                <text>O objetivo geral foi apresentar a relação entre os Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS’s), o Desenvolvimento Alternativo e a Agroindústria familiar rural de polpa de fruta Fonte de Sabor como fruto da união de mulheres agricultoras familiares do Assentamento São João II que localiza-se no espaço rural de Pombal, território do Médio Piranhas, estado da Paraíba, Brasil. A estrutura conceitual pauta-se: na organização, produção e comercialização coletiva de alimentos; na teoria do desenvolvimento alternativo; no desenvolvimento rural; na sustentabilidade; e, no Sistema de Indicadores do Desenvolvimento Alternativo e Sustentável para a Agricultura Familiar – DASAF. A metodologia seguiu a lógica analítico-descritiva e os procedimentos adotados foram: pesquisa bibliográfica, rodas de conversas com as mulheres, articuladores institucionais que são os representantes do SEBRAE, EMATER, Incubadora IACOC/UFCG e discentes do CCTA/UFCG e, aplicação das variáveis que compõem a dimensão “modo de organização” do Sistema de Indicadores DASAF. Como resultado, constatou que na agroindústria Fonte do Sabor, que conta com o acompanhamento de articuladores institucionais, há a prevalência de mulheres na produção e comercialização de alimentos, da mesma maneira que o modo de organização “associativo” prevalece em comparação com o “cooperativo” e, que os apoios institucionais se destacam tanto na orientação dos extensionistas da EMATER, incentivando o plantio sem agrotóxico de frutíferas, quanto na contribuição da aquisição de equipamentos, e também na capacitação que aborde as boas práticas de fabricação, bem como, nas orientações para adoção de práticas ambientais sustentáveis.</text>

                <text>El debate sobre los mercados de trabajo rural ha abordado con amplitud las condiciones de la oferta y la demanda de fuerza de trabajo, de la segmentación y la exclusión de los grupos étnicos y de las mujeres en el campo. No obstante, poco se ha estudiado la relación entre la pobreza, las capacidades y la construcción de alternativas. En este artículo se explora esa relación por medio del Desarrollo Rural Territorial, de la apropiación de valor que se lleva a cabo a partir de las actividades agroindustriales rurales y de la construcción de Sistemas Agroalimentarios Localizados. A partir de la observación de algunos casos, se concluye que en las capacidades juegan un papel fundamental en la apropiación de valor, pero a condición de estar unidas al capital social, la gobernanza y la construcción de instituciones.</text>

Nesse aspecto, a agroindustrialização surge como uma oportunidade para agregar valor aos produtos oriundos da agricultura familiar e, posteriormente, na geração de renda dessas famílias. O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar a produção e processamento de palmito trabalhado no Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável - PDS Bonal, localizado no Município de Senador Guiomard-AC. A metodologia utilizada baseia-se no levantamento e análise de indicadores de avaliação econômica. Os resultados indicam que houve uma redução expressiva na produção e processamento do palmito, em particular pela ausência de inovações, implicando em prejuízos para a comunidade.</text>

Si bien su estrategia básica fue la autosuficiencia familiar a través de pequeñas explotaciones agrícolas, desde principios del siglo XX implementaron la industrialización de la materia prima o de productos primarios que tenían disponibles en su propia chacra. En esta investigación se presentan estudios de caso que analizan el carácter diversificado de las estrategias de estos colonos y se describe el proceso de elaboración de las fábricas de ladrillo y almidón de mandioca.</text>

