No Rio Grande do Sul, sancionou-se o Decreto nº 49.341/2012, criando o Programa Estadual da Agroindústria Familiar – PEAF, que tem como um de seus objetivos gerais legalizar as agroindústrias familiares. Nesse contexto, questiona-se: que vantagens e/ou desvantagens tem o agricultor familiar com a legalização de sua agroindústria? Para elucidar essa questão, objetivou-se analisar, a partir da percepção dos gestores, a realidade pós-legalização das agroindústrias familiares rurais do setor de derivados de farináceos (panificados e massas) no Conselho Regional de Desenvolvimento – COREDE Fronteira Noroeste. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória, fazendo uso de um questionário e de uma entrevista semiestruturada para coletar os dados em uma amostra de 18 agroindústrias de derivados de farináceos. Entre os resultados alcançados, destacam-se a possibilidade de comercializar produtos via políticas públicas, como o Programa Nacional da Alimentação Escolar – PNAE e o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos – PAA, o aumento da clientela e, também, do volume de produtos comercializados, como as principais vantagens da legalização das agroindústrias; e o pagamento de taxas e impostos, como principal desvantagem. Além disso, revelou-se, também, a dificuldade de os gestores realizarem todo o processo inerente à legalização das agroindústrias. This type of study contributes to the development of the sector, job creation and income increment, which keeps younger generations in the field in the succession of family agribusinesses. In this research work it was noticed that the managers surveyed do not adopt formal management tools such as schedules and worksheets for the division of labor and financial controls, and do informally, without sometimes not realize that adopt some administrative tool. Advantages have been reported in the creation and legalization of agribusinesses process, such as increased employment, product mix and production volumes for marketing, in addition to increased sales, profitability and open up new domestic and foreign markets. Klatt Description An account of the resource Abstract Immunoassays are a standard diagnostic tool that assesses immunity in severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. However, immunoassays do not provide information about contaminating antigens or cross-reactions and might exhibit inaccurately high sensitivity and low specificity. We aimed to gain insight into the serological immune response of SARS-CoV-2 patients by immunoblot analysis. We analyzed serum immunoglobulins IgM, -A, and -G directed against SARS-CoV-2 proteins by immunoblot analysis from 12 infected patients. We determined IgG isotype antibodies by commercially available ELISA and assessed the clinical parameters of inflammation status and kidney and liver injury. Unexpectedly, we found no correlation between the presence of antibodies and the future course of the disease. However, attention should be paid to the parameters CRP, IL-6, and LDH. We found evidence of antibody cross-reactivity, which questions the reliability of results for serum samples that tested negative for anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies when assessed by immunoassays. Nevertheless, for the detection of IgG anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, our data suggest that the use of the spike glycoprotein in immunoassays should be sufficient to identify positive patients. Using a combination of the spike glycoprotein and the open reading frame 8 protein could prove to be the best way of detecting anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM antibodies. O significado da alimentação saudável para as mulheres agricultoras envolve a ideia de que os alimentos devem ser naturais, sem agrotóxicos nem produtos químicos industrializados. Cotidianamente o consumo de frutas, verduras e legumes somado ao básico feijão, arroz e carne deve ser abundante e a composição do prato deve visar à prevenção de obesidade e doenças crônico-degenerativas. O cuidado com os recursos naturais para garantir a produção de alimentos saudáveis, a segurança alimentar, a sustentabilidade do meio ambiente e a vida futura do planeta integram o conceito de alimentação saudável. Entre enero y febrero de 2007, se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad con el apoyo de un itinerario con 11 mujeres y un hombre residentes en comunidad agrícola de Rio Branco do Sul, Sur de Brasil, seleccionados aleatoriamente entre las 20 familias de agricultores ecológicos de este municipio. RESULTADOS: Tres categorías de análisis fueron identificadas: 'tomada de consciencia de la alimentación saludable', 'capacidad de compra' y 'tierra saludable'. El significado de la alimentación saludable para las mujeres agricultoras incluye la idea de que los alimentos deben ser naturales, sin pesticidas y productos químicos industrializados. Cotidianamente el consumo de frutas, verduras y legumbres sumado al básico grano, arroz y carne debe ser abundante y la composición del plato debe buscar la prevención de obesidad y enfermedades crónico-degenerativas. El cuidado con los recursos naturales para garantizar la producción de alimentos saludables, la seguridad alimentaria, la sustentabilidad del medio ambiente y la vida futura del planeta integran el concepto de alimentación saludable. CONCLUSIONES: El conocimiento, la autocrítica y el discernimiento acompañaron las concepciones con relación a la alimentación saludable.OBJECTIVE: To describe ecological farmers' conceptions of healthy eating. METHODS: Study with a qualitative approach. In January and February 2007, supported by a guide, in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 women and one man who were living in an agricultural community in Rio Branco do Sul, Southern Brazil. The interviewees were selected randomly from among the 20 ecological farming families in this municipality. RESULTS: Three analysis categories were identified: 'awareness of healthy eating'; 'purchasing power' and 'healthy land'. The significance of healthy eating for the female farmers involved the idea that foods should be natural, without agricultural pesticides or manufactured chemical products. The daily routine should include abundant consumption of fruits, greens and other vegetables, in addition to the basic rice, beans and meat, and the composition of dishes should aim towards prevention of obesity and chronic-degenerative diseases. Care regarding natural resources in order to ensure production of healthy foods, food safety, environmental sustainability and the future of life on the planet form part of the concept of healthy eating. CONCLUSIONS: Knowledge, self-criticism and discernment accompanied the conceptions of healthy eating. Fundado em outubro de 2012, na Ilha de São Vicente, Ocean Builders é um movimento, ou comunidade cabo-verdiana, que se dedica à proteção ambiental, inclusive de espécies marinhas e, ainda, à sensibilização das pessoas nesse sentido. O componente estético entra como importante elemento nas ações do grupo, uma vez que seus membros e simpatizantes do movimento realizam grafites com mensagens ecológicas, bem como utilizam uma página do facebook para divulgar tanto fotografias de suas ações, como de espécies marinhas e do contexto ambiental da Ilha de São Vicente, de modo mais abrangente. David Leone is Design teacher at Mindelo_Escola Internacional de Arte [Mindelo International Art School] (M_EIA), located at the referred island, and is member of Ocean Builders. Founded in October, 2012, at the Island of São Vicente, Ocean Builder is a cape Verdean movement, or community, dedicated to environmental protection, inclusive of marine species, and also to the sensitization of people in the sense. The aesthetical component figures as an important element in the group actions, since the movements’ members and supporters perform graffiti’s with ecological messages, as well as utilize a Facebook page to divulgate both photographs of its actions, of the marine species and the environmental context of the São Vicente Island, in a more comprehensive way.
