The present article aims at analizing the institutionality related to Rural Extension and Technical Welfare in the horticultural sector from La Plata after the crisis in 2001, as a supporting instrument to the rural development. Thus, it identifies the actors in the public sector and civil society linked to the process of technologic innovation participating in the construction of a new institutionality and the emergent paradigmatic approaches present in the regional domestic agriculture.
