To study binational basins such as the one of Madre de Dios, brings about many technical and political difficulties. Phylogenetic analysis to determine circulating HRV species was performed on a portion of HRV-positive samples. Categorical characteristics were analysed using Fisher's Exact test. Results HRV was detected in 128 (58.2%) of children, most (72%) of whom were under 2 years of age. Presenting symptoms between the HRV-positive and negative groups were similar. Most illness was managed with ambulatory therapy, but 45 (35%) were hospitalized for treatment and 3 (2%) were admitted to intensive care. There were no in-hospital deaths. All 3 species of HRV were detected with HRV-C being the most common (52%) followed by HRV-A (37%) and HRV-B (11%). Infection with other respiratory viruses occurred in 20/128 (16%) of HRV-positive children and in 26/92 (28%) of HRV-negative samples. The incidence of COVID-19 among children under 18 years was 2.1% based on the reported studies, where the mortality rate in the same age group was 0.2%. No death has been reported in children under 9-years old. There are some articles that report children with COVID-19 having symptoms similar to Kawasaki&rsquo;s disease. In these cases, heart complications were observed. The best markers for diagnosing the severity of the disease in children are the levels of bilirubin and hepatic enzymes. Large number of angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptors on cell surfaces, effective innate immune system, and high level of blood lymphocyte have been reported to be the potent reasons for lower incidence of severe symptoms of COVID-19 among children. Children can very well be the carriers of this virus. Children with severe COVID-19 clinical symptoms, especially those suffering from pneumonia, must be hospitalized similar to adults, while quarantine is required for those having mild symptoms. Antiviral medication (lopinavir, darunavir, favipiravir, remdesivir, ribavirin, oseltamivir, tocilizumab, and umifenovir), ACE inhibitors, interferon-&alpha; 2b, co-therapy with azithromycin, inhaling iNO, and oxygen therapy can be used for treatment. There is no doubt that this outbreak has reflected on various economic indexes - economic downturn, higher unemployment rate or governments obliged to flexibly face the crisis and trying to tackle the situation. Financial market indicators or financial statements forecast either a certain stagnation or even a dramatic slump. A consumer has thus become the centre of attention because they are expected to have already adapted a certain form of financial behaviour. Behavioural economics is linked to specific methods and indicators that need to be used for evaluating consumers’ current financial situation. At the same time, it is important to place emphasis on world globalisation connected with online world and mobile devices. We must admit that mobile consumers are permanently surrounded by social media and customised location modules. Purpose of the article: The purpose of this article is to study the state of financial behaviour in the domestic environment and e-commerce potential under the most severe COVID-19 preventive measures while comparing the findings with other countries. Methods: In the quantitative research, comparing the results and searching for correlations between the domestic research sample and the selected EU countries, USA and Asia and individual financial situation and indebtedness of households. The qualitative part of the research consists of theoretical background and secondary sources. Findings & Value added: Defining financial behaviour will help corporations get adapted to the current situation. The conclusions we have obtained from our findings can be applied across various business segments.
