Real-time polymerase chain reaction is the gold standard for diagnosis and lower respiratory samples are preferred because of high viral load. There is no spesific treatment for MERS-CoV but there are reports showing decreased viral load with ribavirin-interferon combination. With Ms. Excel, the data were analyzed using simple statistics. The results found that there was a total of 688 authors, both individual or collaborative authors from 326 journal publications. The author collaboration rate was 0.561 or 56.1%. It indicates that there were more collaborative articles than written individually. Many forms of publication were research articles compared to literature reviews on the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic. Suboptimal infection control practices have been identified as important risk factors. The objective of this study was to develop and validate a questionnaire to holistically assess the preventive practices of health care workers related to COVID-19 and identify the reasons for shortcomings therein. The development of the questionnaire involved item generation through literature review, focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with health care workers and experts, followed by validation through expert opinion, pilot testing and survey. A cross-sectional survey on 147 healthcare workers was done using an online platform and/or interviews in August 2020 in New Delhi, India. Exploratory factor analysis using principal component extraction with varimax rotation was performed to establish construct validity. Internal consistency of the tool was tested using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The developed questionnaire consists of two sections: Section A contains 29 items rated on a five-point Likert scale to assess preventive practices and Section B contains 27 semi-structured items to assess reasons for suboptimal practices. The first section has good validity (CVR = 0.87, S-CVI/Av = 0.978) and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient = 0.85) CONCLUSIONS: This questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool for holistic assessment of preventive practices and barriers to it among health care workers. It will be useful to identify vulnerable practices and sections in health care settings which would assist policymakers in designing appropriate interventions for infection prevention and control. This paper aims to provide a better understanding of the state of knowledge on urban resilience assessment through mapping the knowledge domain and highlighting emerging trends during different periods. The objects of study were 420 papers published in the Web of Science from 1998 to 2020. Science mapping was done using VOSviewer and CiteSpace, two widely known software tools for bibliometrics analysis and scientometric visualization. The results show that research published on urban resilience assessment was very limited and fragmented until 2009, and the focus has mainly been on risk mitigation and vulnerability assessment. The intellectual base grew between 2010 and 2014, when a paradigm shift from approaches based on robustness and reliability toward more adaptation-oriented approaches occurred. Finally, the annual publication trends have grown rapidly over the past five years and there has been more emphasis on climate change adaptation and flood resilience. Overall, in terms of dimensional focus, more attention has been paid to infrastructural, institutional, and environmental aspects at the expense of social and economic dimensions. The present study was performed to design a tool to assess the facial fitness of the mask based on face dimensions. Methods: A hybrid method is introduced which consists of modeling of a fuzzy system using a neural network, so that with only one-time training of this neuro-fuzzy system, ANFIS, it is possible to easily determine the fit of N95 respiratory mask only by applying the anthropometric dimensions of the face. Six anthropometric dimensions of the face were assigned as the inputs and respiratory mask fitness was assigned as the output of the ANFIS model. Results: The proposed neuro-fuzzy system, ANFIS, is designed in such a way that by specifying the input parameters for each individual, the fitness of the mask to the face can be predicted. Conclusion: According to the results of the probability predicted by the neuro-fuzzy system, using the data of the six dimensions of the face, in about 75 percent of the cases the fitness of the mask to the face of individuals can be predicted accurately; therefore, the designed ANFIS network can be used instead of the fitness test to predict the fitness of the respiratory mask to the face using the anthropometric data of the face of the individuals only when it is not possible to perform the fit testing. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS.  Results: Among 260 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 161 (61.9%) cases were men and 99 (38.1%) were women. The Mean±SD age of the explored patients was 58.78±16.44 years. Besides, 221 (85%) patients were hospitalized in the general ward and 39 (15%) cases in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Hypertension and diabetes were the most prevalent medical histories (comorbidities). Fever, fatigue, cough, anorexia, myalgia, dyspnea, oliguria, taste impairment, and smell deficiency were the most frequent clinical symptoms. Neutrophilia, lymphopenia, low blood glucose level, and increased BUN, ALP, CRP, and ESR were among the critical laboratory findings. Almost 30% of the studied patients presented acidosis in arterial blood gases analysis and 55% had normal blood gasses. Decreased PaO2 was observed in 80% of the investigated patients. Most of the patients had received oxygen therapy, lopinavir, and hydroxychloroquine. Additionally, 11.2% of the patients were under invasive mechanical ventilators. Concerning the lung CT scan, 42.7% of the patients had ≥5 involved lobes. In terms of density, 51.9% of the subjects had mixed opacity. Most lung damages (41.5%) were in the central part of the lungs. In 55.8% of cases, these damages were patchy lesions, and 40% had an air-bronchogram.
