The purpose of this article is to investigate and reflect on the study of factors of management processes by cooperatives, carried out a bibliographic study addressing the management processes in the context of cooperatives, cooperative management practices, management processes and Cooperative management processes. Showing the importance of cooperatives to small farmers so they can survive. The methodology adopted was designed as a bibliographical review, to reach the objectives the data were collected and analyzed from the following processes: CAPES periodicals website, IBICT, scientific articles and dissertations, classifying the topics addressed. Management still has difficulties that need to be overcome, as research shows that organizations aim to achieve the same goals and achieve desired results so that the actions succeed. Therefore, we end with the importance of management needs, processes, and technological resources, to improve financial controls, as well as the quality of the services provided by the company.
