Inventory management is an essential practice to support decision-making across the enterprises, including rural organizations, that could avoid the risk of loss of raw materials and goods by expiration date, disuse or even theft. Many smaller farmers find it difficult to perform a control of their inventories due to the complexity of the technological tools that require users basic skills in using information technology resources. Assuming that the need for an inventory control is directly related to reduction costs, understood that an effective diagnosis of stocks in real time, and can be extremely important in the productive activity of the small farmer. In this sense, we propose a technology application to be used in inventory control of small farms, to assist in the administrative proceedings and facilitate decision making when buying inputs and maintain precise control of outgoing goods. The proposed application is based be easy on visual interpretation and be used by mobile devices, so it can be accessed anywhere on the property.
