Se pretende demostrar por qué la Democracia Líquida es exigida por la sustentabilidad necesaria a la eco-política. Las premisas de argumento son: la justicia global y la soberanía ciudadana son exigencias de la sustentabilidad eco-política y, a su vez, la Democracia Líquida es el modelo que por excelencia promueve la justicia y la soberanía. El corolario es que la Democracia Líquida es la modalidad idónea para la consolidar también al eco-desarrollo. El argumento obliga a explicar conceptos medulares: sustentabilidad, uso de recursos, sentido del consumo. Para lo cual se destacan apreciaciones axiológicas de la biosfera: desde la teología hasta la economía. A su vez, el debate sobre el consumismo se enmarca en la sustentabilidad ampliada más allá de los límites de la ecología. Todo lo anterior suma argumentos a favor de la eco-política ejercida con la Democracia Líquida como la mejor instancia para la elaboración de las políticas ambientales.

La vida diaria en nuestra lengua 1 (L1) está plagada de actualidad: las noticias nos rodean, se encuentran en todos nuestros dispositivos. Esa actualidad nos recuerda constantemente el estado del medio ambiente, desde qué podemos hacer para conservarlo, las políticas que se implantan en esta línea o los desastres naturales que no cesan de ocurrir. Este artículo propone integrar esa información en el aula dándole un formato y convirtiéndola en una revista electrónica para trabajarla en la clase de Español como Lengua Extranjera como una unidad de trabajo a través de Flipboard. Esta intervención didáctica busca desarrollar la comprensión escrita de los aprendientes así como ampliar sus conocimientos de la lengua española y cultura hispana al tiempo que se forman como ciudadanos del siglo xxi en la sociedad de la información en la que vivimos.

O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar a produção de serapilheira e o retorno de macronutrientes em três grupos florísticos, ocorrentes na Floresta Ombrófila Mista, localizada na FLONA de São Francisco de Paula, RS. Para isso, utilizou-se três conglomerados permanentes de 1 ha (100 x 100m) cada, onde a vegetação foi previamente classificada, por análise de agrupamento, em três distintos grupos florísticos: GF1 - Floresta Secundária de Encosta; GF2 - Floresta Ombrófila Mista Típica; e GF3 - Floresta de Locais Úmidos. Para a coleta dos dados foram distribuídos, sistematicamente, 16 coletores de serapilheira de 1m² de área, por grupo florístico. O material, recolhido mensalmente durante um ano, foi separado nas seguintes frações: folhas de folhosas, grimpas, galhos, miscelânea e sementes. Para a análise química dos macronutrientes - nitrogênio (N), fósforo (P), potássio (K), cálcio (Ca), magnésio (Mg) e enxofre (S) - contidos na serapilheira depositada, foram considerados os grupos florísticos, as frações e as estações climáticas. A produção anual de serapilheira foi de 8.354,4 kg.ha-1, 7.927,5 kg.ha-1 e 7.017,8 kg.ha-1 nos grupos GF2, GF1 e GF3, respectivamente. Nos grupos GF1 e GF3, a primavera foi a estação que apresentou a maior deposição, seguida pelo verão, inverno e outono. O GF2 apresentou maior deposição no verão, seguido da primavera, outono e inverno. As frações folhas de folhosas e grimpas constituíram no principal componente, respondendo também pelo maior retorno de macronutrientes. O retorno total estimado de macronutrientes foi de 358,57 kg.ha-1.ano-1, 284,25 kg.ha-1.ano-1 e 256,80 kg.ha-1.ano-1 para os grupos GF2, GF3 e GF1, respectivamente. A ordem da transferência dos macronutrientes presentes na serapilheira depositada foi: N>Ca>K>Mg>S>P, para os grupos GF1 e GF2; e Ca>N>K>Mg>S>P, para o GF3.

