Esta investigación exploratoria emplea la metodología de estudio caso, a través de un análisis descriptivo de estos hechos y sus respectivos componentes. Se concluye mostrando el aporte del Plan Colombia a las comunidades campesinas en estudio, y resaltando la necesidad de contar con el apoyo gubernamental a las iniciativas de los cacaoteros de Pauna y sus organizaciones asociativas para consolidar estos procesos de reconversión productiva. The growing number of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly cars requires a completely new approach to the development of transport infrastructure designed for their operation, maintenance and repair. In this regard, a joint Master’s degree program in dual degree “Electric Cars and Energy Saving Technologies” (EC & EST) has been developed. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were problems with the implementation of this program. Goal. The goal is analysis of problems that have arisen in higher education institutions due to the COVID-19 pandemic on the example of a joint educational Master’s program of dual degree “Electric vehicles and energy-saving technologies” and search for the ways to solve them. Methodology. Analytical and experimental methods of research of the solar charging station for electric cars which is intended for carrying out laboratory works are used. Results. The result is the analysis of the situation that arose in the university in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic on the example of the international educational Master’s program of dual degree EC & EST. It identified a number of problems that prevent the timely implementation of this program. Namely: the implementation of priority tasks related to improving the level of technical English of the research and teaching staff; to retraining and advanced training of scientific and pedagogical staff; to increasing mobility of teachers and students. Most of the planned activities have been postponed indefinitely. However, as part of the EC & EST program, a distance course in the Moodle educational environment has been developed. The paper provides a brief description of this course; description of the complex for laboratory and practical classes on the basis of a solar charging station for electric vehicles, which was developed in the conditions of adaptive quarantine. Laboratory and practical classes have been developed at this complex. Originality. The list of laboratory and practical classes that can be conducted on the developed complex is presented. En nuestro país los huertos orgánicos (organopónicos) continúan representado una alternativa para satisfacer necesidades alimentarías debido a los ciclos cortos de cultivo y el no empleo de sustancias químicas (abonos y fertilizantes). Para corroborar la sanidad de los productos que se derivan de esos huertos se han desarrollado procedimientos de análisis. Muchos de ellos hacen uso de la calcinación de las muestras a analizar como paso previo al ataque con reactivos químicos. Con este modo de proceder el gasto energético es elevado y se corre el riesgo de perder elementos que son volátiles. Como alternativa, en este trabajo se propone un procedimiento analítico que utiliza la sonicación con ultrasonido como método de tratamiento de las muestras. Mediante un diseño completamente anidado se evaluó la precisión, el sesgo y el límite de detección del procedimiento propuesto. Los resultados obtenidos indican que es adecuado para determinar plomo, cadmio, níquel, cobre y manganeso en muestras de espinaca y zanahoria provenientes de organopónicos urbanos. Se demuestra que el monitoreo de las sequías se puede realizar, ya sea de una forma conjunta o independiente mediante un número de índices que dependen fundamentalmente de variables meteorológicas (precipitación y temperatura superficial), hidrológicas (humedad del suelo) y de condición de la vegetación (NDVI y evapotranspiración).  La presente propuesta metodológica considera información de cada una de estas variables, además de una estimación conjunta de precipitación y evapotranspiración. Con lo anterior, el seguimiento de la persistencia de la sequía se puede realizar con cinco índices fundamentales, dándoles una ponderación diferente en función de la importancia espacio-temporal. Estos índices son estandarizados de tal manera que sea fácil su combinación, derivando de ello un índice de persistencia de la sequía (IPS) a través de una integración algebraica ponderada. Se determinó el valor de la ponderación de cada índice en función de la importancia obtenida mediante un análisis de componentes principales. Así, se obtiene un solo mapa para cada período de tiempo considerado que va desde un mes hasta cuatro años (48 meses).  El análisis comparativo con el actual Monitor de Sequías de México (MSM) elaborado por el Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN) indica que el IPS por lo regular se aproxima en una categoría la intensidad de sequía aunque es complejo determinar la precisión del MSM debido a que su metodología contiene apreciaciones no cuantitativas. Los resultados del IPS demuestran su utilidad para los sectores hídrico y agrícola, pero por su flexibilidad, esta metodología puede ser adaptada hacia otros sectores. Debido a su versatilidad también es posible considerar esta metodología para estudios y proyección de escenarios de cambio climático. En el presente trabajo, analizamos el proceso de aprendizaje de la agroecología desde la práctica de la meliponicultura en Santa Lucia, Boaco, donde a partir de una serie de intercambios de campesino a campesino en meliponicultura se ha logrado revitalizar el movimiento agroecológico. Alcanzando en pocos meses 50 nuevas familias meliponicultores, de ellos 25 nuevos productores con prácticas agroecológicas; con 115 cajas y 25 troncos con los cuales están rescatando cinco tipos de abejas nativas. En este proceso los mediadores pedagógicos han sido la actividad con meliponinos, la relación con promotores agroecológico de experiencia, la cultura local, el liderazgo y fortaleza organizativas territoriales. Aun cuando existen diversos tipos de emprendimientos locales, en Yucatán, y dentro de una corriente de consumo conocida como slow food, desde el año 2008 se ha desarrollado un movimiento que agrupa a emprendedores locales que ofrecen de manera directa productos naturales a los que han incorporado, si bien en grados diferenciados, la visión de la sustentabilidad, es decir, productos agroecológicos. Estas iniciativas no pretenden competir en los grandes circuitos productivos sino que han encontrado un nicho de mercado, representado por un tipo de consumidores con un perfil diferente de los consumidores tradicionales, y que se inscriben dentro de la corriente del denominado «consumo responsable». Dentro de este contexto, resulta pertinente indagar acerca de las iniciativas emprendedoras de los productores que participan en el movimiento slow food en Yucatán, con el fin de tener un primer acercamiento a las características que distinguen este tipo particular de emprendimientos. Por lo anterior, el objetivo de este trabajo es describir las características del proceso de creación de empresas, así como identificar los factores clave que estimulan o inhiben las capacidades empresariales de los emprendedores pertenecientes al movimiento slow food en Yucatán. Este sector, que fue motor de la primera agriculturización de la Argentina, había perdido toda representación a partir de la centralidad que tuvo el desarrollo tecnológico desde mediados de los años ‘70. Se analiza el proceso que relegitimó esta categoría socio-política y productiva y se presentan los dispositivos que muestran la consecuente transformación de la acción pública. El paso de una política social y paliativa hacia una políticade sectorización de la agricultura familiar refleja la transformación del referencial de desarrollo rural y las nuevas representaciones del sector agrícola en la Argentina y más ampliamente en el Cono Sur. Así, se reconstituye una representación de la agricultura familiar que identifica y reconoce la dimensión multifuncional de su actividad productiva. Esto conduce a una fragmentación del sector agrícola en dos referenciales: uno centrado en la agricultura familiar y otro centrado en la agricultura empresarial.
