                <text>O artigo enfoca como as mulheres agricultoras, ao terem acesso a direitos sociais, especialmente à Previdência Social, lidam com a normatização e a regulamentação dos processos de nascimento, envelhecimento e morte. O objetivo é analisar as dificuldades e as estratégias que as mulheres utilizam para cumprirem as exigências legais de comprovação do trabalho na agricultura familiar através de documentos civis e profissionais. A pesquisa foi realizada nos municípios de Santa Cruz da Baixa Verde e Triunfo, situados no Sertão de Pernambuco, Nordeste do Brasil. A ausência de documentos é reveladora dos parâmetros de modernidade instaurados no país e deve ser entendida à luz das intersecções de gênero, classe, raça, etnia e critérios geopolíticos.The article focuses on how peasant and worker women deal with norms and rules about birth, ageing and death, in the process of getting access to social rights, especially to Social Security. The aim is to analyze difficulties and strategies used by women in order to comply with the legal demands of proof of work experience in family farming by way of civil and professional documents. Research was undertaken in the municipalities of Santa Cruz da Baixa Verde and Triunfo, in the Pernambuco Sertão in Northeast Brazil. The absence of documents reveals how parameters of modernity are installed in the nation, understanding them as necessarily related to gender, class, race, ethnicity and geopolitical criteria.</text>

                <text>El artículo propone una interpretación de la teoría del Umwelt formulada por Jacob von Uexküll, en la que se desarrolla la posibilidad de estudiar lo que aquí se denomina la textura imaginal del mundo circundante de los animales, en tanto material que compone sus experiencias perceptuales, afectivas y motrices. Para ello, se defiende un realismo de las imágenes a través de un dialogo entre, por un lado, el esquema sensorio-motor de la biosemiótica, la síntesis entre fisiología y medio de la ecología sensorial, los enfoques Eco evo devo y la teoría neurobiológica del self expuesta por Antonio Damasio; y, por el otro, parte de la filosofía del cine de Gilles Deleuze y de la filosofía de las imágenes de Gilbert Simondon. En este sentido, se plantea la posibilidad de una etología de la imagen-animal que sea capaz de estudiar los pliegues en movimiento de la materia bajo los signos del cine y la biología. Se hace especial énfasis en el problema de la subjetividad zoológica en tanto imagen biológica, a través de una crítica del sujeto animal en Uexküll, de raíces kantianas. Así como Uexküll propuso una imagen musical de la naturaleza que abrió su comprensión para el estudio de la conducta animal, aquí se propone activar otro tipo de potencias estéticas de su pensamiento, en aras a desplegar una imagen cinematográfica de la naturaleza que dé cuenta del estatuto etológico y ontológico de las imagenes-vivas que son los organismos.</text>

Esta situación ha constituido una gran dificultad para los cursos de Física que, en tanto ciencia fáctica, requiere de la práctica experimental para su aprendizaje. Proponemos aquí al vídeo experimental como una alternativa consistente en el análisis de la grabación de un evento. Encontramos esta alternativa particularmente útil para prácticos de mecánica. Se consideran ventajas y desventajas de la propuesta y se plantea un análisis en base a criterios para el aprendizaje en línea. Se ilustra la propuesta con una práctica diseñada para cinemática y se consideran algunos resultados preliminares en las conclusiones.</text>

                <text>BackgroundIn the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, legislations are being modified around the world to allow patients to receive mental health services through telehealth. Unfortunately, there are no large clinical trial available to reliably document the efficacy of delivering videoconferencing psychotherapy (VCP) for people with panic disorder and agoraphobia (PDA) and whether basic psychotherapeutic processes are altered.MethodsThis 2-arm intent-to-treat non-inferiority study reports on a clinical trial on VCP and documents how therapeutic working alliance and motivation toward psychotherapy are associated to treatment outcome. We hypothesized that VCP would not be inferior to standard face-to-face (FF) cognitive behavior therapy for PDA. No specific hypothesis was stated to address working alliance and treatment mechanisms. VCP was compared to a gold-standard psychotherapy treatment for PDA, which was delivered either in person or in videoconference, with a strict tolerance criterion of about 2 points on the primary outcome measure. Seventy one adult patients were recruited. Measures of working alliance were collected after the first, fifth, and last session. Motivation toward therapy at pre-treatment and working alliance after the fifth therapy session were used as predictors of treatment outcome and compared with change in dysfunctional beliefs toward bodily sensations.ResultsPanic disorder, agoraphobia, fear of sensations and depressed mood all showed significant improvements and large effect-sizes from pre to post-treatment. Gains were maintained at follow-up. No significant differences were found between VCP and FF, and effect sizes were trivial for three of the four outcome measures. Non-inferiority tests confirmed that VCP was no less effective than FF therapy on the primary outcome measure and two of the three secondary outcome measures. Working alliance was very strong in VCP and did not statistically differ from FF. Working alliance and motivation did not predict treatment outcome, which was significantly predicted by the reduction in dysfunctional beliefs. The strength of the therapeutic bond was correlated with change in dysfunctional beliefs.ConclusionMental health professionals can use VCP to provide services to patients with PDA. Building and maintaining a sound working alliance should not be a source concern. Practical recommendations are formulated.ISRCTN Trial Registration NumberISRCTN76456442.</text>