Este trabajo expone tres formas de justicia básica que deberían ser el centro de los ideales y del trabajo de las escuelas públicas. Estas tres justicias son: la justicia cognitiva, la justicia afectiva y la justicia ecológica. La primera sitúa en el centro del proceso educativo el derecho que todo niño o niña tiene al acceso al conocimiento, un conocimiento poderoso que le permita entender en profundidad el mundo en el que vive y transformarlo. La segunda, la justicia afectiva, apela a que, en un mundo de emociones superficiales, la escuela pública ha de convertirse en un espacio en el que realizar el derecho que todo infante tiene a ser cuidado, amado y protegido. La justicia ecológica, por último, apela al derecho que todo ser humano tiene de resituar su relación con la naturaleza, el mundo vegetal y los animales; un lugar esencial para la supervivencia de nuestra especie y de Gaia misma.

En esta editorial se analiza el concepto de seguridad alimentaria y se desarrollan tres de sus dimensiones (disponibilidad, acceso y utilización). Se destaca que la dimensión de disponibilidad (producción) está en una curva creciente, al tiempo que se plantea la duda sobre el impacto en la salud por los sistemas de producción actual. Esclarece acerca de la situación de inseguridad alimentaria creciente en las dimensiones de acceso (vinculadas fuertemente a las condiciones ) y de utilización (indicadores de epidemia de sobrepeso y obesidad). La ecología política contemporánea ha mostrado un creciente interés por la relación entre los conocimientos locales y la transmisión cultural en diferentes escenarios de crisis. El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en mostrar que los conocimientos locales frente a situaciones de desastre comprenden estrategias cuya reproducción social no es consecuencia ni de la influencia de la tradición, ni de esquemas de adaptación, sino que se transmiten en términos de herencia ecológica y cultural. Por un lado, elaboraremos una crítica al concepto de resiliencia y, por el otro, señalaremos que las perspectivas tipológicas sobre los desastres a nivel de las comunidades no hacen justicia a la capacidad de éstas para hacer frente a eventos catastróficos. Abrevando de la noción antropológica de cultura como práctica, estableceremos un enfoque sobre los conocimientos locales a través de la articulación de la percepción del entorno y la percepción del riesgo. Argumentaremos que la génesis de dichos conocimientos locales se asienta sobre la noción de herencia ecológica y cultural en tanto mecanismo de transferencia intergeneracional. Esta caracterización de las dinámicas de enseñanza-aprendizaje tiene implicaciones no sólo para comprender improntas conservacionistas, sino también para comprender cómo se suscitan procesos de innovación en términos de cambio cultural.

La finalidad del texto gira en torno a la argumentación de la encíclica papal Laudato si’ sobre la situación ambiental global. En este artículo se han utilizado estrategias del análisis del discurso que permiten la comprensión de dicha encíclica desde perspectivas ricouriana y bajtiniana, de algunas dinámicas inherentes al texto y al mensaje que se expresa a través de la intertextualidad y la intratextualidad. La intertextualidad reconoce a los autores que preceden a la elaboración de Laudato si’, y que contribuyen a la exposición del pensamiento socioambiental de nuestro tiempo. El análisis de la intratextualidad acerca al lector a una ruta comprensiva basada en tres términos: cultura del descarte-crisis, ambiental-ecología e integral. Hacia el final del artículo, se analizan aquellas narrativas en las cuales se cruza el lenguaje ambiental y el religioso. El análisis del discurso ha permitido identificar el mensaje de Laudato si’ como un concierto con diferentes voces, algunas veces haciendo armonía y en otras ocasiones con contraposiciones explícitas e implícitas. Es interesante identificar la continuidad de algunas ideas movilizadas por el magisterio de la Iglesia católica y, al mismo tiempo, observar la novedad presente en el discurso del papa Francisco, así como los temas que quedan pendientes. Una limitación del trabajo está dada por la extensión y la diversidad de temas ambientales que discute, puesto que cada aspecto de la crisis ambiental y la forma de hacerle frente, podría abordarse ampliamente tanto desde la construcción dominante del discurso de las instituciones internacionales, como desde una posición más crítica acerca de los intereses que están detrás de los argumentos sobre los cuales se construye la propuesta de la ecología integral.
