En este estudio, comparamos la participación y visibilidad de las mujeres ecólogas en el IV Congreso Ibérico de Ecología (CIE4) con la Conferencia Anual Suiza en Ecología, Evolución, Sistemática, Biogeografía y Conservación (Biology16) donde se aplicó un método de evaluación ciego. Los hombres presentaron proporcionalmente más contribuciones orales estándar después de la selección en ambos congresos, aunque estas diferencias fueron marginalmente significativas. En el Biology16, el sesgo fue debido a una menor solicitud de contribuciones orales por parte de las mujeres, y en el CIE4 a una menor selección de la contribuciones orales femeninas. En el CIE4, esta mayor presencia masculina en las contribuciones orales fue consistente con una mayor visibilidad de los ecólogos. Al contrario, en el Biology16, la visibilidad femenina fue mayor. Esta diferente visibilidad fue causada por un mayor número de ponencias orales masculinas invitadas en el CIE4, y de ponencias orales invitadas femeninas en el Biology16. La implementación de una evaluación ciega de las contribuciones y de políticas activas que promuevan la participación de las mujeres en las ponencias invitadas puede reducir las diferencias de visibilidad y podría contribuir a medio plazo a la eliminación de los sesgos en la selección de contribuciones orales en los congresos. Foram utilizados seis espaçamentos no plantio do cinamomo e louro-pardo, sendo que a erva-mate foi plantada com duas, três ou quatro mudas entre as plantas de cinamomo e louro-pardo, na linha de plantio. A erva-mate foi avaliada em agosto de 2002 e dezembro de 2003, medindo-se a produção total das parcelas, e na avaliação de junho de 2005 foi realizada a avaliação individual para todas as plantas da parcela. O cinamomo e o louro-pardo foram avaliados apenas uma vez (junho de 2005), medindo-se o diâmetro à altura do peito, altura e diâmetro de copa das plantas. Observou-se que o sombreamento provocado pelo cinamomo reduz a produção de erva-mate. Independentemente da espécie em consórcio, a produtividade de erva-mate cresce com o aumento na sua densidade de plantio, com menor incremento no consórcio com cinamomo. Nas condições do experimento, obtém-se a maior produtividade de erva-mate no consórcio com louro-pardo no espaçamento de 8,5 x 5m entre plantas, com erva-mate na densidade de 941 plantas/ha. Los marsupiales didélfidos presentan un patrón medular uniseriado escaleriforme con un patrón cuticular foliáceo. En los roedores, los cricétidos tienen un patrón medular multiseriado alveolar y un patrón cuticular foliáceo, los chinchílidos un patrón medular reticular con patrón cuticular pétalo diamante tipo D, los cávidos un patrón medular reticular con patrón cuticular ondeado transversal, los abrocómidos un patrón medular listrado con patrón cuticular ondeado oblicuo simple, y los múridos un patrón medular reticular y alveolar con patrón cuticular pétalo diamante (tipo B y C) y foliáceo.