                <text>Los videojuegos se han erigido en un universo de gran eficacia para la creación de productos culturales contemporáneos y para el fomento de sinergias entre disciplinas como el arte, el audiovisual, la ciencia o la divulgación. En este artículo se presentan los resultados del Living Lab Planeta Debug, impulsado por un equipo interdisciplinar, cuyo desafío es innovar los procesos de investigación que abordan el reto del cambio climático y la sostenibilidad global a través de los videojuegos y la gamificación. El objetivo de este estudio es demostrar la eficiencia de los innovadores modelos de cocreación científica y artística en el ámbito de los videojuegos para la transferencia de conocimiento y la generación de nuevas narrativas sobre el cambio climático. Para ello, se emplea una metodología que incluye técnicas de observación participante, cuestionarios y focus group. Los resultados del trabajo muestran que los videojuegos representan una herramienta de enorme potencial para experimentar en la imbricación entre arte, ciencia y sostenibilidad a través de la implementación de procesos de cocreación con la finalidad de transmitir conocimientos vinculados al calentamiento global a la ciudadanía a través de nuevas dinámicas, interactivas y lúdicas, más eficientes por su carácter participativo.</text>

                <text>This article discussed Vietnam’s ongoing efforts to decentralize the health system and its fitness to respond to global health crises as presented through the Covid-19 pandemic. We used a general review and expert’s perspective to explore the topic. We found that the healthcare system in Vietnam continued to decentralize from a pyramid to a wheel model. This system shifts away from a stratified technical hierarchy of higher- and lower-level health units (pyramid model) to a system in which quality healthcare is equally expected among all health units (wheel model). This decentralization has delivered more quality healthcare facilities, greater freedom for patients to choose services at any level, a more competitive environment among hospitals to improve quality, and reductions in excess capacity burden at higher levels. It has also enabled the transformation from a patient-based traditional healthcare model into a patient-centered care system. However, this decentralization takes time and requires long-term political, financial commitment, and a working partnership among key stakeholders. This perspective provides Vietnam’s experience of the decentralization of the healthcare system that may be considered as a useful example for other countries to strategically think of and to shape their future system within their own socio-political context.</text>

                <text>Background: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a deadly disease that is affecting most of the countries worldwide. Public understanding, including knowledge about signs and symptoms, mode of transmission, and hygiene of COVID-19, is vital for designing effective control strategies during a public health crisis. The current study is aimed at investigating the public’s perspective about COVID-19, including their knowledge, attitude, and practices. Methods: A rapid online survey comprising 21 items was administered during the rapid outbreak of COVID-19 in Pakistan. Questions were focused on the prevention, transmission, clinical features, and control of COVID-19. In addition, the attitudes and practices of the participants were explored. Descriptive statistics, Mann–Whitney tests, Kruskal–Wallis tests, and regression analysis were carried out during data analysis. Results: A total of 1257 respondents participated in this study. Most of the respondents had good knowledge (good = 64.8%, average = 30.5%, poor = 4.7%) of COVID-19. Gender, marital status, education, and residence were observed to have a significant association with the knowledge score. A vast majority of the survey respondents (77.0%) believed that COVID-19 would be controlled successfully in Pakistan. The practices of wearing a mask (85.8%) and handwashing (88.1%) were common among the participants. Conclusion: The participants demonstrated good knowledge and reasonable attitudes and practices toward most aspects of the COVID-19 outbreak. Improvements in certain areas could be made by mass-level education.</text>

                <text>The world, as we are experiencing it, is in transition because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The crisis has engulfed every aspect of life forcing a re-evaluation of policies, priorities and practices. This viewpoint proposes that community embedded values inherent in some Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) practices could be used in the rebuilding of a post-COVID world. It contends that mere digitalisation of content will not suffice. We need to adopt an approach that considers situated and intergenerational thought and practice. We need to create a world that draws on indigenous knowledge practices and fuses these with the wonders of modern technology and multi-stakeholder interactions. Examples of community projects in Africa and India are used to point to how ESD practitioners could innovate and radically reorient learning environments.</text>
