La composición del zooplancton es similar a otros ecosistemas lénticos tropicales de baja altitud y fue registrado un total 32 taxa, de los cuales se destaca el rotífero Keratella por su elevada abundancia durante junio y julio. Rotifera fue el grupo que presentó la mayor riqueza de especies (16) así como una sobresaliente dominancia numérica sobre copépodos y cladóceros, con una abundancia relativa superior al 60%. La densidades promedio del zooplancton fluctuaron de manera significativa (6 a 1525 org l-1), y de forma diferencial entre los brazos del embalse y los sectores de confluencia y presa, que presentaron los menores intervalos (14-208 org l-1 y 6-108 org l-1, respectivamente). En el presente trabajo se incluyen los patrones de comportamiento de la abundancia de los géneros más frecuentes de zooplancton así como de aspectos relacionados con la dinámica poblacional de los copépodos Thermocyclops decipiens y Mesocyclops aspericornis. Se discuten los cambios en la estructura de la comunidad del zooplancton y se mencionan las posibles interacciones y fenómenos de regulación entre los diferentes taxa zooplanctónicos y de estos con el fitoplancton. Finalmente se presenta un catalogo de microfotografías de los organismos registrados. Este trabajo constituye un aporte importante de ecología descriptiva del zooplancton limnético y da pautas para posteriores monitoreos en este embalse. En este artículo se han utilizado estrategias del análisis del discurso que permiten la comprensión de dicha encíclica desde perspectivas ricouriana y bajtiniana, de algunas dinámicas inherentes al texto y al mensaje que se expresa a través de la intertextualidad y la intratextualidad. La intertextualidad reconoce a los autores que preceden a la elaboración de Laudato si’, y que contribuyen a la exposición del pensamiento socioambiental de nuestro tiempo. El análisis de la intratextualidad acerca al lector a una ruta comprensiva basada en tres términos: cultura del descarte-crisis, ambiental-ecología e integral. Hacia el final del artículo, se analizan aquellas narrativas en las cuales se cruza el lenguaje ambiental y el religioso. El análisis del discurso ha permitido identificar el mensaje de Laudato si’ como un concierto con diferentes voces, algunas veces haciendo armonía y en otras ocasiones con contraposiciones explícitas e implícitas. Es interesante identificar la continuidad de algunas ideas movilizadas por el magisterio de la Iglesia católica y, al mismo tiempo, observar la novedad presente en el discurso del papa Francisco, así como los temas que quedan pendientes. Una limitación del trabajo está dada por la extensión y la diversidad de temas ambientales que discute, puesto que cada aspecto de la crisis ambiental y la forma de hacerle frente, podría abordarse ampliamente tanto desde la construcción dominante del discurso de las instituciones internacionales, como desde una posición más crítica acerca de los intereses que están detrás de los argumentos sobre los cuales se construye la propuesta de la ecología integral. El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en mostrar que los conocimientos locales frente a situaciones de desastre comprenden estrategias cuya reproducción social no es consecuencia ni de la influencia de la tradición, ni de esquemas de adaptación, sino que se transmiten en términos de herencia ecológica y cultural. Por un lado, elaboraremos una crítica al concepto de resiliencia y, por el otro, señalaremos que las perspectivas tipológicas sobre los desastres a nivel de las comunidades no hacen justicia a la capacidad de éstas para hacer frente a eventos catastróficos. Abrevando de la noción antropológica de cultura como práctica, estableceremos un enfoque sobre los conocimientos locales a través de la articulación de la percepción del entorno y la percepción del riesgo. Argumentaremos que la génesis de dichos conocimientos locales se asienta sobre la noción de herencia ecológica y cultural en tanto mecanismo de transferencia intergeneracional. Esta caracterización de las dinámicas de enseñanza-aprendizaje tiene implicaciones no sólo para comprender improntas conservacionistas, sino también para comprender cómo se suscitan procesos de innovación en términos de cambio cultural.
