de capital y la caída del excedente ecológico. En este artículo exploramos que si, por un lado, los acuerdos estipulados entre los estados del centro, las semiperiferias y los estados de la periferia representan una forma de apropiarse del 'trabajo' barato y gratuito de naturalezas humanas y extrahumanas para ponerlos al servicio del proceso de acumulación capitalista, estos acuerdos, por su propia construcción y sus dinámicas de negociación, aceleran, por otro lado, la caída del excedente ecológico, lo que se hace visible en el aumento de los precios de los bienes primarios a través del continuo agotamiento de las naturalezas humanas y extrahumanas no capitalizadas o infracapitalizadas. El texto, además de introducción y conclusiones, consta de tres apartados. Foram amostradas 18 áreas agrícolas, com adição anual de esterco por pelo menos dois anos e, como controle, quatro áreas sob pastagem não adubadas, coletando-se amostras de solo das camadas de 0-20, 20-40 e 40-60 cm, que foram analisadas quanto à granulometria, densidade do solo, pH, C, N e P totais, bases trocáveis, P extraível por água e por Mehlich-1. Amostras de esterco utilizadas em nove áreas também foram analisadas. A aplicação de esterco resultou em acumulações médias ao redor de 20 Mg ha-1 de C, 2 Mg ha-1 de N total e Ca, e de 0,5 a 1 Mg ha-1 de P total, K e Mg (0-60 cm). Acumulações de P solúvel em água e bases trocáveis na camada de 40-60 cm, em relação às testemunhas, indicam grande potencial de perda desses nutrientes.The objective of this work was to quantify changes on carbon and nutrient contents in soils under continuous manure additions. Eighteen cropped fields that had received annual additions of manure for at least two years and four fields under pasture with no history of manure addition were sampled to assess if this practice results in the accumulation or losses of added nutrients. Soils samples from the 0-20, 20-40 and 40-60 cm layers were taken from each field, and analyzed with regard to their physical (particle size and soil density) and chemical (pH, total C, N and P, extractable P by Mehlich-1 and water, and exchangeable cations) properties. Manure samples used in nine fields were also analyzed for chemical composition. Manure additions resulted in a build up of nutrient stocks near to 20 Mg ha-1 of C, 2 Mg ha-1 of N and Ca, and 0.5 to 1 Mg ha-1 of P, K and Mg (0-60 cm). Water-soluble P concentrations of 7 mg kg-1 in the 40-60 cm layer indicated losses of this nutrient, the less mobile in soils. Accumulation of exchangeable cations in the 0-60 cm layer, in comparison with control areas, indicates an even greater potential for losses of these nutrients. Por lo tanto, se observa una creciente escasez de agua, en cantidad y calidad, generando competencia y conflictos entre los actores involucrados. La globalización y un clima político neoliberal facilitan que actores poderosos acumulen derechos y volúmenes de agua a expensas de usuarios de menor poder. Este documento tiene por objetivo examinar el contexto nacional poniendo atención especial en la acumulación en casos ejemplares de la costa peruana.