                <text>Este artigo aborda a agroindústria familiar rural como um dos esteios de sustentação e fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, trazendo à tona o tema legalização das agroindústrias. No Rio Grande do Sul, sancionou-se o Decreto nº 49.341/2012, criando o Programa Estadual da Agroindústria Familiar – PEAF, que tem como um de seus objetivos gerais legalizar as agroindústrias familiares. Nesse contexto, questiona-se: que vantagens e/ou desvantagens tem o agricultor familiar com a legalização de sua agroindústria? Para elucidar essa questão, objetivou-se analisar, a partir da percepção dos gestores, a realidade pós-legalização das agroindústrias familiares rurais do setor de derivados de farináceos (panificados e massas) no Conselho Regional de Desenvolvimento – COREDE Fronteira Noroeste. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória, fazendo uso de um questionário e de uma entrevista semiestruturada para coletar os dados em uma amostra de 18 agroindústrias de derivados de farináceos. Entre os resultados alcançados, destacam-se a possibilidade de comercializar produtos via políticas públicas, como o Programa Nacional da Alimentação Escolar – PNAE e o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos – PAA, o aumento da clientela e, também, do volume de produtos comercializados, como as principais vantagens da legalização das agroindústrias; e o pagamento de taxas e impostos, como principal desvantagem. Além disso, revelou-se, também, a dificuldade de os gestores realizarem todo o processo inerente à legalização das agroindústrias. Por fim, ressalta-se a importante contribuição das agroindústrias – inseridas no âmbito da agricultura familiar – para o atendimento da demanda por alimentos, para uma melhor e mais equilibrada distribuição de renda, reduzindo a pobreza, para a geração de empregos e, consequente, permanência desses trabalhadores no meio rural, além de contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade de vida da família, bem como para o desenvolvimento local e regional.</text>

                <text>As agroindústrias rurais familiares (ARFs) têm se tornado uma importante estratégia de reprodução socioeconômica na agricultura familiar. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar – em um caso específico - a importância dos processos de agroindustrialização nas propriedades rurais que transformam parcialmente/totalmente a matéria-prima, buscando responder: qual é a importância dos processos de agroindustrialização nas propriedades rurais? Como as ARFs promovem a reprodução socioeconômica da unidade familiar? A revisão bibliográfica parte das discussões em torno da reprodução socioeconômica da agricultura familiar, das ARFs, aqui tidas como uma estratégia de reprodução das famílias e as contribuições que estas trazem ao contexto de desenvolvimento rural. O contexto empírico de pesquisa envolveu os municípios de Santo Augusto e Campo Novo/RS no período de dezembro de 2017. A metodologia consistiu em um estudo de caso com quatro ARFs definidas como agroindústria A (processadora de melado), agroindústria B (de embutidos), agroindústria C (de mandioca) e agroindústria D (de panificados). Os resultados demonstraram que as ARFs surgem como novas práticas de desenvolvimento rural, na medida em que garantem a permanência das famílias no campo, principalmente jovens e mulheres. É utilizada pelos agricultores como uma estratégia de renda complementar, agregação de valor aos produtos e diversificação por meio de atividades pluriativas, na busca por maior qualidade de vida da família. As ARFs também contribuem diretamente com o desenvolvimento socioeconômico local, preservando a cultura e as tradições, uma vez que seus produtos são comercializados no município, como em supermercados, escolas, feiras, entre outros.</text>

Assim, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo descrever as caracter&amp;iacute;sticas que est&amp;atilde;o diferenciando os produtos agroindustriais nos mercados de proximidade, na regi&amp;atilde;o do Corede Jacu&amp;iacute; Centro. O estudo caracterizou-se como explorat&amp;oacute;rio-descritivo, com a coleta de informa&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es secund&amp;aacute;rias e prim&amp;aacute;rias. Foram realizadas 41 entrevistas, com o aux&amp;iacute;lio de um formul&amp;aacute;rio semiestruturado e di&amp;aacute;rios de campo. Utilizou-se de metodologia qualitativa (an&amp;aacute;lise de conte&amp;uacute;do) e quantitativa (m&amp;eacute;dia aritm&amp;eacute;tica simples) para a an&amp;aacute;lise dos dados. A diferencia&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o destaca-se como um conjunto de aspectos pertinentes para entender a consolida&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de mercados para os produtos da agroind&amp;uacute;stria rural familiar. Para os agricultores, as caracter&amp;iacute;sticas que diferenciam seus produtos nos mercados s&amp;atilde;o: o natural, o jeito de fazer, o sabor, o trabalho do agricultor para produzir, o pre&amp;ccedil;o, a certifica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o SIM e a produ&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o ecol&amp;oacute;gica.
