Lymphoma patients need to be distinguished from the general population because of their deficient immune status and intensive anti-tumor treatment. The impacts of cancer subtypes and treatment on COVID-19 infection are unclear.Case Presentation: We here report the case of a primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma patient who was infected with COVID-19 after intensive immunochemotherapy (DA-EPOCH-R). The patient developed a neutropenic fever during chemotherapy, and fever was persistent, although antibiotics were used. Initial chest CT was negative, and the patient received a throat swab test since the second CT showed evidence of pneumonia. With treatment with Arbidol Hydrochloride and LianHuaQingWen capsule, his COVID-19 was cured.Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report focusing on COVID-19 infection in a lymphoma patient undergoing intensive immunochemotherapy. For those patients being treated with immunochemotherapy in epidemic areas, a reduced dose intensity of intensive chemotherapy should be considered, and the effect of immunotherapies such as rituximab on COVID-19 infection should be considered. The impacts of anti-cancer treatment on COVID-19 infection need to be explored further. O objetivo do presente estudo é realizar uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), a partir de artigos e ensaios científicos sobre os impactos do isolamento social no aumento da violência doméstica contra a mulher, no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19, nesse primeiro semestre de 2020. A pesquisa resultou em 10 artigos e ensaios publicados desde o início do ano de 2020, colhidos na base do Google Acadêmico. Evidencia-se que a pandemia, por meio do isolamento social, apenas visibilizou questões pré-existentes como: o aumento da violência contra a mulher, os efeitos da desigualdade social e de direitos entre os gêneros. As mulheres estão ainda mais sobrecarregadas, pois trabalham no cuidado doméstico, no cuidado dos filhos, maridos, companheiros, família e comunidade, sendo também maioria na linha de frente no sistema de saúde. As mais atingidas são mulheres pobres, negras, pardas e com deficiência. Além disso, as pesquisadoras são prejudicadas em relação a sua produção acadêmica. This work is the result of interdisciplinary research developed between 2015 and 2016, whose objective was to advise the organization of support to family agriculture in the region based on the characterization of affected communities. Data were collected through interviews with family production units, as well as rural development agents in the three municipalities surveyed. The results showed that, although the region is characterized by the strong presence of family agriculture, with the potential to leverage development on a sustainable basis, through rich production and traditional beneficiation processes, the mining project in the region affected access to natural resources, especially water resources, as well as it caused rural flight, which drastically changed the course of rural development on a sustainable and territorial basis. There is, however, an indication in the outcome of the study that families develop strategies and various ways of resisting and remaining on their land.
