In the second instance, it is possible to identify the critical success factors. A list of characteristics related to BPA (Good Agricultural Practices) was made for farmers through an interview. This information was fundamental for the identification of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats presented in the field of agroproduction. For the conclusion of this research, an improvement plan was proposed that would contribute to boost the performance in the agricultural area of the Bolivar canton by establishing measures to solve the problems produced. However, the proper deployment of air filtration has been hampered by an insufficient understanding of its principles. These misconceptions have led to uncertainty about the effectiveness of air filtration at arresting potentially infectious aerosol particles. A correct understanding of how air filtration works is critical for further decision-making regarding its use in managing the spread of COVID-19. The issue is significant because recent evidence has shown that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) can remain airborne longer and travel farther than anticipated earlier in the COVID-19 pandemic, albeit with diminishing concentrations and viability. While SARS-CoV-2 virions are around 60-140 nm in diameter, larger respiratory droplets and air pollution particles (>1 µm) have been found to harbor the virions. Removing particles that could carry SARS-CoV-2 from the air is possible using air filtration, which relies on the natural or mechanical movement of air. Among various types of air filters, high-efficiency particle arrestance (HEPA) filters have been recommended. Other types of filters are less or more effective and, correspondingly, are easier or harder to move air through. The use of masks, respirators, air filtration modules, and other dedicated equipment is an essential intervention in the management of COVID-19 spread. Facing the new changes (development of digital technologies, COVID-19, smart specialization) the search for optimal tools of communication with investors becomes a priority for all key stakeholders of the investment process (business, academia, civil society, local authorities). The aim of the article is to identify effective communication tools for business and develop recommendations for their use in the context of smart specialization. Subject of research: investor relations of large, medium and small companies in the context of smart specialization. The main research methods are systemic (to build a system of investor relations tools) and analytical (to determine the IR tools among the studied companies; to analyze the tools of investor relations by using social media). As a result of the study, it is determined that the promotion of the Ukrainian companies through social networks is inactive (Facebook – 13%, Instagram and Twitter – 4%, YouTube – 5% and LinkedIn – 1%). More than half of the surveyed companies indicate that the most common investor relations tools are news releases and presentations (71.4%), answers to questions (61.1%) and annual reports (52.7%). In this article, smart specialization is considered as a common tool for communication between key stakeholders. It was determined that in the conditions of COVID-19, they used the following tools: online dialogues, online conferences, online sessions, online workshops, online presentations, world cafes, annual lectures, online consultations, webinars (partner webinars). This study set out to explore investor relations tools in the context of smart specialization. In addition, such global tendencies were revealed as: IR boosting startups’ transformation into large companies; increasing both the investors’ interest to the companies and the requirements to corporate transparency promote using of IR tools; investor meetings via online platforms; impact of regional specifics on choosing IR tools of different companies. The results of the investigation show that Ukrainian companies have different IR politics. The main reasons why they use IR tools actively are their own internal requirements to the quality management and the need in external funding. The method used in this research was the quantitative method with the experimental pretest-posttest control group design. This research population was all eleventh-grade students of MAN 1 Kuningan, which consisted of eight classes, five science classes, and three social studies classes. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique. This research sample was class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class (35 students) and XI IPA 3 as the control class (34 students). The data collection techniques employed were observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SPSS v.25 software. The results obtained showed that the highest learning activity was at the data collection stage. There was an improvement in students’ critical thinking skills in the experimental class and the control class. The average N-Gain of the experimental class was 0.69, and the control class was 0.33. The sig statistical test results were 0.000 0.655, meaning that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, there was a significant improvement in students' critical thinking skills between the experimental and control classes. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar las zonas aptas para plantaciones de Eucalyptus grandis, sobre la base de datos climatológicos y de relieve en los escenarios futuros. El trabajo fue desarrollado en la provincia del Espirito Santo (ES-Brasil). Fueron utilizadas las normales de clima obtenidas de estaciones pluviométricas. El balance de agua se calculó por el método de Tornthwaite y Mather. Se estimó la temperatura con base en los datos de latitud y altitud. Se utilizaron los datos SRTM para obtener la altitud y la declividad para las zonas de mecanización agrícola. Para la interpolación de los datos se utilizó el método del inverso del cuadrado de la distancia. Los datos de escenarios futuros se obtuvieron del modelo HADCM3 del IPCC en escenarios A (pesimista) y B (optimista) estimados para los años de 2020, 2050 y 2080. Se estima que las zonas aptas para plantaciones se redujeron en ambos escenarios, llegando a la reducción de 71,7% y 82,5% en el escenario A y B, respectivamente para el año de 2080. El déficit de agua actuó como un factor limitante en la plantación. Deben llevarse a cabo nuevos estudios relacionando la aptitud de la especie en el contexto del cambio climático.The genus Eucalyptus presents a large commercial potential and it is the arboreal species most planted in Brazil. Perspectives of climate change in the future projections of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) indicate that productivity losses may occur in diverse agricultural and forestry crops. The objective of this study was to determine the zones apt for planting of eucalyptus based on relief and climate data for current and future scenarios. The study was developed in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil, and normal climatological data was obtained from rain gauges. The water balance was calculated by the Tornthwaite and Mather methodology. Temperature was estimated using data of latitude and altitude. Data from the SRTM were used to obtain the altitude and zone of agricultural mechanization, based on slopes. For interpolation of the data, the inverse square distance method was used. The future data were estimated by the HADCM3 model of the IPCC in scenarios: A (pessimistic) and B (optimistic) for the years of 2020, 2050 and 2080. It is estimated that the zones suitable for planting are reduced in both scenarios, diminishing by 71.1% and 82% for scenarios A and B, respectively in the year 2080. The water deficit acted as a limiting factor for planting. Due to the complexity of interactions of biotic and abiotic factors, new capability studies should be performed in the context of climate change.
