Keywords were extracted via text mining, and the current perspectives of Koreans concerning tourism that manifest content analysis were investigated. In addition, UCINET 6 was used to visualize related words by conducting centrality analysis, CONCOR (CONvergent CORrelation) analysis, and semantic system network analysis. The analysis showed that Korean tourists have increased their preference for domestic travel, and showed interest in government subsidies. Korean tourists also showed greater interest in eco-trips and gourmet trips. Although this study is limited to Korea, it can be used as a regional strategy. Although our understanding of coronaviruses has undergone a huge leap after two precedents, the effective approaches to treatment and epidemiological control are still lacking. In this article, we present a succinct overview of the epidemiology, clinical features, and molecular characteristics of SARS-CoV-2. We summarize the current epidemiological and clinical data from the initial Wuhan studies, and emphasize several features of SARS-CoV-2, which differentiate it from SARS-CoV and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), such as high variability of disease presentation. We systematize the current clinical trials that have been rapidly initiated after the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas the trials on SARS-CoV-2 genome-based specific vaccines and therapeutic antibodies are currently being tested, this solution is more long-term, as they require thorough testing of their safety. On the other hand, the repurposing of the existing therapeutic agents previously designed for other virus infections and pathologies happens to be the only practical approach as a rapid response measure to the emergent pandemic, as most of these agents have already been tested for their safety. These agents can be divided into two broad categories, those that can directly target the virus replication cycle, and those based on immunotherapy approaches either aimed to boost innate antiviral immune responses or alleviate damage induced by dysregulated inflammatory responses. The initial clinical studies revealed the promising therapeutic potential of several of such drugs, including favipiravir, a broad-spectrum antiviral drug that interferes with the viral replication, and hydroxychloroquine, the repurposed antimalarial drug that interferes with the virus endosomal entry pathway. We speculate that the current pandemic emergency will be a trigger for more systematic drug repurposing design approaches based on big data analysis. Our proposed model offers the abilities to (i) encode the correlations between atoms by a relation-aware self-attention block and (ii) model the interaction of drug representations and target representations by the multi-head attention block. Experimental results of DTI prediction on two benchmark datasets show our approach outperforms existing methods, which are benefit from the correlation information encoded by the relation-aware self-attention block and the interaction information extracted by the multi-head attention block. Moreover, we conduct the experiments on the effects of max relative position length and find out the best max relative position length value $k \in \{3, 5\}$. The  sample in this study consisted of 229 women aged over 17 years old and who have children aged 0 to 24 months in Yogyakarta. The study was based on confirmatory model. Structural equation modeling (SEM) by using AMOS  statistical  program  used  to  test  validity  and  reliability  of  the  instrument,  the goodness of fit model and the relationship hypothesized in the theoretical model proposed. Findings from structural models have proved nearly all the hypothesized relationships. This study reveals that value orientations has a positive effect on ecological knowledge but the effect of value orientations on ecological affect is not supported. Ecological knowledge has a positive effect on ecological affect. Ecological knowledge and internal locus of control has a positive effect on green purchase intention, but the effect of ecological affect on green purchase intentions is not supported. Hesse, Kyeong-Ok Chang Description An account of the resource Abstract Background Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV) is a coronavirus that infects the intestinal tract and causes diarrhea and vomiting in older pigs or extreme dehydration and death that could reach 100% mortality in neonatal piglets. In the US, the first PEDV outbreaks occurred in 2013 and since then US PEDV strains have quickly spread throughout the US and worldwide, causing significant economic and public health concerns. Currently two conditionally approved vaccines exist in the US, but there is no live attenuated vaccine, which is considered the best option in controlling PEDV by inducing transferrable mucosal immunity to susceptible neonatal piglets. In this study, we passaged an US PEDV isolate under various conditions to generate three strains and characterized their growth and antigenicity in cell culture using various assays including Western blot analysis, serum neutralization assay, sequencing analysis and confocal microscopy. Finally, these strains were evaluated for pathogenicity in nursing piglets (1–4 days old). Results One of the PEDV strains generated in this study (designated as PEDV 8aa) is able to replicate in cells without any protease and grows to a high titer of >8 log10 TCID50/ml in cell culture. Interestingly, replication of PEDV 8aa was severely reduced by trypsin and this correlated with the inhibition of virus attachment and entry into the cells. In neonatal nursing piglets, PEDV 8aa (passage number 70 or 105) was found to be fully attenuated with limited virus shedding. Conclusions These results suggest that applying selective pressure during viral passages can facilitate attainment of viral attenuation and that PEDV 8aa warrants further investigation as an attenuated vaccine.
